I went there to pickup something that the Internet said they had. But it turns out they actually didn't have it. The staff went above and beyond to look for the item. All very nice. The store itself, even though it's an ACE store, really had that great Mom & Pop feel.

I DROVE 35 MINUTES AFTER CALLING TO SEE IF THEY HAD STRAW IN STOCK. THEY WERE CLOSED WHEN I GOT THERE.. I CALLED.. MANAGEMENT ANSWERED THE PHONE AND TOLD ME THEY HAD DECIDEDTO CLOSE EARLY TODAY.. WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT TO LET ME KNOW BEFORE I DROVE OUT THERE.

Called and was transferred to Contractor Services to verify if they had a filter for my Stihl 33 Shop Vac. Spoke to a woman and said I was calling ahead because it was important that she have it due to time and distance and I need it today. She assured me that she could match it up with a Craftsman (I questioned this but she said she was certain). She would not check to verify, she would only give her assurance. 30 miles round trip and loss of time later, she didn’t have it could match it. Incompetent? Or selfish and rude?

Worst customer service I have ever seen! My husband and I came to the store at 4:45pm and was continually told they were closing by several ladies and was pressed to not even shop. We were planning to buy multiple produce plants. Clearly they didn’t want our business. We could have easily spent $150 if they would have helped us find what we needed and been a helping hand instead of telling us they were closing. We will never shop there again. Telling the locals of our experience will not help them either. Instead we stopped at the small produce stand and got what we needed. There was another gentleman there that was getting the same heat from the ladies and he was upset too.

The service department takes for ever to fix anything. I bought a UTV there and after 27 hours the transmission went out and the warranty company would call them back and they don’t seem to care.

Took lawnmower in for warranty work. It was denied. Carburetor would leak fuel into engine after shutdown. Improper float or needle valve adjustment. They said carb. was dirty inside. How! There is a fuel filter. Carbs. are covered under warranty. It says plain as day on warranty carburetors and internals. Complained to Husqvarna. They said their service center has final say. Husqvarna has no oversight over the service centers. So they can do what ever they please.I've been contact . With Husqvarna and they follow YOUR recommendation. On the problem and solution. So if you say I damaged the product no matter how impossible that is, they follow your recommendation.Should have seen the warning signs when Moneta Farm & Home Center said they don't work on Husqvarna lawnmowers that wasn't sold by them even though they are a dealer.

As someone who has worked in customer service for 12 years, this has been the worst service I have ever experienced. I was told repeatedly they were about to close when my wife and I arrived. And the ladies there did not want to help at all. I want to help out local stores by spending money with them instead of big box stores. The Lord had other plans for the money we wanted to spend there today. We ended up buying some plants from a small stand down the street from MFHC. Please work on your customer service!

I bought a new stihl weed eater here last week. The two gentleman who helped me were great! I doubled the warranty just by purchasing a 6 pack of oil, which I thought was great! They had me in and out in no time.

Walked in with part in hand. Met at counter by staff who walked me back to part location, selected replacement and provided tips on installation. Replacement required some colorful language not provided at store, but project complete. Ace store in Moneta very helpful.Update: made several subsequent trips here and always find staff helpful and knowledgeable. Store seems well stocked for typical homeowner projects.

I needed 2 tires for my zero turn mower that I purchased a few years ago from Moneta Farm Store. My husband uses the mower to move around on our property since he walks with a cane and is 83 yrs old. I asked for the price per tire and was told it was $95 apiece, plus $10 each to mount onto the rim. I checked Amazon for prices and they were a lot cheaper, but decided to go with Moneta since it would be hard for my husband to mount himself. After I picked up my tires, I checked the brand and then went back to Amazon to see what their price per tire was. They were only $53 per tire. Yes, it was my decision to use Moneta Farm Store to purchase my tires, but the write up was a bit high. Being on a fixed income it really hurt.

After driving an hour to get to this place, they sold me the wrong mower blades. They had the wrong label on the wrong blades. So I had to drive another hour to return/exchange the blades, and they admitted that the mislabeling was their fault, but refused to give me a discount, and they didn't have enough of the right kind of blade, so on top of it all, I have to go somewhere else now, to get the other blades.

I've been to Moneta Farm supply hundreds of times. The owner (not sure which one) is awesome.The help is not so good. They seem to be always angry and impatient, like it's a bother to ask them a question.Often the attitude is so strong I'm hesitant to ask them for anything, preferring to wander around with the hopes of getting what I want.Prices are a bit high, but lower than Capps and higher than Lowes.i'm not sure why everyone there is so unhappy but beware when you go in there. They have everything there but customer service is not their strong suite.
