This has to be the worst CVS pharmacy ever. I'm not even sure why they have a drive thru. The chances of it actually being open are slim to none. Yes, i could go in, but having 2 children sometimes that isn't convenient. The staff is mostly rude. It doesn't matter the time of day you come. It is horrible.

I was a former front end store manager for a different CVS. It is sad that some of the decent CVS stores are slowly dying because of their terrible pharmacies.When a pharmacy is willing to lose business by telling you that you might want to try elsewhere because they never have your prescriptions in time, nor can they provide further information about when they will actually be filled, it is unsurprising that the reviews look the way they do. What ticks me off most? Having worked there, I KNOW that they can provide some of the information I asked for…They CAN see when their next delivery will be in. They CAN return phone calls. They COULD display even a marginal amount of empathy and professionalism for people whose medications they control. Looks like I quit just in time. And I did change pharmacies. That being said, I have witnessed firsthand the difficulties of being constantly short staffed, poorly trained, underpaid, and overworked. The front end deals with these problems as well, yet is still able to make customers smile and want to come back. I love the front store, and the store manager (Charles) is awesome. Unfortunately, as the pharmacy handles over 80% of business… I don’t for see many CVS stores being in business for very long.

This Pharmacy is the absolute worst! I’m always having issues with them and they can get really lazy! I had to call another cvs to get the information that I needed. It was simple and quick. These folks are lazy! I’m switching as soon as possible!

I had the latest Covid-19 Moderna booster and the RSV vaccine administered by the Pharmacist at this location in the late afternoon Sunday, 10/08/2023. I was a little nervous, as I had read a number of negative reviews from other posters about this location. Evidently my experience was unique, as I found a very courteous welcome, very prompt and friendly service. I hardly felt the two injections.Whether the Lord had spoken to his children before my arrival I have no way of knowing, but it would not surprise me after the treatment I received. I highly recommend this CVS location for any vaccinations you may wish to receive, and I found the premises to be remarkably clean as well.

My prescriptions were sent there at noon on a Sunday. They were open until 6pm Sunday. Nobody answered the phone for 6 hours on Sunday. After 15 minutes on hold Monday, someone answered and told me I can have meds after 2pm. They texted me at 330pm to tell me pick up my meds. It took 30 hours to get my meds. Horrible place.

Pharmacy is a joke. Waiting a week plus for a children's prescription is ridiculous. Not even a controlled substance. Never answer the phone. Automated will say it's ready for pickup when it's not. Come back in 2 days. The lines are ridiculous. Why have 2 drive thrus to only use one with 5-7 cars in line

Worst cvs I have ever dealt with. Prescription was delayed when it said it was suppose to filled on a certain day since it was scheduled for automatic refill. Called to check on it but couldn't get thru because no one would answer the phone. I called 7 different times in one day and on hold for the longest of 45minutes with no answer. Called an 8th time as last resort before driving down to talk in person. Finally someone answered and said it came in that day and would get it filled. The employee was laughing on the phone during our phone call due to a convo going on in the background with other coworkers. I will be moving all my families prescription elsewhere.

The store is very clean and organized. All the employees are so nice and helpful, including pharmacy every time I visit. Every time I go into the store I am greeted and asked if I need anything. I’m so lucky to have this cvs near me.

Can't give them 0 stars. Pharmacy didn’t answer phone after 40 minutes. Drove 5 minutes to them to find out my Rx had been received (from yesterday) and would be ready later in the afternoon. 3 staff working, management not ensuring adequate customer service by ensuring sufficient staff present.

this pharmacy is ridiculous, i have to make another trip because my prescription was sent there and they stated they have not received it. My bf went to the er and they sent the prescription and it’s been a week and they still don’t have it ready. They need to shut down this terrible pharmacy it’s unacceptable seriously.

