I LOVE Exotic Nutrition! They offer great products for such a reasonable price. The customer service is amazing too! I accidentally ordered a 12” wheel when I meant to order a 9”, and they were able to switch the item and refunded me back the difference. I am so excited to order more products from them. I’ve ordered multiple times from Exotic Nutrition and I absolutely love their products. I am located in Canada so prices of shipping are much higher than I feel is reasonable, but that hasn’t seemed to stop me from placing my order. I have had an issue with a faulty piece of a product, and they got in contact with me within 24h of my original email explaining the issue, and right away they’d shipped a replacement. Wonderful service, never a robot. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for good hamster/small animal products.

We took in six sugar gliders from a bad situation and had literally nothing for them. The cage they were coming in fell apart because of the condition it was left in and we had to throw everything in the cage away because it was trashed. I was able to get a cage from someone local but I got online and ordered the starter kit and some other items from Exotic Nutrition on Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday. I ordered a few more items on Friday and they arrived Monday. Everything was great quality and their prices are fantastic!One of the items that arrived Monday (yesterday) was a bamboo nesting pod. One of the gliders immediately started pulling all of the nesting material out and throwing it all over the cage. The baby started trying to eat it before we could get it all out. I emailed Exotic Nutrition about this behavior and they responded first thing the following morning and provided great advice, courteous responses, and great customer service. I will be using Exotic Nutrition exclusively for all of my needs for them. Not to mention, the gliders LOVE their stuff. I woke up this morning and it looked like they had a party in their cage last night with all of their toys and food. They are happy babies and I am one happy mama.

I love this store. I get everything for my SUGAR GLIDERS here. Always will and always have. Everything purchased and shipped has always came on time and in great condition. Even their cage not bent no scratches perfect and for as heavy it was and crazy but out of everything I ever ordered there cage came the fastest. The toys are great they are never harmful to them. I enjoy the email updates and coupons. They always have new selections of nesting pouches and bonding pouches. My babies are happy and that's all that matters to me. I have been very pleased with all the products I have received from Exotic Nutrition. I've purchased a wide variety of food, nutrients, treats, cage supplies and toys for our squirrel, and only had an issue with one item. I was thrilled to find this company. My young hedgehog had broken 4 exercise wheels in 7 months, to the tune of $25 each! Exotic Nutrition's treadmill wheel is all metal construction and virtually indestructible! If the little beast does manage to break it, replacement parts are available and inexpensive.My order arrived quickly and well packed. Prices for foods and accessories alike are reasonable. I am very pleased with my purchases and will definitely be buying from them again .

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery. Ordered some snacks and ceramic dishes for my hedgehog. One ceramic dish was broken upon arrival, sent an email the next day(Sunday), got a reply back on Monday, and received a new dish by Thursday. Best part is they just told me to throw away the damaged product. So many places make you send them back and pay for shipping. I will definitely continue to order items for Hazel the hedgehog from Exotix Nutrition!!

They have great customer service. I had a product damaged in shipping, and they quickly replaced the item with no charge. They have quality exotic pet food. The only place I go to shop for my Brazilian Short-tailed opossum. I've mentioned the company several times in my veterinary nurse classes, and everyone thinks it's really neat that you can even order odd exotic pet foods.

I have been ordering from Exotic Nutrition for my Chinchilla for a few years now and they always send the correct order and I receive it (in CA) within a few days. This last order I placed, there was a little mix up so I emailed them a picture of my order and within hours I got an email and a confirmation number for the package with the missing items! I'll give this store two stars because at least Ken was responsive to my e-mails. That's the best I can say about my interaction though. I live in a secure building and am getting the run around from FedEx about why they can't deliver my package. Ken's response was to reach out to his account rep at FedEx and then basically tell me that what I said had happened was a lie simply because the account rep sent him a screenshot of their internal system. For the record, the screenshot was all in FedEx language and from what I could decipher, didn't really contradict what I said.At a previous employer I helped out with shipping and when a customer had an issue with a delivery I was on the phone with UPS (who we used) without a hesitation to actually get the problem resolved. I find it unacceptable to e-mail your account rep and then offer no solution. It has now been 8 days since my purchase was shipped. It needed to go from VA to MD. That's barely a two day ship time.I was so excited to find this shop to be able to get items tailored for my sugar glider and I loved that they weren't too far, but the lack of customer service is completely disappointing.

I would have given a seven ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could!Every orders with Exotic Nutrition is enjoying and I never fail to get back an instant reply!I would like anyone to interact with Janene from Customer Support!As I’m from a totally different time zone, every email was met with a reply the moment Janene start work! She was assisting me all the way with FedEx who IS NEVER 👎🏿 HELPFUL and NEVER REPLY.She patiently call them multiple times when my shipment was sent from VA to CA and then back to VA and for some reason transit back to CA. I wanted back the shipment that contained yogurt drops which was out of stock. It’s location was a mere 10 mins drive away from where I was. But somehow Janene patient pays off!So well done CS and EN! You made my pets day! And I got everything well and good 😌! That’s without a doubt! Can I also say these products is like a Paleo and Keto quality of human standards!Only qualms I have is the Silent Wheel which always run loose multiple times in the middle of the night! So buyers take note of this!

Exotic Nutrition has excellent products, however, as soon as you reach out to customer service you notice they do not have excellent customer service unfortunately. During a sales event (July4th) that was supposed to last for at least 5 days I checked the price for an item on day 2 and wrote it down, made a screenshot to make sure I kept the model number straight, and decided to order it on day 3 of the sales event. Boom, the price was raised back to the original price even though the sales was supposed to go on for longer. I called customer service to see whether they could simply adjust the price/match their very own price from the day before considering that the sales event was still supposed to go on for a few days...nope, they did not... It was supposed to be a $580 big order... there is nothing more disappointing when you were ready to make a big order to then not do it.

Absolutely love their hedgehog products. Their silent wheel is way better than the Kaytee brand. The wheel comes apart and makes it extremely easy to clean up after hedgehog droppings. Highly recommend! I have also used the hedgehog booster for my babies and it has helped make their dropping solid when they have a upset tummy.

Bought a Silent Runner wheel for my 2 male rats on Amazon by Exotic Nutrition. Hardware was faulty and back thumb nut would unscrew after being ran on for awhile causing the bottle of the wheel to rub against the metal stand. REALLY annoying at 2 or 3am. Company was quick to respond to my emails and even sent out new hardware to fix the issue! No more noise and I get my sleep back. VERY pleased with the customer service.

My package got lost and the customer service at exotic nutrition was the best I have ever had. They’re quick to respond , detailed & personable. They care so much about helping you they suggested that they would phone the USPS to figure it out for me when I’m pretty sure that would have been something I should have done. Also said that if I didn’t recover it within 48 hours they would re-send EVERYTHING asap no extra charge!They’re just amazing you should all try this place you’ll love it ! I know these sound like simple things companies should do but most DO NOT ! This is how companies should be.

Kinda expensive, but customer support was very helpful with sending me the correct product when I didn't receive it the first time. My mouse and rabbit love the treats and the wheel is also very nice, just wish it was a little bit easier to clean.
