I enjoy my experience every time! I have gotten massages and facials done here and it is so relaxing! I love the various organic products that they use, the facility is very clean and organized with many products for sale, and the staff is so friendly and helpful with your questions. I highly recommend them! I have had massages and facials done at other facilities before, but by far was the most satisfied with True Organics Spa and now recommend them when people are looking for a great spa experience!!

I stopped into True Organics Spa last week after passing by it many times but never having time to visit. I chatted with the owner about ear candling since I have been dealing with a lot of allergy stuff and had it done a few times in Northern Virginia a few years back. I made an appointment and went today and was not disappointed. The spa was relaxing and Jennifer was amazing. She explained everything to me during the process and made sure that I was comfortable. I will be going back in a few weeks for another candling and plan to check out the salt room and other services she offers. Thank you Jennifer, I am glad I stumbled upon your hidden oasis.

Totally Recommend!!! Jenifer's massage services are AMAZING. she does not disappoint. I went in with major shoulder pain stiffness and walked out like a new woman! Definitely recommend to anyone who has aches and pains or who just want a nice massage. Her cbd products in her store are great as well. Check True Organics Out!!!!

Upon my first visit I was so shocked to find a very large inventory of many types of supplements, herbal teas, cooking alternative products, and pet products! Essential oils, CBD oils, carrier oils, etc. I purchased a diffuser necklace and car vent clip today and I am so pleased with them. I also am so pleased with how many massages and spa treatments they offer and the pricing is phenomenal. I plan to schedule my next massage here for sure!

The staff is friendly, warm and inviting and the services are wonderful! It's definitely not your traditional spa. They specialize in organic/all natural services and their prices are conducive to the area, not overinflated and overpriced like others in the area. The store is packed with a huge variety of gifts, spices, tinctures, edibles and oils. They have a bit of everything for everyone!

True Organics is full of so many great items! Plenty of choices of healthy foods for people with allergies like me. They have a great assortment of international sweets and teas too. The massage rooms are beautiful and they offer so many services. The salt room is so cool! I definitely recommend stopping there if your in the Smith Mountain Lake area and looking for relaxation and delicious foods.

I had the wonderful pleasure of visiting this store. It’s full of treasures. It’s the kind of store you want to visit again and again. The prices are perfect. I have visited many metaphysical stores that are way over priced. Jennifer ( the owner)enjoys what she does and it shows. The best surprise, is the beautiful spa. With first class amenities. I would highly recommend this store.

The best massage in the area. i went to Jennifer with a very bad sciatica that caused me to almost stop being able to walk. I had the problem for at least a year before going to True Organics. After one session I was cured in that I have had no problem since. I would recommend Jennifer and True organics to anyone who has this problem as she is the best and I would not go to anyone else as she has proved beyond a doubt that there is a way to stop the pain and become functional again. Awesome first time visit today for a massage with Penny! I have regular massages in Northern Virginia and today's massage ranks up there with the best ones I've ever had. Penny was knowledgable and very proficient, using deep tissue techniques to get at some of my chronic pain areas (think neck, shoulders). She also spent considerable time on other areas influencing my pain, resulting in me walking out feeling like I was floating on a cloud! The spa itself was very pretty, calming and super clean--it is also clear they are taking the pandemic seriously. Masks are required, there are plenty of opportunities to wash your hands or avail yourself of hand sanitizer. I highly recommend this spa and plan to be back as soon as my schedule will allow. True Organics remodel of the store is so organized and now even more eye appealing than before.The services offered are amazing and quite reasonably priced.I just love going there and seeing Jenniferalise the owner of the store,she is always so kind, friendly and nice.She is also very helpful when I need assistance or guidance in choosing or trying a new product. Excellent service and experienced, friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and proficient in various massage and spa modalities as well as essential oils, cbd products and tea. They have a LARGE selection of teas, kratom and cbd items in the store and offer a lot of different spa treatments. They can be a little tricky to find if you are not from the area and they are hidden--not on a main road, but that keeps it less noisy when you are trying to relax and enjoying the spa.

The owner/employee is very helpful. I have bought incense and she helped me pick the right ones. I was new to the state and she was very quick to help. We recently visited the store for my moms purchase and she helped find the right product for her while informing her on past experiences and friends.

I stepped in just looking for tea and ended up picking up some nice grains as well. The selection of teas was lovely, much larger than I expected in quiet Moneta, and the owner was very kind. I'll have to try a massage the next time I'm in the area.

Amazing ! Shannon is so good she knows all the pressure points well. My family worked in the industry so I’m picky when choosing a massage place and I have no complaints. You even get a little treat bag with funny jokes to read when you leave.

So I went here last Friday around noon and walked in the door. The employee was in the back office and she put her mask on when she had seen me walk in..at that point she says I need to put on a mask although she was in the store not wearing one..I said I don't have one..at that point she rudely says I need to leave and points to the door..no offer to supply one and an absolutely nasty attitude..I walked out and purchased my wife a 200$ gift card across the streat at the southern goat..my wife nor I will be back..

Loved the experience! Wonderful, however I am not fond of their policies. If you do not give them 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule, they will charge your credit card on file 50% of their services. Not good if you get sick and don't give them a 24 hour notice!
