Our dog looks like a new man! We have used other groomers in the past and he has never looked this good. We are very pleased with the grooming and the way our dog was treated. Will definitely be using them again!

We had an awesome experience here. Our PWD was ready for his summer haircut, and the team at Bark Avenue took great care of us. They welcome feedback from owners, too - it's clear they want to give your pet the cut that YOU desire. When ours came out to us, I wanted to make a few adjustments to the length of his hair on his snout, and it was no issue at all. The groomer took him back and 2 minutes later he was done. We've had trouble finding a reliable groomer recently, but we couldn't be more happy with our experience here. Thanks for taking great care of our pup - I'm sure we'll be back before long!

I drive over an hour to bring my dog here and it is worth the drive!! I will NEVER go anywhere else. The owner has over 10 years of experience and it shows! All of the girls at the shop are so friendly and I leave my baby there knowing he will be very well taken care of. Our boy used to hate having his nails done but the groomers there were patient and kind to him and now he loves visiting his groom shop girls! Sweet, talented, animal lovers that are worth every penny. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

When I took my dog in everyone was very sweet and helpful. When I went to pick up my dog he looked beautiful. Usually I pay $100 to get my dog groomed…it was 200.When I got home about a week later I noticed that from them brushing him too hard, abusively too hard, he has scabs all over both of his back sides and his back.When I called to tell the manager she replied “that happens sometimes”NO it does not, and should never happen. my dog is over four years old and I’ve only had this happen one other time. Beware of how they are actually treated behind closed doors!!

I had been taking my senior dog here for years because they were always so wonderful. I have a puppy now and took him for his first groom. I'm so disappointed, it looks like they hardly touched him beyond his face and paws. They took my money before allowing me to see him. Also, I made a point to be sure they called the correct phone number because they have two on file. Still, they called the wrong one, causing my wait wait to be prolonged. I waited three hours to pick up a partially groomed dog.

We had two Husky mix dogs recently groomed by Bark Avenue. The employees were friendly and very helpful. They were prepared for our dogs promptly on my arrival and were obviously, very comfortable working with dogs. The grooming was done exactly as we discussed and in a very prompt manner. Not only were they faster than previous groomers that we used, the quality of the hair trimming was superb. An added bonus was the fact that the final cost was even lower than the quote I was given on the phone when scheduling the appointment. I can not praise their professionalism enough and would recommend them to anyone. Bark Avenue is definitely where I will take my dogs for future grooming.

I have a sweet Maltese and I recommend this grooming business to anybody who loves their pets as much as me. I am the one with separation anxiety and I love how they make you feel safe to leave your beloved pet with them to groom. She comes out looking like perfection with my grooming requests. The not leaving them in a kennel drew me to them. That's caring about the welfare of pets to me. Staff very friendly and attentive to me and my sweet Maltese.

We have 3 Rottweilers and they do the best nail trimming. In particular our youngest is a challenge and they are the only one's who get it done without freaking her out. They also do an excellent grooming job.

Took my dog there. She was done quickly, and nice and clean. Her claws were cut up super nicely as well. Everyone there is friendly and professional. FYI at least as of Dec 2021 they are a cash or check only. No cards.

Toook my puppy there for her first hair cut. They did an amazing job and cut her exactly as I requested. I hardly recognized her at first but shes still her spunky self and looks so cute. I definitely recommend bark Avenue grooming for you pets grooming needs.

I’ve never had any of my pooches groomed before. We have a pomeranian & she sheds like crazy! drove me insane! i checked out several grooming business before finally deciding with Bark Avenue - mainly because they do not believe in putting your pooch in a kennel! everywhere else i checked with placed them in a kennel to dry and until you could pick them up. Bark Avenue calls you ahead of time so you can pick up your dog! Trixie has horrible separation anxiety and gets nervous and shakes around new faces. She went right to the groomer and they said she did excellent! They did exactly as i wanted. Their prices are fabulous as well! Highly recommended & we will continue to use this grooming company!

We were on vacation and just couldn't get our Torkie (Toy Fox Terrier/Yorkie) in for a cut at our home groomer prior to vacation, so we called Bark Avenue Grooming. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The grooming Lilly received was awesome. Since it was the 4th of July week she had on a nice red, white and blue bandana when we picked her up. Bark Avenue Grooming is top notch.

They were doing a good job until the Groomer shaved my Maltese’s fur too close to his eye and cut his eyelid. I was not called to alert me until I picked him up 3 and a half hrs. after drop off. My dog’s eye was draining & closed shut for 5 days!! Tasha in denial disputed it being “just a hair in his eye” although the military vet’s invoice clearly stated a cut. Didn’t have the courtesy of at least an apology.