Terrible pharmacy. Takes 3 days or more to fill most simple prescriptions. They don’t answer the phone half the time. I have been on the phone for almost 2 hours and they have not answered the phone once. Most of the staff are rude if you ask a question or need something within a day or two. One of the pharmacist thinks he knows more than the prescribing dr and will put prescriptions on hold if they don’t want you to fill it and deny receiving it. They make simple things so time consuming and complicated for no reason. Really wish Wallgreens would sort out the issue with anthem because dealing with cvs is a nightmare almost every time. They will tell you they have a medication even when it’s out of stock I can only assume to keep you from transferring it so they keep the sale. This has happened several times. App says out of stock go in and they say they have it then the next day they still don’t have it. Nothing but excuses and shorthanded from Covid. It’s almost 2023 Covid is no longer a good excuse for horrible service

My boyfriend and I use this CVS to get our prescriptions and there is always a problem when we go pick up our prescriptions. They are usually behind or their paperwork isn't right. My boyfriend had not received his medicine for almost two months and he would call his doctor's office and they said they sent his prescriptions over and when we went to this CVS they would always claim they didn't get the information from the doctor's office or it was the health insurance fault. When he last spoke to his doctor a few days ago, he found out that this CVS was out of his medicine for the past two months and that's why he has not been able to get it. Instead of telling him that, they lied and said they didn't get authorization from the health insurance each time we went to attempt pickup of the medicine. Had we known that, we would have just went to a different location and got it filled. I often call in my prescription through the automated system and even though the system says it's supposed to be ready for pickup that same day, when I try to pickup my medicine, they claim it's not ready. Then it doesn't get filled until 3 days later. It's ridiculous and I have dealt with this long enough. If I could, I would give Zero stars! This is the worst CVS I have ever dealt with. My boyfriend and I will be going to a different location to get our prescriptions from now on.

Sign clearly indicates pharmacy services available in * ALL* lanes.ALL LANES !!!!YET, AFTER WAITING 20 MIN IN LEFT LANE I WAS REFUSED SERVICE TO PICK UP MEDS. I had to drive around and get in line again. I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 15 MIN IN RIGHT LANE TO GET MEDS. I WILL TRANSFER MY PRESCRIPTIONS TO ANOTHER PHARMACY.Would give 0 stars if possible.

Where to start…. I am beyond disappointed in my recent experiences at this location. Today my doctor called in 2 prescriptions. I sent my husband to the pharmacy at which time they told him it would be 3pm tomorrow because they were backed up. I have had this experience before and went up there and they expedited the orders. So I went up there myself. The girl at the counter (wish I had gotten names) was rude and told me it would be tomorrow. I explained that I needed the meds so I could breathe better. She told me there was a long list of waiters. I was the only one physically at the pharmacy. I told her that I could not wait until tomorrow and she offered no apologies only attitude. I told her it was terrible customer service and that they seem to always be behind. She went on to say I called her terrible. Which I did not. I asked if I could speak to someone other than her (at this point I’m in tears). She said yeah but it will still be tomorrow and that she needed to get back to counting so maybe she could get to mine. I said ok I’ll wait. As I walked over to sit down the pharmacist chimes in and says it will still be 3 tomorrow. I asked if he was the manager to which he replied yes. He said they have several people waiting and he wasnt going to push them aside. I told him I understand but I am physically here waiting. He did not care. I asked him to give me the cash prices of my meds and where they could be transferred. He said he could transfer one but not the other (cough syrup with codeine) to which I reply ok. I asked again for the cash prices. He gave them to me (because Walgreens doesn’t accept my insurance I needed to be sure I could afford them) I said great transfer the steroid. He then said no I can’t you have to have them call us. WHAT!! You’re kidding right?? At this point I left and politely told them that they were top notch and thanked them for being so helpful. To which an employee (same girl from counter) yelled that was really classy.What in creation just happened? How can they be in their profession and treat people this way!? I’ve been a retail manager for years (including overseeing a pharmacy!! ) and never in my life have I experienced such poor regard for a customer. I understand being short handed and stressed but not to the point that I was rude and did NOTHING to help or even apologize for the experience.I must say I get my regular meds every 90 days from this pharmacy and I will now be transferring all prescriptions to another pharmacy. This type of service and behavior is unacceptable in so many ways. I wish I had gotten names. And not let them see me cry.

