I hope the employees of this store never have to rush to a store before they close so they can buy milk and breakfast for their toddler to have in the morning since they grow like crazy and devour everything you have. I arrived at 9:50 to find the door locked while a customer was being checked out. The cashier stared at me as I inspected the door to confirm they closed at ten. It would have taken me less the 3 minutes to make my purchase. As I was getting in the car to rush to another store the employe unlocked the door for the customer that they declared would be their last for the night and no motion to allow me in the store. I will make sure everyone is aware of the fact that this store operates on its own hours set by the employees by how they feel that day. The store looks horrendous and unkept from the outside and the times I have been inside it looks the same.

Hopefully this eyesore will be one of the 1,000 Family Dollar outlets that are going out of business soon. I preferred the small meadow that was there before this monstrosity was built, and so did the birds. There's another dollar store just down the street and you can inhale the chemical atmosphere there.

Went to buy water marked at $1.80 and came to $2.50 . I told the cashier they said price must have gone up. I will not return here . Lost a customer not over the $0.50 but for the lack of customer service

The staff members harasses their customers, especially if they have a problem with you or one of their family members/friends have a problem with you. They do illegal activities there. One of the staff members left the register just to rush up and harass the person that I seen in the other aisle.. it was unprofessional and frankly embarrassing on her part, which she had her kids at work with her so for her to harass someone with her kids beside her is not okay. I won’t be going here anymore, and I will be talking to the manager about that mess.

Gota love the Family Dollar Store! Well, mainly bc in Louisa, we got one or Dollar General at every stoplight just about!! Anyway, the store in Mineral is very small for the amount of items they have, but the workers try hard to keep it neat & tidy & they are very friendly & helpful! Most (probably all) are hometown girls, born & raised here, so like everyone else, they know just about everyone that comes thru the door which makes it more family oriented & likeable. 5 stars for sure!

Went in this store last night ,spoke to one of the female employees who was putting up stock .she stopped and looked at me and said nothing but this is not the first time .also I've been told by this same employee upon,going in the store one day that when I was ready to check out I needed to come outside because she was taking her smoke break and I was in the store well over 30 minutes! And I ended up purchasing nothing because I refuse to chase you down at your place of employment to make a purchase .

Listen, the store itself is ummm, yeah. There's a sign posted on the door BEFORE entering, a face covering😷 is required to shop here.Why were there 6 HUMANS!!! Without 😷🤔.....We was covered, face and hands!! Don't let me get my little fingers on some Serve-Pro suits. Stores be out back 😉

Stored closed, during regular business hours, for "inventory"?? Isnt this typically performed after normal operating hours, when the customer isnt impacted? At 1:45pm on a Sunday, the doors were locked and a sign said inventory, closed until 2pm. Returned at 2:10pm, and a new sign read "Cosed due to inventory'... Haven't been to this store, and wanted to grab something on the way to the lake, but I'll stop at Dollar General.
