We had the most amazing experience at the RVV clinic today. We were at a place with our cat Felix where we had to put his life journey to rest. He had developed severe lymphatic cancer and was irretrievable. All of the staff were super supportive and amazingly positive on every level. I can't express our gratitude nor how impressed we were with everyone single person there. Thank you so very much. He is resting peacefully under a tree now in the forest by our home with a rock cairn to commemorate his gentle spirit. Thank you again 🙏

Update: 2024 we still take Harley to see Dr. Driver. She is wonderful. I was even late to my appt today because I mixed up the time because I had conflicting info and they still saw Harley!! Her staff is great they know the animals by name and always treat them with care. I even had an issue with a prescription being a bit more than I wanted to pay and it upset my babies tummy and she recommended an OTC alternative!!This is a great clinic. The people really care about the animals. They got down on the floor with our dog instead of making him get on the cold table when he was scared. They always work with him when he is anxious and never get irritated when he doesn't cooperate. The prices are lower than most any clinic that we could find and the service is fast. They get you in when you need a pet seen even if it is last minute. They explain why they perform services before they do them and give you options if you need to leave some stuff out. Its very helpful if you have a pet that you love dearly but are also on a budget. Great staff, great services, great prices. Just an all around great place to take you babies!

Our dog had an emergency, in our mind, so we called & they were able to get her in the next day to do an exam. She needed to have a surgery to remove a growth & they boarded her, our decision, until she was scheduled to get the growth removed. Our dog was VERY well taken care of & loved during her stay & the surgery was successful. Thank you so much Dr Driver & staff!!

This is a fantastic veterinarian clinic the staff and vets are so kind and helpful. They are doing such a great job during Covid. I now prefer to have someone take my pet at my car. I am less stressed and i am sure my animals are as well. I feel i get plenty of time with the vet over the phone. Dr. Driver is ALWAYS very kind, sweet, and thorough with my animals.

While on vacation for a few days, Our dog was bitten by another dog and we rushed her over to Rockfish Valley Vet Clinic. Dr. Driver and staff took my dog in immediately and checked her out. They gave her great care and bandaged up the wound. Dr. Driver and staff were very caring and gentle with our dog. They were so nice. I highly recommend Rockfish Valley Vet Clinic.

This clinic needs to triage sick pets so that animals who attend this clinic can be seen when needed. My dog developed a cough, fatigue and was not eating. Staff would not schedule her an appointment for 5 days and made this decision without talking to the vet. She was seen promptly by another clinic that was overbooked too, but professional and kind. Transferring dog's care to other clinic. It does no good to have proximity to a great vet's office if you can't get in the door when ill. Similar complaints on this and other threads.

Great first experience. Staff was super friendly, helpful, and made a great experience for our young dog rabies shot,Really love this practice. Knowledgeable and friendly. Another great experience this time for annual with our senior dog.

Well I took my dogs to get their shots,when I got home and looked at the invoice,lots done,but no shots. The entire reason I made the appointment was for shots. Had I been aloud in with my dogs this would not have happened. I'm outside with my large nervous dogs and there are 2 riding mowers zipping around us. Freaking me and my dogs out. I can't bring them inside. Again. The vets office is closed Wed. Do the lawn care that day, no cars in the way,no dogs freaking out. Great staff, I animal sit,and I have clients that used them, I've always been happy when I've taken critters there. I hope this was just a bad day, happens.

I have an aggressive cat and have never enjoyed going to a vet... he's been here several times this year due to an ongoing illness and the last time he laid down and wanted belly rubs during the appointment! Super great with aggressive cats!

Gave it a try to avoid driving to Waynesboro. Waited nearly an hour past appointment time for routine pet exam and shots with lots of loud yelling going on in the exam rooms. Very pleasant young lady at reception kept apologizing for vets but never got seen.Never again.

The receptionist here was very helpful to me when I was suffering from injustice done to me by the Lovingston Veterinarian clinic she was very caring and very helpful and helped me find organizations that helped me with my cats life threatening condition. If any of my pets ever need care I will go here for their care they are very competent and caring and not that outrageous with prices.

This place is not for cats, they seem to specialize in dogs only. They casually and carelessly gave my cat meds for dogs, and it made him very sick, I would recommend the veterinary center in Waynesboro especially Dr. Reeder instead, especially for urinary or bladder infections in cats.