This pharmacy has to be one of the worst around. My prescriptions are on auto refill and I receive notifications when they are ready for pick up. On more than one occasion I have gone to pick them up and have been told they aren't ready that it will be another 5 days, because they are too busy. This should not be happening. I was told it would be 5-7 days for an antibiotic to be filled, not because they didn't have it, but because they were too busy. This is unacceptable. The drive thru is hardly ever open. They always have a sign up saying it is broken. It is not convenient for me to go in with my toddler every time. I highly doubt the drive thru is broken as often a they have the signage up. Their customer service is definitely lacking as well.

Terrible pharmacy. Made 3 trips for 2 simplest prescriptions and was no success. All they say I am sorry. Waiting time is terrible. They should not take orders if they cannot fulfill it.

Distraught and unhappy — After discussing having the pharmacy provide me with a 3-day supply of my medication (one that I cannot stop suddenly) until i can get ahold of my doctor and fix the situation (my doctor didn’t refill my prescription). I pull up to the pharmacy and ask about it and she had a serious attitude and acted like she had no idea what I was talking about, even though it’s the same phone number of that exact pharmacy. Now, I’m left without medication until Monday and feeling embarrassed by how I was treated. If you don’t have the patience or compassion to work with PATIENTS, don’t work at a pharmacy.

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Someone entered my insurance ID incorrectly so I had to call my insurance company to get them to call the pharmacy. The agent I spoke with was put on hold. She waited the entire time that I waited in the drive through, and that was over 15 minutes. When I reached the window I had to tell them to answer their phone to get my insurance information! Then I was told my prescription wasn’t ready because a new label had to be printed. It took another 15 minutes for them to do that, and I was told I had to pull over and wait. When I pulled back through the drive through, one of the pharmacy techs was very rude to me, and made it a point to get involved just so she could be rude. I went inside to speak with the pharmacist and this same tech walked over to bark at me to get in line. Unbelievable. The insurance agent I spoke with said, and I quote exactly, “the situation there is concerning.”

It's unbelievable how many reviews I am reading about CVS pharmacy. This is really SAD! Clearly somethings need to be addressed and changes need to be made. What is corporate doing about this when incidents are being reported? Yesterday I called because I had been waiting on a prescription that was called in early morning. So I called in the evening to see if it was ready I was told that it would be ready in two hours and that they were five days behind with filling prescriptions. I called back later and I spoke with a very unprofessional lady. I was trying to ask her about my prescription and was being told repeatedly that my prescription would be ready tomorrow morning no time was giving. I ask to speak with her manager she also advise me that she was a lead manager. I was placed on hold for a long time. I had to hang up and call back. The manager answered and I explained what happened over the phone with the employee. Manager was very nice and handle things professionally. The employee was very unprofessional and no empathy was shown at all. After reading these reviews customers are being treated HORRIBLE! I am now waiting for the district manager to call. I was told 24 hours to receieve a call I have yet to recieve a call from the district manager.I came back to edit my review also today is May 22, 2022 and I still haven't recieved a call from the district manager. This really shows how much they care about their customer complaints.

I've been here three times to pick up packages and buy snacks, and the customer service has been absolutely outstanding each time. Employees are helpful, chill, and give concise tips on things like cash back and package timelines.(I can tell from reading the other reviews that corporate has some extremely serious pharmacy logistics problems at this location, so I'm not going to attempt to get any prescriptions filled here until the pharmacy staff has better support from higher leadership. Nobody from the store told me this of course, it's just obvious.)

