This location is pretty much what'd you'd expect from a dollar store in a low-income neighborhood. Great for getting a few things quickly and cheaply. The main problem at this location is that they have MICE! I've been to this location a few times. The first time I showed an associate the chewed up cheese packets. Upon my next visit they PUT IT BACK ON THE SHELF. The entire pet section smelled like mouse droppings because the shelves were covered in rodent feces. Packages of cat food were chewed open. Avoid this location if you are shopping for any food products.

Very rude while checking out. The old lady had her face glued to a stocking device and didn't even respond when I said hello. But she was quick to stop a customer coming inside without a mask. FAMILY DOLLAR! YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE MISERABLE AND HATE WORKING HERE! And they take it out on customers. I'll be driving out of my way to do buisness elsewhere from here on out.

Five Stars belongs to the Staff at this location. Courteous, friendly, attentive and always informative about their store and it's inventory. A consistently busy local store located on an easy corner adjacent to two favorite Roads go to stores:a grocer, Piggly Wiggly and beauty supply shop. Also, a VA. ABC store open until 10 pm. Great choice for quick shopping and ease of location.

I go here on a regular and Everytime I buy cleaning supplies something is wrong my fabulous is always leaking and I bought a gal of bleach today and when I got home the bleach was only filled half way and the protection layer before Yu open it was ripped off so disgusted it's always something from mice to an unsanitary store to this I'm just over it unacceptable for a store that people commonly go to and depend on for they everyday needs 👎

Today November 18, 2020 my husband went in to make a purchase. He was to buy a pack of Newport 100s, 1 ok blue game and a 2liter Pepsi. He gave the cashier $50 whom gave him 32 and some change back. Some things are hard for my husband to comprehend but adding is not 1 of them. When ask to put the cigarettes back the cashier called the manager whom was very nasty. Before my husband could finish saying Give me my money back she stated Gimmie got his hand broke. Instead of going up there I decided to come here. Sad thing is up until today we never had a problem there and were given much excellent service. Sadly the unprofessional attitude was was so off that we will never go there again

Very dirty store, unsanitary conditions, unprofessional staff and always a long wait in line to checkout. Horrible shopping experience. The store is also infested with rodents. I bought a pillow from them last fall and when I got home there was a dead rat inside the pillow! I took the pillow back to the store to get my money back and I was refunded but then watched the family dollar employee put the pillow with the dead rat back up on the shelf!!!

Staff was horribly rude. There was irony in being kicked out of the store for not wearing a mask by someone wearing theirs on their chin. I will happily take my money elsewhere.

Cashier rang my purchase and took my money. Went back to counting cigarettes without thank you, I had pull my own receipt from the cash register.Won't ship there again. Just rude!

I just left from there and the cashier was rude as ever like I need the corporate number or something because this is unacceptable. She snatched my money then she threw my change

It was really clean, though it smelled weird. The cashier was nice. I bought a messes up piece of candy for my son. The manager was nice and did a refund for me.

I went here today. I bought 1lb of margarine in quarter sticks. I got two cartons of WHOPPERS candy. They disn't have any bread. Said it is coming today. I also got some body spray called "BOD" for Men.A small spray bottle is $3 for 4oz's. I had to go over to "Piggly Wiggly" Gocery market for bread. I got some soft batch Choc. chip cookies also.

This is a brand new store. It is huge in stature with plenty of stock. The parking area is truly spacious.
