Don’t come here if you want any profit left from load the lumpers here charge $675.00 to unload 7 pallets, largest lumper I ever received in ten years of driving for that amount of work.

I had a 7am appointment and had no issue. Just come exactly on your appointment no earlier no later. The reason I gave them 3 stars is that their lumper is outrageously high. $600 for a load that took them less than 2 hours to unload! No overnight parking!

This is the worst place ever. They kept us in line and said we missed are appointment then the next day we went there made to appointment time. 6 hours later said we where unload and when we went to leave my driver and the gate keeper notice they never unloaded us at all. The even wrote on the bol that we where unloaded! A labor work brought it down to us and told us the lady that handles the paperwork did not feel like walking the paperwork down to us. Never take a load to this place it's a joke!

Never deliver here. Had a 7am appointment its now 920 am and they still havent touched one piece of my load. Plus $600 lumper fee.

One star is just too much. Imagine being harrased at work only for management and HR to blame you. This job was mentally draining even if you have time off they'll deny you each time, even if you have anything personal that pops up they'll threaten you with going AWAL. Management takes vacation as they please and will do nothing but overload you with work and making you do overtime on your days off last minute. AAFES management literally can careless about your life outside of work, they're "first priority". This job is literally the closest you can get to jail, I'm glad I walked out and never came back. I just wish I defended myself more against nasty incompetent management because how you would literally be spoken to and treated was literally disgusting.

Very slow unloading. All them heifers in the office have no clue about anything that requires having some clue about. After eight hours of sitting in the dock, heifer comes and gives me my bills claiming I’m empty. I start the truck and pull out of the dock to find my trailer still fully loaded. Not coming back here.

Lumper Fees or outrages. This place is a joke. $550 for 1000 pieces that were palletized. I think lumpers are scamming. Make sure you have discussed this with your broker before you come. Even though i did not have to pay for the lumper myself I won't return.

Wait time is long.. do not get there more then 30 min early they will turn u away.. do not arriveer alte there will be a huge fee to be rescheduled and lumper fees our of rhis world.. cheepest ive seen is 500 and it goes up from there
