I had a wonderful experience here at dodges chicken! The woman named Ms Kim Smith was very pleasant and respectful even with it being a packed house and her coworker stuck in the bathroom. We watched her take orders make the chicken and get it out to the customers. I’d definitely recommend putting this on your list of places for stopping for some delicious chicken!

I went in the store for a particular drink and while you guys didn't have it, an employee named (I hope I'm spelling her name right) Immari, suggested another drink, which was actually better than what I was looking for. She was very nice to me, and it stood out because you can feel a lot of clerks at places like these have that "hurry up and buy" vibe, she however did not. And her customer service was quite memorable. So if you see this, thank you, Immari for your amazing service and your excellent suggestion.

Customer service representatives are rude and Not Customer friendly. The tall black lady at the register is very rude and loud. She over charged me. ( according to the posted prices)I buy gas here every week and I pay at the pump. My mistake today was going inside a 6:30 am for two sausage biscuits. I will not make that mistake again.

Dont know why the cashier girls are always rude, like if we are asking for free stuff. I stop by to get chicken almost everyday and I always get the same attitude. The only friendly person here was the white tall guy. I have not seen him lately, otherwise all of them suck!! 😕

Two ladies were working in there tonight,,, I did not catch the name of the one who helped me but she was a very hard worker and her customer service was all that any company could ask for and then some!!! Give them ladies a raise!!!! To be helpful and courteous in the middle of the night ain't easy but She did it with a smile!!!!!

AMy first time at Dodge's though I've driven by it countless times. Never anything positive or negative about it. Very, very early this morning I happen to be hungry and Dodge's was not far ahead. I remembered they promote thier chicken.....and they were open. Ok, I figured that I would give it a try. I got a thigh and a breast along with fries and a fountain drink. All for $4 and some change. The chicken was really good, or maybe I was just really hungry but, it was worth more than what I paid. I'll be back.

Would give a negative number. Chicken was hard and cold. Pieces were small legs 2 & 3 inches long the size of a drumette. Unable to bite through the crispy without cutting my mouth so was trash. On top of it being so awful they shorted me a Piece. Never try to eat there unless you take a hammer and chisle...

Dodge's employees are great but chicken quality has gone down the tubes. I used to tout them as being the best chicken in the area, but in my last two visit I've changed my mind. I ordered the 6 PC hot wings all "flats" and was charged an additional $2 "up charge" and the wings were dried out and the size of pigeon wings. I will not be buying from them again.

I only left 1 star just to leave a review. So, to be blunt,the store has horrible management. Breaking down in front of costumers, crying b/c she can't do her job and slander towards employees. Only employee that has manners is Taneka(sp?). So just to let the uptight, disrespectful, gross negligent manager know.....Popeyes is hiringp. Food is stale. Equality is not presented here with that succubus there

So I went I. And just ordered a chicken breast it was $2.99 the chicken was hard and old. My sister ordered a two piece dark and asked for two thighs. The cashier said okay. We went outside and my sister notices she got a leg and thigh, so she went back in to talk to the cashier. She said that "That's how it comes". My sister said yea but you said I could get two thighs. She just looked at her like she was crazy. Needless to say I will never eat here again. Way too expensive for old dry chicken.

I hate to leave a review like this, but the experience I just had was absolutely absurd. The gas here is decently priced and I’ve never experienced an issue with it in my vehicle. The staff is generally friendly. The food is decent too. HOWEVER, if someone could explain to me in detail why there is an entire tv in the restroom and ZERO changing table that would be great. I don’t understand why something so practical and useful was omitted. Especially at one of the larger stations right by a major interstate.

Food is worth the price. The sausage gravy and biscuits make my pregnant coworker and I very happy. The servers and cashiers there are super nice. And duhhh the chicken is bomb!

I just bought $25.00 worth of the nastiest food I have ever eaten!! The chicken taste like the Banquet chicken that you buy out of the frozen food section at grocery store and throw in the oven at home! Actually it's better than Dodges fried chicken!! Workers act like they're doing you a favor by waiting on you!! Never waste your money here!!

I'd give it 5 🌟 but I don't think that it's right for them to be able to charge 2 different prices at the pump for the same type of gas. Seriously, how are you going to charge a 2cent price difference between using your card and paying in cash for gas. Other than that I've always gotten their corn dogs and they've never disappointed me

Dodges has some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. ESPECIALLY the huge boneless wings. They give large portions, they are always sure to give it to you fresh and extremely quick, and everyone there is nice. Sweet tea is on point. 99cent icees. Cheap gas. I go here every day.

Really bad customer service from cashier and the toothless fiend beside her, food had lint from white rags used in the cooking process. Brang my wife with me for her first time visiting newport news, bragged about this location being great, left angry and disappointed with this location's staff and food presentation so we went to sonics.

Terrible!!! I bought a 3pc chicken tender meal thursday...6.99 it comes with a drink..i upgraded my drink to a large and she charged me 10.16 ...i went there today and found out a large drink is only .99cent ....why did my meal cost 3.00 more...if anything the upgrade to a large drink with meal should have been no more than .50cent. also asked the clerk how much the apple pies were...she said 1.69 for two..when she rang it up it was 2.48 ...over .75 cent for tax on a item thats 1.69...The chicken tenders were horrible! Thanks Dodge for trying to rip me off!

Terrible half raw chicken.... Wasn't hot at all I should have went across the street to Popeyes chicken I know better next time. Yulk. I wasted almost $5 on two breaded chicken pieces and after I pulled the hard skin back I was so disappointed in what I saw.

Funny lookin girl in the front let Me stand on line without even saying a word to Me only to find out the line I was standing in she closed to start making runs or whatever didn't even say she was closed! The disrespect felt intentional I just walked out and didn't buy anything!

So not to happy with the fact I go in everyday for their famous sweet tea and for the last week and a half I’ve gone in for them to tell me they have no tea liners?? For almost two weeks no one could order some tea liners??? Come on...... pretty please give me my sweet tea!!

They put line stickers on the floor 60's apart and the staff don't use the line 80% of the time which is frustrating when you abide by their procedures and others don't, also goes with wearing masks.

I usually come in here for gas but as maintenance and safety tech I notice a tall latter and a maintenance person removing ceiling tile right over the food service even its covered buy glass still the employees are opening and serving food , I see debris falling fibers from the tile removed. That should be done store closed. Debris falling on top of employees not good. Management problem.

My husband I stopped by there last night before coming back too Maryland, your service is always wonderful and I love your food! I always have to eat your chicken when I visit because there is so much love put into it.
