Worst pharmacy EVER! All the workers are so rude they will hang up on you when you’re still talking! You get there to pick up a rx and one isn’t ran through insurance one is. You try to explain that and they hang up the phone while your at the drive threw talking still or slam the window and walk away. Still sitting in the drive threw now waiting for her to run it threw insurance

Twice I’ve received COVID vaccines here with a toddler in tow and both times the lovely pharmacist (Joan) was just so kind, so thoughtful, very patient and had a great sense of humor. I’d highly recommend this location due to my experience here. Please be kind to the pharmacy staff, it’s a hard job, especially in COVID times.

This is the worst cvs on the peninsula. The staff is always rude or they ignore you completely. The pharmacy is always backed up and when I went today because the CVS app told me my medication was canceled, I stood in the consultation window to find out why, only to have the actual pharmacist tell me “I will help you this time but this is supposed to be handled at the drop off counter “. The drop off counter was literally 3 feet away from us and there wasn’t anyone in line at either window. I’m going to be transferring my stuff to another pharmacy.

Just miserable. Scheduled a COVID test and, admittedly, got to the drive through about 15 minutes late. Got trapped in the wrong lane as their signage for the testing lane was unreadably faded and by the time the line moved it was 30 minutes passed.Understand the appointment being cancelled, but the drive through pharmacist was very rude instead of asking for a reschedule. I get being stressed about a backed up line and being behind, but no need to come out of the gate nasty at a customer who would've understood.Avoid this location.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. This pharmacy is garbage. Took over a month to get my prescription filled and I was constantly told we’re ordering it, it will be here tomorrow after 3:00pm. We’ll finally over a month later it came in. Good thing it was not a life or death medication.

DO NOT count on being able to go in as soon as this store/pharmacy opens! At best, it's unreliable! With multiple mornings that I've been there before the pharmacy was supposed to be open, and, nobody shows up to open the pharmacy counter. And, be prepared for belligerence if you refer to this fact! "Let me tell YOU! If I was sick, I wouldn't come in either!" (Me either! But, SOMEONE would know I wasn't coming, and, I'd make sure it was covered!!!)

Great, pleasant, professional associates. When i last visited the young lady who assisted me was so patient, helping me with my card recovery and ensuring i understood all the perks it enabled. Plus they have lots of great sales, especially on clothes detergent.
