Opens later than posted, close early all the time... good prices but thats all they have going for them. When they close early they don't post anything about it and the employees still inside will literally ignore you even if you knock and are trying to be polite. Lost out on over 10 customers trying to buy things and make this company money one night that I tried an hour and a half before "closing". Just plain sad.

I just had to move down the street from kecoughtan so this is the closest store to me. If I could give it minus Stars I would give it minus Stars the owners that own this company that own this franchise family Dollar are terrible evil people and nobody should support this store they should make sure the store goes out of business as fast as it went up. Just bought something 2 days ago doesn't work they going to try and tell me they can't give me my money back while the owners are standing right there looking as evil as ever a little money greedy pieces of trash

Poor service , the male manager on duty today had a nasty attitude when he approached the cashier and myself .He was CLEARLY mad at me for asking for help because the cashier had no idea what she was doing . Also everytime i go to this family dollar its always something as i said before i went there today and was first told my card balance was zero and it wasn’t and then i was told the computer system was down and there was no connection at 3:30 in the afternoon (MIDDLE of the day )and they were only accepting cash so i waited for 30 minutes until about 4 pm and still could not complete my purchase and had to leave my cart full of items that i just shopped for. FAMILY DOLLAR YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER ..and p.s stop giving out trash bags when u run out of family dollar bags it is tacky !

They have for a sign for sale for propane and a cage full of propane tanks. The last 3 times I went there the employee would tell me the tanks were empty. I go back sometime later talk to the manager. She tells me the tanks are full but they don’t have the bar code to ring it up at the cashier. Why have Propane and you’re not going to sell it. It is excess inventory that is wasted at this location. I don’t know how long these tanks have been there. I’m pretty sure not one employee can say because they get a new employees every few months.

I my self was just in this store for a pom pom cigar with I.d in hand as the cashier audrey looks upon my i.d she states my i.d has been ulter and that she can't take it but she hands it back as well as her manger or a manger because they all state there mangers toke it the day before I feel if she didn't trust it she should of called law enforcement, this has got to be a almost daily with this store and corporate ain't no better i feel as if I am harassed with in this store every time I come . I will seek further channels and report all my issues as well . I will see that the customers are treated fairly and with respect. please handle your store members

The store says it opens at 8am , guest are waiting outside 20 min after 8 and doors are still not opening , only this location has unprofessional issues to me .

A staff member asked to service dogs "papers" he was wearing his certified service animal vest. I did show her his certificate. She then asked for me to shorten his leash. I told her to please leave me alone. I did not like her treating me that way. Other than this I did like the new store.

Been going there the past few days cuz I’ve been working on a house across the street and everyday I’ve been using the restroom there and buying stuff and the staff has been nice. But today I went in and a new chick with reddish brown hair was working and she is very rude I asked for the restroom key and she said they don’t have one and when I told her I’ve been using it the past few days she yelled and said it’s not for public use when the sign said public restroom right on the door. Smh

The times need to be updated on Google and the website because when I just went over there the manager told me not to walk any further because they are closed. It is now 6 PM and on the website and on Google it says you guys close at 10 PM!
