The staff is so kind and lovely and inviting. Even if I don’t find anything, it’s always a great time to stop in. You can really find some treasures here and it always goes to a great cause! Much better than Good Will!!

Hands down the best secret and while I don't like sharing my secret haunts I feel the need to share this awesome experience. The staff is precious and when you think they do it without pay every day is amazing. They are a TRUE CHARITY organization. They give to the organization they claim to be. And unlike others in this area they are realistically priced. An awesome experience every time.

These people working there are the greatest. Their prices are very good, great attitudes, friendly and helpful. Tell them what your needs are and let them see if they can be of assistance. They are the first place I go, besides , I’m a fur baby, MaMa and these little ones need all the help that they can get through funding like this. BonnieCrim

Prices are far too high for the DONATED merchandise. Same thing that was at their store for $5.00 was at Goodwill for $.59. Exact same thing. If they want to collect, that's fine, but if they want to sell, they need to learn how to price.

If you are patient and keep visiting you will find good stuff. Not every visit will turn up a treasure. I just found a very nice display cabinet.

I love thirfty paws I recommend it just because it's not going to Goodwill and proceeds are not for a person but for a dog that needs food or a cat who needs food too so this is a good way to get rid of your own stuff let people come in there and find a different use for it

Love the store itself the items and the prices but it is a shame when some people that dont like working there are rude it is very unpleasant I feel that if a person is unhappy with the job they should quit I am hoping for a better experience next time

Children are absolutely not welcome. Horrible management. Don't waste your time or money. Goodwill is much much better.

Why have a store specifically for creatures who CAN'T DRIVE to even shop there? The smell of cat urine is that of a shelter in rural Kentucky.
