Lady who rang me up she didn’t even acknowledge me. She just sat there and rang me up, singing Christmas music and talking to a coworker the whole time. This store is so ghetto. I personally think it’s gone downhill since Family Dollar moved in. I’ll return only because of the Dollar Tree section.

After I got home two of my items were missing. Went back to store to get them and the girl who waited on me was very apologetic. The manager handled things the wrong way. He never acknowledged me and was asking her why that happened and was very annoyed. When I first walked in there to explain that I was missing my items he was by the cash register with a plastic bag on his head and pulling a hoodie on probably not to mess up his hair. I thought that was ver unprofessional. And talking to her the way he did in front of me was wrong. I felt bad for her and she was embarrassed. Everyone makes mistakes!!!

Beware & WatchThey are always trying to overcharge.It was not the first time, but it was definitely the last.If a Kelloggs cereal says 30% more free, then it's the same price as before.You can not charge someone for free.RidiculousIt may sound petty, but I work hard for my petty cash.I'm done with this location

A worker named Patrick tonight went far out if his way to help me find what I needed. So kind and generous was this worker that I hope his manager is listening. I was in a hurry but had yo take time to write this!!

I was ask to bring my bag the front and give it to a manager I haven't been in the store five minutes later my bag is missing from the register thank goodness I purchased my thing from dollar tree .The assistant manager Gene was very helpful towards us customers his personality was good

This place was amazing... we came from out of town to visit and couldn't believe it when we found out family dollar and dollar tree were all in one location...!!! Whoever came up with this idea is genius!!! And unlike so many other dollar trees and family dollars the shelves were stocked, well organized, and easy to locate!!! The staff was friendly and actually working... I wish we would get something like this closer to home...

I don't like the Dollar Tree/Family Dollar combo at all. I have visited this store about three times since the reopening and find way less Dollar Tree merchandise now. I always frequented this location in the past because it had the best variety and amount of items of any Dollar Tree around. I find now that the smaller area Dollar Trees have better variety and quantity than this "upgraded" location. The freezer section not the same and sad to see the DT snack zone is no more.Since I'm primarily a Dollar Tree shopper and on the hunt for specific items that they carry, it's not really worth making a visit to this location due to the limited DT merchandise and lack of variety.On a plus side, the store in general is really nice and neat - so clean and organized.

Yesterday I was in this store.. the young lady check me out.., and then in a very down tone upon giving my change to me.. she stated u are short six cents. I said what? We are out nickels and pennies. First all…you could have stated that before checking me out. I was not in a mood to give donations without asking. Customer services needed to b improved..!SMil

Lawsuit in progress. Do not enter the building if your a male and have a bag over your shoulder...I.e.... bookbag, diaper bag, or anything over the shoulder. They are profiling men with bags, are asking customers to leave their bags in the front unsupervised, and are not responsible for any damaged or missing items. They say its policy but don't have it posted anywhere, and corporate doesn't reconize this rule.

Love this store! Out of all the locations they have this one is the BEST! They are big, have lots of things for arts and crafts! Staff are nice as well, I'll talk to them at the register at times. We all refer to this one as the 'big Dollar Tree.' lol Nice location, I feel safe when we go there. I could buy everything in this store! Definitely would recommend this store to anyone! They have really upgraded their items from years back. On of my fav stores!

Dollar Tree/ Family Dollar 😒I DON'T LIKE ITAppearance was neat,clean, stocked,and staff friendly. Some original DT items were missing and others smaller versionsthe snack area of DT was not the same all the good snacks were not there 😭.Freezer section was bull$hit in my opinion lol.....all the snacks were FD prices & merch.

This is one of the larger Dollar Tree's with so much more products to choose from. The Cashier today was very pleasant and professional. The store was clean shelves where stocked and front faced.I had to literally force myself to the check outline I couldn't help tossing stuff in my basket when I went there for a couple of things..Love dollar tree establishment will always have a loyal customer

It seems weird seeing the two merge Family Dollar/Dollar Tree 🌳 😳 but when you go in, there one side for each store....I personally LOVE the idea 💡.Have the time I go to the store and forget something, but walking around and seeing other things that I did forget on the other side made it a AWESOME EXPERIENCE 👌. KUDOS "FAMILY TREE" 🌳 👏

Cashier was very rude and made a scene in the store when confronted about how I was being talked to and disrespected.........Manager was no help, and I felt he took her side...........I wonder if the fact that I was black and she was white was a difference...??I say that because I noticed she was very nice and polite and conversational with the white customers, but, with other black customers, she seemed cold and not very friendly..........So, it was not just me.....And again, the white manager was no help!If you read some of the other reviews, it looks like I am not the only one who had a racial experience!.......There are probably others who just have not reported it on this forum!!I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!Grade = F

I LOVE this store on Warwick Blvd because it has a large selection. They've renovated and it now has a Family Dollar as well. It's crazy cool!! I really love shopping there now. You get everything in one place.

I'm annoyed that they have the nerve to have SELF CHECKOUT and the cashiers just stand there watching you do they job. Then the rest of the store is dirty af, stuff everywhere, all the boxes be on the floor not unpacked, but the cashiers watching me at the new self checkout tho. Then they refuse to open up any lines cuz they have self checkout. You have alot of elderly people who visit that store who don't know how to use it. I had to help an old lady the other day, literally rang up her stuff and I paid for it cuz she was so confused and didn't know what to do. Meanwhile the cashier standing right there. Ridiculous. If your going to have SELF CHECKOUT also have cashiers ringing people up also. Aaaannnnddd do better... Wear ya mask.

Great Dollar Tree. It was clean, and this is a big store compared to other Dollar Trees. Everything was easy to find and laid out to where you could find it. But definitely my favorite part was it was just so clean. The staff was not rude nor friendly. Just there doing their job.

Went in this store yesterday, half the store was empty,, saw one employee packing items in boxes.. there was no cashier at the registers, had to do self check out.This is my favorite dollar tree, has more items that I shop for than the other locations. Also more items that I can use my coupons on, although some of the cashiers seem to have trouble ringing up coupons.

I've been here quite a few times recently, and it was always a really nice experience, selection, etc. They have a LOT of space, and it's really awesome to see that they'll be doubling up with Family Dollar. Looking forward to going back once they re-open!

Dollar tree lines are horrible. I stand in line for 30 minutes. I don't understand why managers won't get on a cashier and help out. It dont matter what dollar tree you go to, the lines are long. But this one dollar tree was the worse.

This store now has the self check out lanes. I walked past a register and the light was on. The lady I believe who is the manager told me that they have to have a light on per corporate, but don't have to assist the customers. She still didn't check me out. She had an attitude and sent me to self check.

Large store with good Dollar Tree selections. Customer service is average but at least at this location I have not witnessed customers getting into fisticuffs.

Best dollar tree on the peninsula. Just don't go in if it looks busy because you'll be in line for 30 minutes while 1 or maybe 2 cashier's deal with 30 people.

This one has lots of carts and a lot more merchandise than the one by my house. It's neat and clean and has auto check out. I was pleasantly surprised