Spent over an hour on hold waiting for pharmacy to pick up. Unacceptable. I understand being busy and understaffed, however an entire hour on hold without assistance is incredibly frustrating.

Auto fill is a joke with this pharmacy. Called to check status of an auto fill script and was on hold for 15 min. They never answered. If my ins. didn't dictate that I had to use Caremark for prescription coverage, I would drop them in a heartbeat. Walgreens was soo much more efficient.

Went to get a prescription filled today, I am a heart patient. stood in line for 5 mins waiting on them to talk to me. I then tell them my name and they grab my script. give me total and I say I have a co-pay card. I then get moved out of line to another line to enter my info. That guy then leaves me to go help a person 5 people behind me. he returns and finishes my info and tells me my total. I go to pay and he says can you come back in a hour? I asked why and he says well the pharmacy is now on lunch break. I said are your serious iv been standing here in line since well before you close for lunch. He refused to let me buy my meds. Ill be switching to Walgreens.

This store is horrible. I would recommend running not walking away from this location. I get that this may be close to your home but RUN... RUN... go somewhere else. They cannot fill a prescription on the same day it is called in.... EVER.... it takes hours and hours and hours. The staff is inept and RUDE... RUDE... RUDE! The excuse is, I have to take my line before I can go count pills. Excuse me? I've waited four hours already. If I am here now, go count my pills, I don't care about the people behind me, they should have got here before me. I waited behind 6 before getting up to the register to her inept self and that was her excuse. Meanwhile, all over the store there are bins in every aisle with product. I called the manager to say, "Hey, why don't you have help in the pharmacy... your counter is working a register." She proceeded to say that they got a shipment in today. NOT MY PROBLEM. You don't get surprises... you have a shipping schedule. Schedule your staff appropriately. Work them after hours so they can work without interruption. Every time I have to get an unplanned medication and use this location I am sorry. My company is tied to CVS. NO HOPE THERE. Talk about a monopoly that should be broken up but I digress. I should have choices as a consumer but the high costs of filling elsewhere make it highly prohibitive so I have to put up with inept customer service and an excuse that I have to take empty the line before I go back and count your pills... that is a load. Next time, i'm standing there and I'm not going to move until she goes and counts my pills.

Customer service is absolute trash . Pharmacist and staff need a training over haul. I had covid and staff was less than understanding of me not being able to come inside of the store . They didnt seem to care about me spreading covid to other patients because they continuously refused to fill my prescription if i didnt come inside. Called corporate for a district manager call back . I would say im surprised but im not , never received a call back . That was two months ago so I transferred all of my rx across the street to walmart and theyre perfect!

Worst pharmacy ever. Will not fill RX within 6 hours unless you go inside and wait. Didn’t matter that I had a sick infant in the car that would scream in the store if I held her in my lap for an hour. Very rude staff. Avoid at all cost. Consistently bad, they are always “too busy” to fill Rxs in a timely manner. Excuses, and rude on top.

Terrible customer service, everyone understands the workforce problem but at least treat every customer with health needs with respect and try to help get their meds transferred to different pharmacy that can fill out prescriptions in same day.This location is terrible if you need your meds at a reasonable time.

This pharmacy is absolutely and completely useless. Scheduled a vaccine, they called the day of to say they didn't have it in stock. Called me back an hour later to say they did have it but I was unavailable. Re-scheduled a couple weeks later, went inside, only to find the dose they had was expired, and they had ZERO IDEA when they would get new ones in. Absolute garbage

After 4 days of waiting on a refill and being told it will be ready in an hour 2x, it still wasn't ready. I was then told 15 minutes on day 4. So I wait and happen to overhear the lady bald faced lie to the pharmacist that id yelled at her and made her cry. The pharmacist was there the entire time and knowing this employee was lying threatened to cancel the prescription. They then proceeded to make it seem like it was the customers fault that they are days behind. They are also double charging people as well. This pharmacy is garbage.
