Dr. Siex and everyone at Natural Bridge Animal Hospital are amazing. While visiting from out of town they were able to see my dog immediately after I discovered she had eaten rat poison. They were able to attend to her in a calm kindly manor. They even called all the pharmacies in the area to find one that would have her needed medication. I can't recommend them enough.

Unique animal hospital tucked away at Natural Bridge. Unique meaning? One-of-a-kind. Could not ask for a more caring and dedicated veterinarian and staff. Some may say "they're pricey ", I say " you get what you pay for, top quality ". They go the extra mile it takes. Dr McDermott saved my precious Mac's life. There is no doubt in my mind he would not be alive today if it was not for her. Mac is cancer free almost five years later. They have my vote. Two thumbs up, you cannot go wrong. ❤️

Great group of humans! Took my Lil Sebastián to get a check up, shots, and a spa day. Everyone was friendly and genuinely enjoyed my boy! Pricing was as expected and agreed upon with no surprises or hidden costs. He came home with an A report card and smelling wonderful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We stopped in town on our family road trip to visit the Safari Park, but we needed a place to leave our dog during that time. We also needed to have a couple of her vaccines brought up to date. The entire experience was smooth, the entire staff was so kind and helpful, and we are so thankful! I wish this hospital was in our hometown. Highly recommended! Thank you all for taking such great care of Sugar for us!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. We were moving across country with our dog and when we stopped in Natural Bridge to get gas, she began to seize and actually passed in my kiddos arms.I Googled and found Natural Bridge Animal Hospital and called them almost hysterical. The person who answered the phone was so sweet and told me to bring her in. When we got there, I was carrying Luna up the hill crying and someone actually came out and met me coming up the drive.All of the staff that I met were wonderful. They talked to me about my options and let me spend as much time with Luna as I needed to.I asked them if they could hold her until we got to our destination and then I would call and pay for her cremation. They ended up holding her for us for nearly 3 weeks. When I called to order her cremation - everyone again was so nice and so caring.If you are in the area and you need an amazing animal hospital who truly cares about animals and their humans - use this place.

I was not a client with Natural Bridge Animal Hospital until I had an emergency whilst driving from TN to NY. My beloved senior schnauzer was treated with love and care as though we had known everyone for years. The team knew my girl was very sick and got us a quick referral to an emergency clinic after exhausting all approaches. I will be forever grateful to Dr. McDermott. I miss my sweet girl more than words can express but I feel beyond blessed to have happened upon this amazingly kind, genuine, and honest clinic. The team was so authentic and showed genuine concern for a 15.5 year old schnauzer and her sobbing dog mom. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart.

Everyone here are amazing. They are so great with my animals. I have a dog who hates the Vet. Everywhere shes been we have had to muzzle her. Today, my Wookie went with them so happily. I would recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be using them. Thank you for living animals like we do.

It felt like home the minute Lucy Kitty and I walked in. We were greeted warmly by Trisha. I had sdopted Lucy on a Thursday, and on Monday, realized she needed to be seen. Quickly, the appointment was made for Tuesday morning, and there we were. Dr. McDermott and Emily, her Very tech were very professional and so very nice. They made us feel comfortable, both as patient and worried new Mama. They listened to my personal needs and what I had observed as Lucy's symptoms. A very thorough exam was done, medicine given, instructions were made clear for the medicine that needed to be given at home, and we were through. I felt very relieved and extremely satisfied with the care we were given. The right choice was made. The next day, I was called to follow up, to make sure Lucy was responding well to the medicine, and that I was comfortable with her home care. I very much appreciated that. Natural Bridge Animal Hospital is highly recommended by Lucy and me with a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 star review. Kiddos to the staff!!!

I was recommended to NBAH by a friend who has a service dog and who has had consistently exceptional experiences with Dr McDermott. I took Scamp for his first visit after my mother died and he was experiencing extreme trauma. Dr McDermott was very professional, gentle, caring, and helped us through and extremely difficult time in our lives. She even called me at 7:30pm the next day to check on Scamp out of the blue. I was astounded! How many doctors do that?!? This facility is a treasure that I hope that Scamp and I will never lose. The fact that they also have a Pet Hotel & Spa is a huge bonus and one that Scamp takes advantage of when I have to go out of town. He finds it so much fun that sometimes it's hard for him to decide whether to stay or come home! The staff at NBAH is phenomenal - they care for every single animal in there like he/she was their own - and the facility is clean, modern, and well maintaned.I cannot recommend NBAH highly enough, because I would never leave a family member with anyone I didn't trust.:)

We take our two cat babies to NBAH and my Father boards his dog there.Dr. McDermott and staff are top notch. They are thorough in exams, testing and treatments. Because of God and with the help of Dr. McDermott, we were able to nurse two very sick kittens back to good health. The Doctor and staff are always helpful, caring, compassionate and extremely friendly. We are so thankful for NBAH!!!!!

Having an animal in serious pain, needing to see a vet, at a place where previously I had enjoyed many many years of exlemplary service and care, I was greviously disappointed to be put on hold, multiple times (>20 min first time) and then told "maybe" we can see you this afternoon ... And "no, you can't come in earlier, and no, we don't like customers leaving animals here.". I was stunned, and then I was mad. Lauren Keating would have never allowed this. I will never step foot on those grounds again. I cannot recommend this place of business to anyone who cares for their animals. Take your business to a vet who cares. Gary K. Rogers, PE, PhD.
