Nice, clean store with friendly staff and, surprisingly, had a reasonable amount of kosher items for Passover. Not my regular place to shop but they are now on my list of places that I will get my kosher items from when my regular store is out of stock.

After the new Year the cashier manger or vice manager one weekend I was up there shopping for my goddaughter birthday stuff and I realize I was short a little money but I didn't ask no one for money I am physically and mentally disability and I have a major bladder problem I do go to the bathroom a lot I can't help that. So this female 5"6 black women medium big black long hair in a ponytail approach me outside of food lion on Warwick Blvd with the police officers and lie and say I was asking people for money and I go to the bathroom a lot and she didn't care that I was in a power chair and decided to banned me for no reason I will never go back to that if he rude and disrespect and regret for handicap people if I was y'all I will find a other spot to go to and they don't keepFresh or fresh food update and I been see rats and and other bugs crawling on their shelves and counters too so if you see rats pop in your food and bigs it came from them and the same for fresh or frozen food it was a peaceful and wonderful place to shopping in the past with good and great worker service and those managers need to come back andSave this food lion on Warwick Blvd get lucky for all of y'all handicap or not they don't really care about u at all God bless y'all and watch y'all back in that store

This used to be my store of choice but lately I've dealt with rude management (a woman who works there who is about 70 years old) and a rude new female employee cashier who has been there about six months. I returned a rotten piece of fruit; a pomegranate and it was the second time I bought the fruit only to find it was rotten. The first time I didn't return it because I'd lost my receipt. I returned it and the older woman told me I could get another one. I told her I didn't want another one because that was the second bad one I'd bought and I wanted a refund. She hands me $1.52. I explained that it was a double your money back because of Food Lion's Guaranteed Freshness. She said, "Will you just let me do my job because I'm not done yet!'. She told me it rang up as $1.29 and I said, "They cost $2 not $1.29". She got angry, tossed $4.43 at me and stormed off!Not only that, but I bought an English Cucumber a couple of days ago, looked in my fridge and it's rotten! I'm not going to bother taking it back as I will give my business to the Neighborhood Market in the future. I spend about $500 - $600 a month at that Food Lion and have always been treated with excellent customer service, but that's changed so I'll spend my money elsewhere and advise my other two daughters to follow suit.

I recently visited this store, and even though it was prior to lunch time, the deli had plenty of hot, fresh fried chicken ready for customers. It was delicious, by the way! I have been to other locations and had to wait while the crew prepared a batch, even when it was later in the afternoon.

Average grocery store. Has good produce and meat selection. Check the dates. I gave full 5 stars because the employees are friendly and they have zero self checkouts, which I see as a plus but know before you go that you will not be checking yourself out.

It's usually hard to find sale meats, but that's not typically the fault of the employees there. With various meat supply issues over the past year impacting available inventory, it's honestly a good sight to see the usual variety back on the shelves.Produce is fresh, and the cases are maintained. Same with the dairy and meat cases. Everything's presentable, and as long as you have a list, it's a quick shopping experience.The deli personnel, as well as those on the front end and the store management team, are very friendly. Also, in the times we've gone, the lines have been very well managed, and the team guiding customers is always friendly.Almost gave 4 stars, simply because some items aren't there, but having had retail experience, who knows why they aren't available. 5 stars for just an all around awesome Food Lion.

Food Lion is my go-to Grocery Store, they have everything that you will need & the MVP Card & The Coupon Hub is excellent for saving money you earn cash back with your MVP card, the employees are very nice & very professional and they get you in and out quickly, Food Lion has great customer service, Their food is always fresh & their hot bar opens up at 11 AM hot fresh food ready to eat & the everything is delicious, fresh meats and vegetables & fresh fruits...Food Lion is my #1 grocery store and I highly recommend that you check it out.

Used to be my favorite but since the pandemic, the prices on the shelves never match the prices at the register. Really have to watch. When you bring it to their attention they want to bargain a price with you to their convenience. Takes a long time to get a price corrected.

Food Lion offers good prices compared to some of the other grocery chains and the veggies are fresh. Also, I found the meats to be of good quality. Not a bad choice.

Really like this store. Whenever there are two or three customers in a checkout line they open another. If they have a sale on something that is 2/$2.50, if you just purchase one you get the same savings i.e. 1/$1.25. If you use your "Rewards Card" you can save a lot of money. Try it!

NEVER would have believed I would be writing a review in praise of Food Lion! I hated the nasty...Food Lion on Jefferson Ave. and Pilot House Dr. Poor service, dirty and very unpleasant experience hands down. I switched to Farm Fresh for years until I found this Food Lion. Clean, much better quality of food, friendly staff and plenty of parking. I shop here every week and for short stock up visits between. Further to drive, but well worth it.

I had to go here yesterday to pick up some things and the cashier that checked me out was completely unprofessional. I told her that I wasn't sure if my MVP number had been put in correctly or not and she was SHAKING HER HEAD at me. when she realized that I was staring at her the whole time she looked embarrassed..... horrible professionalism to say the least.

I was shoping minding my own business and the deli manager walked up to me saying he was calling the cops on me and I had to leave the store. I didn't do anything!! so as I was leaving I was ment by the night manager and explained what happened. I walked around with an employee because I didn't know what he was going to do. After I got my stuff I was walking towards my car and he was outside waiting for me still yelling stuff at me!!! I called and complained but a couple days later I got back in shopping and he is staring at me the whole time. Seems like nothing really happened. Will not be shopping here ever again

This location is friendly and professional. The Deli cooks GREAT FRIED CHICKEN. CHICKEN MAN is the best chicken fryer. Everyone in the Deli Department is is happy and a great personality. You want happy people preparing your food.😋🍒❤👏👏👏

Always have a easy shopping experience here. But today I couldn't find tahini butter. And the organic juices I get were at the bottom shelf extra dusty lol I guess no one buys Just Cranberry Juice and Black Cherry Juice but me 😂😂😂

I was out of the store rather quickly compared to Walmart's 20 to 30 minute wait. The store is brightly lit and clean. Will be shopping there more often.

It was under renovations when I visited 2 months ago so it was sort of a mess, but they did a good job with it. The got new coolers and freezers. The produce department got brand new equipment and also the deli. I don't like that they eliminated the window at the meat department. But overall I like the new look.
