I called DoorGorilla and was able to get a service call for the very next day. Kobe and Jayce arrived on time and immediately discovered that I needed to purchase a new garage door operating system. They were quick to offer quotes and explained each option and installed the new system the same day. Both service techs were informative, friendly and answered all my questions. I chose this company based on the great reviews that I read. My older parents, cant say elderly or I will be grounded had a 30+ yr old door that was falling apart. They replace the door and explained to my parents exactly what they were doing. Superior service and great product. I woukd give them more than 5 stars if available.

I called for emergency services on a Friday evening. The person that answered the phone said a worker would call me within an hour. That never happened. I called back the following morning to check to see if someone was still going to call. Provided my information again and immediately received a phone call from someone else saying that they do not provide services on the weekend despite the fact that I had called on a Friday. Then was told that they would not be able to send someone out for five days. Seemed to be some confusion between the first person I spoke to and the second person who called back. The first seemed to think they could have someone come out and the second person who said they don’t work on the weekends. Now I’m currently on the search for another company that will be willing to help me.

Okay Tim is probably one of the best technicians to ever work on anything in my house. He is friendly and prompt and knowledgeable. He fixed a broken spring on a door that wouldn’t open, lubed the doors so it didn’t sound awful when opening/closing, programmed two remotes for our cars (the previous homeowner didn’t leave remotes), and helped me program the keypad on my front post. Total professional and took care of us in every way. Thank you, Tim and Blue Ridge Doors. Very professional, fair pricing, great results. Will use again.

You can learn almost anything from YouTube but at the end of the day, you can't beat a man at what he does. Once I realized my YouTube tutorials weren't gonna cut it, I got in touch with Joe. Have called this place twice about garage doors . First time was for my commercial shop that needed 4,12 ft wide 14 ft tall doors and a year later called about one for my garage at my home and couldn't even get a sales person to call back either time . Lousy customer service.

Brandon demonstrated a high level of expertise fixing a garage door on very short notice. I sent in a request at 8 PM on a Thursday evening, and everything was up and running by 9 AM the following morning (which was 13 degrees, btw!).
