I pulled into the drive-through and said distinctly into the speaker, when asked, “A caramel sundae, medium size, please”. The employee said, “A medium fries and what kind of sundae?” I replied slowly an a bit more carefully, “No fries. A medium sized caramel sundae.” Again, the employee asked what kind of sundae, so I spelled it: C-a-r-a-m-e-l. She said, “Okay, a medium caramel sundae. Anything else?” When I said no, she told me the price. I pulled around to the window and a young man opened it and said, “Fries?” I said, “No…just a medium sized (with emphasis and enunciation) caramel sundae only please!” He told me the price, I gave him the money, and he gave me the sundae (no plastic cover to protect the top) and some change. I said, “Thank you” both times. Then this youngster that looked like this was his first part-time job had the audacity to say to me, a woman old enough to be his grandmother, “You should have some patience. The rudeness really wasn’t necessary!” Then, he slammed the window shut in my face. Now, I got rude and screamed, “ You all need to learn how to do your job, then a customer would NOT have to repeat the order 4 times!!! A complete lack of respect!! I will bet that he would blame me for any reprimand a decent manager would give him. I will never go to that DQ again!

Food was good and so was the other things we ordered. Only thing I will complain about is the awful attitude given towards us from the older guy. He seemed very rude and cranky for no reason to be working in customer service. We are paying customers please don't disrespect me or my family. You having a bad day I understand but brush it off or leave it outside work. Please and thank you..

$19 and something for a four piece chicken strip meal and a blizzard is a bit expensive if you ask me for fast food this is not like going to Arby's or sit down restaurant food was good but too expensive for fast food

Without a doubt one of the filthiest establishments of any brand that I have ever been to nationwide. 14 tables and all were totally filthy. The floor was full of trash. The service bar behind the counter had clearly visible, totally unsanitary towels and linens. The staff which consisted of three females and one male remained behind the counter the entire time on their phones and made no attempt to rectify the dirty conditions of the entire place. Food was okay but based on how the place looked, I doubt it is wise to consume anything manufactured or prepared here.

It's dairy queen. Service was pretty great for being so busy near Rosies casino. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was good and hot, but the fries were a little cold but not terrible. We liked the additions they added to the menu, too, and as always, the blizzards are the best! 😎 If we are in that area again, we will definitely be back!

Stopped in for a treat for my daughter after an appointment. The staff was friendly and helped us identify something allergy friendly. We both ordered a Heath Blizzard. Passed the upside down test.

Stopped here around 12 on a Sunday for lunch. The young man who waited on us was exceptional. He was polite, patient and efficient. Our two chicken strip baskets and desserts came out quickly, and the male manager who gave it to us was pleasant.It is a clean and quick location.The Texas toast was soggy, but I believe it has to do with it being package in the box with condensation.

We stopped by late at night while in the area for a wedding. The customer service was great. Is this that southern hospitality I’ve heard so much about??? The food was surprisingly good too. Really impressed overall, especially since it was about 30 mins before closing. If the owner reads this, please praise your staff who worked night shift Oct 21st 🤩

Had the absolute WORST customer service experience I've ever had at this DQ location. My wife's app wasn't showing one of the deals that was a national promotion (even though mine was) so they couldn't honor the deal. I would understand if we got an explanation from someone if they couldn't honor the coupon without it showing on the app, but the manager wouldn't even acknowledge us and when some other employees tried to assist the cashier she told them to go do something else and not help. The cashier was trying to work with us to see if we could refresh the app to get it to show up, but the manager refused to speak a single word to us.

Google asked me to review this dairy Queen. Unfortunately, I'm unable to give a qualified review. I have never eaten there. They are colocated with a gas station that I frequent on a regular basis. Although, they share a building, I have yet to order food from there. That said, I have used the doors that lead you directly into the dairy Queen on my way to the gas station counter, and the staff there has never failed to provide a friendly greeting, a smile and a hello. I'm sure as Dairy Queens go, they are fabulous. Maybe one day I will grab a bite.
