Love it! Needed a quick coffee and a muffin to get the day going and DK’s did not disappoint me! Very friendly staff and most importantly, it’s good. Food was good and coffee was good. Can’t complain!Parking: Park and order from the window or drive up and order. Amazing!

We have loved everything we have ever gotten from DK's! Coffee, chai, refreshers, ice cream, sausage rolls, muffins, and cookies! Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful. Our favorites are the mocha lattes, chocolate and fruit muffins, strawberry acaí refreshers, sausage rolls, and sugar cookie latte. They have oat milk too! A playground for the kids, a covered area for eating, and a sink to wash your kids down after the ice cream! It's a great place for a mom coffee hangout too. You have to stop by!Update: order one of every muffin and cut them up to share!Vegetarian options: Muffins, cookies, coffee, tea, ice cream, milkshakesKid-friendliness: The playground and the sink for hand washing are really helpful.

UPDATE 2/27/23: They now have ice cream available at the first window! Continue to the second window for coffee etc..We live nearby and can't resist grabbing a quick latte and sausage roll in the morning. This place is newly contructed, it has a very nice covered patio area with picnic tables. The owners and employees are very kind, they take extra care in making all their pastries and desserts from scratch. The smoothies are excellent, and they don't take long to make at all. We will continue to stop here and can't wait for the warmer weather to come around so we can start getting ice cream as well!Vegetarian options: They have pastriesParking: It's a drive thru, but if you wish to walk up, there are free parking spots available as well as a patio area with picnic tables.Kid-friendliness: They will start serving ice cream soon

Better than Starbucks. I recommend everyone who loves coffee to go here! The owner is amazing ad well as the staff... my favorite place to go to get my White Chocolate Mocha!Plus I love that it's a drive thru!

Should I have slowed down to snap a photo? Probably. But the buttery, savory smell of the spicy Aussie sausage roll was so enticing I could not be bothered. The flaky pastry was so perfect and subtle with the spicy (I asked for the spicy! They have a mild) sausage filling. It was warm and the absolute perfect lunch. I also opted for their PSL which is a good standard for this time of year. I find the coffee flavor itself very enjoyable and not acidic and citric in nature as is common to find these days. It’s very pleasant to sip on. The guy who I’m guessing is the owner was very friendly and talkative. I certainly will be back and taking my husband next time!!

My husband and I were on vacation in Mineral, VA, and every restaurant we tried was either the same or terrible. Then we discovered this wonderful small spot! The sausage rolls, both regular and spicy, were fantastic and complemented the coffee and ice cream perfectly. We went again and got to try both.They had this delicious dark chocolate ice cream. Most restaurants do not sell dark chocolate ice cream, so this was a pleasant surprise! My husband had a waffle cone with dark chocolate ice cream, while I had a milkshake. There is absolutely nothing to complain about, they tasted amazing.The owner was genuinely kind and remembered us the following day. We miss this spot almost as much as we miss the lake where we were staying. We can't wait to go again in the future. We highly recommend making a stop here!

The espresso is well-balanced and flavorful. Every drink comes with two shots of espresso and does not have an overwhelming amount of sugar,syrup,etc. The aussie sausage roll is a sturdy filo stuff with fresh sausage. Kinda like a breakfast croasaint on crack. The service is impeccable every single time! And the prices will amaze you! My first experience here was in the winter after getting off of work past 4pm we decided to stop by for a coffee but found out they were closing for the day, instead of turning us away the owner made us a refresher beverage and a muffin that was absolutely delicious and invited us to come back during the morning hours. Since then we've enjoyed their coffee, ice cream, sausage rolls, muffins, and cookie that have been the best we've ever had! If you ever get a chance to come to Mineral definitely give this place a visit.

Great coffee shop. The drive thru is fast and convenient. Makes it easy to make a quick stop when I’m in a hurry. Coffee is delicious. I’ve tried the hot and cold coffees and loved all of them. Tons of outdoor seating to stay a while. And for the first time I tried an Aussie sausage and let me tell you those are dangerously delicious! If you’ve never tried one before I definitely recommend it. This place gets 5 stars all the way. We recently moved to Louisa and are so thankful for DK’s. Their coffee shop is great, but we’ve really been enjoying the ice cream. The flavors are very simple and straightforward, but so well executed! We’ve definitely been to bigger, more established ice cream places (that specialize in ice cream) that are no where near the taste and quality of DK’s.Our favorites include the strawberry and dark chocolate ice cream, as well as their espresso drinks, dirty chai, spicy sausage rolls, and blueberry & chocolate chip muffins.Definitely give DK’s a try!

Positively awesome and friendly Staff!!!! They alone make the visit well worth it!!! But let me tell you about the coffee... it is out of this world amazing!!! I tried DK's for the first time this week and immediately fell in love!!! I have patronized many coffee shoppes, several being big chains(I will not mention names but you should know), and this is by far the best one in my opinion. When I say many, I have traveled all over the US and need a good pick-me-up every so often. I was completely surprised and utterly amazed at the flavor and taste of my drink. The blend between the espresso, cream, and flavor was perfectly balanced. I enjoyed every sip, all the way to the last drop. I definitely could tell how much love and passion was put into making my drink. I also tried the Aussie Roll and let me tell you I enjoyed every bite! The flakiness of the pastry and the flavor of the sausage made it a delightful snack! I tried the mild sausage the first time but plan on trying the hot sausage my next time around. I highly recommend trying one if you are a little hungry. Everything was so good that I even took my daughter to DK's the following morning. As I am writing this review, I am contemplating getting in the car to go grab myself a coffee!!! If you are in the area, or not, I recommend stopping by and giving DK's a shot!!! I doubt they will disappoint!!!The only negative part of the review is that the closing time of the coffee side is a little early. I hope they will soon extend the evening hours a little bit as they currently close at 4 PM. I work the night shift and do not wake up until after they close. I would love to be able to swing through and get a drink on the way to work. So until they extend their hours, I guess I can only enjoy Dk's on my days off.Plus, I am sure a lot of teachers and staff members of LCPS would love to grab a drink and snack on the way home after school.

We got a spicy Aussie sausage and a regular. Both greasy goodness; perfect hangover food. They had sweet pastries there too that also looked yum. I also got the dark chocolate latte. Way better and less $ than anything you'd get at Starbucks.

I love this place. Like, quite literally love this place. If I could marry this fine establishment I would because never before in my life have I seen anything more beautiful. The ice cream was perfect. Scooped to perfection with the flavor profile of a multiple Michelin star restaurant. The coffee, in addition to giving me the energy of a young Bengal tiger, also rolled right down my tongue and through my esophagus, filling me with the heat similar in experience to sitting in front of a cozy fireplace on a cold winter day. And don't get me started on the workers. Their untamed joy exploded out of them and into me, giving yours truly a sensation that I can only describe as being what I would imagine eating a rainbow is like. The restaurant is, in my humble opinion, superior to any rating that can be provided, but in this reality we live, with the limit being placed on a measly 5 stars, I will provide its online data base with every single one.Thank you DK's. Thank you for making my life worth living.

So wonderful. Excellent coffees and chai! Sausage rolls, spicy or mild are heaven, always fresh pure homemade ingenious heaven. Owners terrific! Clean and easy, fast but friendly. Easy drive thru but lots of parking if you want to enjoy under the covered dining pavillion. Sooo glad they are here. And come summer, homemade ice cream.
