The store was clean and had great products. However had an issue today. We came in about 530pm. Store worker, Rose, put a pair of women's boots on the 4.99 rack. They fit me, so my husband and I picked them up and went to check out. Upon checking out, worker called back for a price check on the boots. My husband told her she just put the boots on the 4.99 rack. She stated she did not put any boots on any rack, and she had to call back for a price check because they did not have a price. Another worker came to get them, when we tried to tell him what happened he did not listen to us, he took them and came back with a price of 14.99. We got the boots anyway because we liked them and we had planned on getting them. But this worker knows she had just put those boots on a 4.99 rack and it is just the principle of the matter. 10 dollars is 10 dollars I could care less. They were amazing boots. But this whole situation was uncalled for and unprofessional. We can spend our money at other goodwills and not feel like we are being taken advantage of and still help the community.

My first visit. I was extremely impressed with absolutely everything.I read reviews before going, and was blown away by the negatively...my word, folks we must remember where we are shopping.Do a little math in your head.I bought 5 pr designer pants, and some odds and ends and spent 32.00.I COULD go to the mall and buy one pair of RL jeans for just 18.00 more.I'm surely NOT COMPLAINING about the "selection".

The store was neat, clean, organized, well stocked. The associate greeted me upon entering and my cashier was knowledgeable and friendly. I plan to shop again when I am in the area.

Cashier was RUDE over priced broken items. Stains on the clothes, sweaty clothing, really. They used to have ppl who were very nice , respectful not anymore. I won't go here. I gather this is the training they teach. Rudeness etc. Ask me not even one star. They have gone down big time.

Great service and some good prices and good finds you may descover for your family or yourself. Bought some shirt and 👖 for work and prices was great. Definitely recommend to come here and just take your time to look around and you will find some jums .

Prices to high. And as usual anything of value that can be, has been shipped out or listed online. But people keep donating thinking it will be sold to the local community. The people were nice and friendly.

Decent, clean store with a lot of floor space. I don't find things here very often, so I took a star off. However, since it's a bit of a drive from Roanoke I don't get to this one as much and I may be biased. I'd only make a special trip here from Roanoke if I was doing something else here, like going to a restaurant at Bridgewater Plaza.

One of my favorite Goodwill locations to shop, donate or just browse. Clean, roomy, well organized, well lit, great selections of used items with some new items also offered. Friendly staff.

Store was clean and organized but manager very rude and unprofessional. She was very inconsiderate of the cashier and bagger who was wrapping a glass item I purchased because she felt they were using too much newspaper.

Great quality of clothes at this location. Purchased a Nike jacket and a couple of skinny ties. Only downside is the associate that rung me out was extremely rude and uninviting.

I was really disappointed with the store. I had hoped to find clothes for my son as well as myself, but could find no pants at all for my son, and only one pair for myself. The cashier was very slow as well. There just wasn't much variety.

Sometimes find some great deals, but other times just about nothing. I will say that, in general, prices for the free stuff they get donated to them is sometimes ridiculously high.

Lots of clothing for women. Men's section is kind of small. Housewares section does not have a good variety of items. Furniture section is almost non-existent.
