Fire the supervisor! This happen to be the most DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE I've ever had at this storeI came in to buy items for myself and my company @ 12:pm. The lady supervising the store was loud and grossly DISRESPECTFUL to the delivery guy. Then when she took over the register to assist me with my cash/credit transaction. She asked me about adding more cash. I kindly advised her if I had it the lady before her could of done the transaction as she advised the supervisor already.She loudly began to barraid me with her disrespectful antics of how much she don't play that just answer her question. I tried to calm her down she kept going all the way till I left the store which was embarrassing for your establishment.

Literally the worst place to work. I’ve been working there quite some time now and the drama is disgusting. The store manager is rude to everyone. She never post the schedule on time she sleeps in the break room, which is the only room that doesn’t have cameras. And every time we get someone new to come and work with us they end up running away because the people here are messy and just bullies . Y’all are too grown to be acting like y’all in high school . These people need to get some sense and higher new people or better yet shut down the store completely. Nobody really likes the store manager. She is a snobby person and treats everyone like dirt besides her little pet Assistant Manager. That store needs to be looked into . I don’t recommend this job at all

They always have a sign on the door stating they are “close for now”, “unpacking”, “brb”, it’s always something with this store. One of the girls the other day was very rude to me when I asked her a question. Honestly you guys are better off getting new workers. They are always on their phone while ringing someone up at the register . I find it rude, poor customer service.

Store hours are gone and no one there on Sunday at 12:30 pm. They are losing a lot of money. I’ve just watched 3 people pull on the door. Then someone said they are lazy and don’t open consistently and now looking at reviews that’s normal practice.

Very rude checker. At 2 pm Feb 10, 2023. She asked Another co-worker To go get some milk, I was buying that milk, she just need bar code II didn't know that. When I asked for. Milk that wasn't expired. She got real snippy and nasty to me. And then greater the next customer all happy, like nothing ever happend. She didn't even say hello or thank you for shopping there were 3 People at the register goofing around not paying any attention to the customers.

This store is dirty, floors and shelves.The payment terminal don't work and it's "Cash only until further notice". As the sign said. The cashier had an attitude and was very sarcastic with customers.They need to do better, much better. 😤

I will never go in there again. The white guy seems to think everyone steals. I came in with my husband and never was ask to leave my bag up front. I came in with my daughter and its an issue. All of the sudden its company policy. Everyone do not steal. Then assume she is my friend because I do not look my age. No one else never gave me an issue but the white guy seems to follow me when I comes in. Another customer saw me and said your bag is your pocketbook. Yes and there is a reason it stays on my back until I get to the front of the register.

The customer service is horrible !!! When you walk in they do not speak at all! They never know where anything is at in there store. Then the people that are nice they never keep. Even the manger the african american lady is nasty and rude. I will not be going back to this store!!!

Cashier had an issue with my girlfriend and when asked for her name she refused. After nearly half an hour of requesting the name from the manager I finally got it. We just wanted a name so we knew who to report the issue on to someone in upper level management and they made it a dogfight. I still don't understand. If you did nothing wrong what is the problem with providing a name? Proceed with caution and expect to be treated like you are the one at the register rather than the other way around.

Always cluttered. This store reminds me of a thrift store. Never have anything on the shelves because everything is still in boxes. Unorganized, unprofessional. The list can go on and on but what’s the point. This store needs new management or needs to be shut down

I went into this location today to pick up a few things. I was refused the use of their restroom that is in plain sight. I am 9 months pregnant with bladder issues and was told to go next door. That is not how paying customers should be treated.The Restroom Access Act, also known as Ally's Law, is legislation passed by several U.S. states that requires retail establishments that have toilet facilities for their employees to also allow customers to use the facilities if the customer suffers from an inflammatory bowel disease or other medical condition requiring immediate access to a toilet.

Received gift for Christmas purchased from this store. And product did NOT work. charging port broken on brand new product. They would not replace or reimburse for faulty product they sold without a receipt. Like who gets the receipt for gifts they've received. They sale broken products. And will not help you
