Nice concept, and these are everywhere, but this one needs work. The bathroom needs work, the order terminals were in need of cleaning, and the employees seemed to just stand around not looking to help anyone unless they had to.

This Royal Farms has been one of my usual stops while traveling. The store inside is slowly getting more run down. Outside no fluid in the washer trough. The outside looks dirty and the gas pump concrete needs to be power washed.

Breakfast sandwich was blah. Egg small and tasteless. Texas toast was stale. Hot sauce made it better. Hashbrown was cold and not good. Chicken Tenders were delicious, juicy and flavorful. Coffee not so good, tastes like hot water. I will stick with Wawa!

I like going to this royal farms compared to any other location. But a HUGE problem is that the manager on over night is RACIST, he is white and fat. I was eating there with my cousins after work and he seemed bothered that we sat and ate there but said nothing. Later on a Hispanic couple comes in and has trouble with him and called me over to translate. As I’m translating he cuts me off and says “I’m not learning Spanish for them, if they come to the United States they need to put the effort in learning our language”!! Like there is no need to say that if I’m already translating for them. That is not the first time he is rude to me. He once kicked me out claiming he needed to clean the table I was eating at when I wasn’t even done eating. Terrible customer service. They need to do better.

Ordered food on the app. When I got the food home my mac & cheese was unsealed and only had a tiny bit of mac & cheese (about one spoon full). My chicken was cold and the buns were so hard we couldn't bite into them.

Ladies room is filthy!Self check out for everything and yet employee barely fiddling with candy display.Didnt assist us and when I mentioned the ladies room being dirty, she said she knew but didnt have time to clean it.

Dirty order screen. Silly, noncaring employee who told me that she was unable to do 8 pieces or more.I told her that I could wait. She actually giggled and said she was by herself...that being the reason. I said you are kidding. I told her that I had made a trip just for chicken. There was plenty of chicken. No apologies.It was 5pm.

Went in to get cigarettes for my brother and the cashier who was on a personal phone call made me wait for 5 minutes. Then I asked her to ring up 2 packs at a time for the marlboro discount and she refused such a rude inconsiderate person especially on Christmas when no one else was even in the store.

Royal Farm is my go to gas/convenience stop. They are generally clean and well maintained and this store stood up to the bill.

Place is a dump. Stopped in today to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. Ordered food and while waiting there were 4 women in the kitchen and only one of them was doing anything. The rest of them were standing around on their phones. Also the one girl forgot a few things from our order which we couldn’t go back for since we already were on the road by the time it was discovered.

Ordered food stood there with food ticket and cash in my hand waiting for someone to show up behind register lady then let's me know I have to pay for my food which I knew but there was no one at register....do I pay you or something? Finally get someone to counter to pay for my food and gas. I get my change go to pump gas stand there for 5 mins waiting for them to set pump...never gets turned on I walk back in I was asked what pump was on. 15 like I told you when I paid for my gas. Go outside wait another 5 mins, no gas.....walk back in I'm told I never paid for gas. Unbelievable the way this place is ran! I will not be returning.

Sometimes the cashiers and the people that work there are not very nice:-( and then there's a couple that work there that are extremely nice 🙂

Food is overpriced and not worth it at all. Ordered 3pc spicy chicken tender meal. Majority of the breading fell off leaving me just with the chicken and the fries were just bland.

They have a clean store but they keep their fried clicken underthe lights too long they told me that they can keep it under the light for three hours I dont want no chicke after its been under the light that long

They took my $15 when it was suppose to only be 6. I accidentaly handed them a 5 when it was suppose to be a 10. He ended up arguing with me and keeping it, NOT A TRUSTWORTHY STORE
