I was going to apply for a credit card but they said that I don't get rewards when the credit card is used in store and that is one of the only perks . The people are mostly friendly, store is organized and very clean.

Happy to see that there's a changing station in the men's room (I had to use it since the women's was occupied.) Single fathers often have trouble finding a bathroom with one. Thank you to Big Lots for being considerate.

We purchased a Broyhill electric reclining couch and love seat. These things were heavy. We called for curbside pickup and were directed to the loading dock at the rear of the store. These two women had these things on hand trucks and still had the best customer service attitude. Kudos!

I love this big lots! Associates are super helpful and friendly. Big lots is one of my favorite stores being they recognize mental health issues. Shopping at this particular location has been awesome. I shop in here with my baby stroller due to having to walk from home and the associate's never gave me an issue and are always helpful! Thank you all for your great customer service!

We have seen some improvements in the organization of this store in recent months but it still has a lot of work to do. Cashiers are also improving over past visits and the lady today was great even with extra business as people stock up for the coming snow storm. The store just never seems to be fully stocked. It is no longer a dependable place to be able to get over the counter medications like cold medicine, ibuprofen, cough drops, and others as the shelves have been 90% empty for months.

I love this store! I finally became a member and you get AWESOME perks! They have given out FREE: DVD's, hand sanitizer, antibacterial wipes etc. during the pandemic if you are a member. Those things have really helped out! The batteries here are a GREAT price! The prices are always good! They had good quality slippers on sale for $10.00. The staff has always been friendly. Great dog products like 50 XL training pads for only $15.00. They are stocked well, clean, and great hours. I feel safe in this shopping center.

Love Big Lots!!! Have found awesome items and love anything on clearance. Just shopped there last week and couldn’t believe the makeup on sale for $1.00...stocked up!! I usually get a lot of my exterior seasonal decor here as they have a unique variety.

This store is closer for me than the larger, better stores so I’ll usually check here first for things for cleaning, decorating and other household items. The staff here knows my name. They are extremely helpful and have always gone beyond to help me. One guy couldn’t find some clamps I was Looking for and went so far as to get something from his own car that would handle the task. I rent The carpet cleaners from them. We even purchased a sectional them. I love This place.

It was great the 10% discount allotted to veterans is a great benefit. Thanks to the manager and buyer of the new trend fashions and quality of the clothing; I saved a lot. Courteous and helpful staff.

Normally the visit is great. Today they had a sale, so the store was busier than normal. That wasn't the issue. I was in line checking out and the assistant manager Dave was speaking extremely terribly to an associate. I believe her name was Yvonne. She's an elder, how dare you speak to her in that tone and volume AND in front of customers?! I was able to briefly mention it to the manager, the associate checking me out did as well. I am just furious at his lack of professionalism. I'm sure he wouldn't want anyone speaking to his mother or grandmother in the tone he used with her. Please do better. If you can't be a leader that can speak respectfully to employees (even under busy conditions), then you should not be in that position.

I stopped going here and I live 5 minutes away. Out of all the employees I have seen, only 2 provide excellent customer service. One particular woman who works check out frequently is beyond nasty and she needs to be terminated. Because of her I drive to the Hampton location. I do NOT recommend this store to anyone. The employees there as well as management need to either be terminated or undergo extensive customer service training. This location gives Big Lots a bad name.

They have solid dog food / toys options for very reasonable prices. Not a bad stop when pricing furniture either. You should know about the products you're buying, though. One can end up with junk from here. It is a discount / clearance place.

I went to buy a box spring real quick while moving, a man asked me if i needed help and i explained what i was looking for. He asked what size. I said full or queen because my bed is adjustable and i would take whatever they had. He off rip got an attitude and started talking to me like i was stupid. I didn’t catch his name but he was on the clock at 12:15 august 20th and he’s old.He need some customer service training or something.

Looks can be deceiving, as this Big Lots looks dead from the outside. However you'll be presently surprised when you go inside. They've often had just what I'm looking for.

Good prices, they even have good deals on furniture, I love buying my garden stuff there.... but the staff is the real gem. They always go out of their way to help and my recent trip the cashier really went above and beyond.

I like getting K-Cups from Big Lots and checking out what interesting gluten-free foods they may have discounted... but on my recent visit, I found way too many foods that were past their sell-by date, some by months. Disappointing! So, check the dates on foods before you buy them here and you'll be okay.

Great deals on things you need-household goods, snacks, shower gel, toothpaste, party supplies, even furniture. We applaud their wide selection and custimer service is good. Store is older, but don't let it deter you from its great prices.
