Horrible customer service. Older white lady had a really bad attitude and was very rude. First time to this location and will be my last. Definitely will recommend a different store. I went in to buy a Stihl scabbard that showed 2 in stock at this location. I went over to the Stihl section and seen the one I needed and it was slipped onto a saw. However it had a bar code and was listed for sale individually. I asked the gentlemen at the counter to check and make sure it was for sale individually and it was indeed. This poor attitude lady then proceeded to rip it out of my hands and put it back stating that it’s not for sale when it clearly rang up for sale individually. She then got a bigger attitude asking what scabbard I specifically wanted. If she would have taken the time to look at the one she just had in her hands, she could have gotten all that information. She then had me wait 10 minutes while she went into the back to grab the same exact one I just had. But even after 10 minutes she wasn’t back yet. I just took the same one off the saw again and purchased that one. Why make a customer wait when you can take the one from the back and put it back where you want? This lady should not be in customer service and should just stick to stocking shelves or just work at the land fill since she acts as if her life is in the dump. Also the manager was there for most of the altercation and did not intervene at all. If I were upper management I would definitely look into this because you can easily see this lady has had several complaints against her in google reviews.

Staff was all very friendly. However, I came in last week to get copies of keys made. None of the copies made worked, when compared to the original key they did not match each other. Parts of the copies were grinded down too much.

So I just leave his place. Went here to buy power tools. They have the power drills all displayed at the wrong price. I got to the register to check out and is a higher almost 3 times higher than the price it was displayed at. I tell them they need to give me the drill at the price it’s displayed at. I know it’s some rule behind thatSo they get the manager and this guy .. immediately says he not doing it. He then goes to blames customers for putting every drill in the wrong place . Like dude y’all don’t have people going around checking that …. He honestly seems like he didn’t wanna do it because I’m an African American male. Horrible experience here . I wouldn’t recommend anybody going here for any reason. Especially if you’re an African American male ( beware !! )

The store is clean outside and inside. They have a large variety of products. 2 people asked if I needed assistance, which was real nice!! Great customer service at the register! Plenty of instock items.

I've been coming here for almost 1yr never ever had any issues I always leave very pleased until today that old lady in the front needs to learn how to talk & deal with costumers her attitude isn't the best she's isn't there to help or treat costumers right ( july,15 10:30am ) next time I come if she's there I will not want her to assist me in anyway she's rude & very unprofessional the rest of the staff all the younger staff are friendly & very nice that's how it should be not having an older unhappy rude people..

Went in today looking for paint which they unfortunately did not have in stock. However, two staff members did everything they could to find it at another location and ultimately gave me an expected date for their next shipment. If Devin happens to be there when you go in you will definitely get excellent customer service. He is the kind of person that will make you leave with a smile, even if you couldn't get the product you were looking for. Also a shout out to Rodney who helped the cause. Highly recommend this location.

Inflated prices, very little service- they have 1 person who knows anything about anything that's not on IG- and they rarely ever have what a person actually needs. I guess it's OK for little old ladies who don't do any real work anymore, just grow a couple plants.

Very clean, and very helpful staff. I love going here because I always needs need little ends and odds for my house. When I go to larger stores, there's just so much to look at, you forget why you came.Here at Ace, you can just go up and down each isle and collect what you need. No overwhelming desire to shout "Marco!"

Honestly not sure what these negative reviews are on about. I've had an easy time navigation ng the site, calling the store and asking if it could be held for me. The associates are always really helpful once you get there as well. Its a great place to pop in if you need to bring an item for matching also.

This hardware store locates in a nice place and along with the other stores next to it. There are something you may need for your DIY projects. A lot of items have lower prices than the other stores and even saving more if you had coupons.
