We’ve only ever had great experiences with this business. Each time we’ve called, they’ve sent out someone same day. All the employees are very kind, and take the time to answer our questions and provide a lot of detail w/ photos surrounding the diagnostic and work done. This time we had the pleasure to work with Joe - he was very friendly and incredibly considerate of our sleeping 1 year old. His explanations were thorough, and he solved our plumbing issue in one very inexpensive visit! It’s clear that Joe really enjoys his job and is good at what he does. Send him over any time!

I called Triangle Plumbing after spending over a week without water in certain areas of our home. From the moment I called, the customer service was great. I forgot who I spoke with on the phone but he was very nice & professional. They were able to have someone come out to take a look in less than 24 hours. TJ was great at explaining what was going on & the solution was a quick & easy fix. He was only here for about 10 minutes & provided my husband with more information about maintenance & other things that can be done to prevent the same thing from happening again. Thank you so much for all of your help, we truly appreciate it. I highly recommend this company.

4/2/24. I had a broken leaking toilet and had another company come out for repair yesterday. I was quoted $1300 to repair the toilet as well as my main water value which they said was broken. I was devastated and did not authorize the service. Today I called Triangle at 1:30p and on the same day just a couple of hours later, Nick appeared. He reviewed everything I’d been told by the “other company” and literally said, I’ll be right back I need to get something from my truck. All I needed was a new little gasket and an adjustment inside the tank and voila! Nick fixed it in under 10 minutes! He then showed me the proper way to shut off the main water line. Thank God for hard working and honest people like Nick AND for Triangle plumbing! A very service oriented and ethical company! A customer and fan from this day forward! Really respect and appreciate Triangle's business model and the quality of their professionals. My parents had a water heater that starting leaking late on a Friday. Most shops are closed on the weekends or charge extra for coming out. No Triangle. Despite never have done business with them before, they were able to have a technician (Doug) dispatched within 1.5 hours to provide a free estimate. Doug was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent about 20 minutes walking us through everything he was seeing and what potential options were, which we really appreciated since this was a free visit and taking time out of his day. At no point did the process feel rushed or like Doug was just trying to make a sale. We will definitely be using Triangle for our plumbing needs in the future!

I called Triangle Plumbing with an issue I was having with my shower and they were able to get out there the next day to address the issue. Calling the right company and the right people for your plumbing needs is truly a blessing ! Triangle Plumbing was fast response , convenient very accommodating and most of all no dispatch , estimate or hidden fees whatsoever! We needed someone to check what was going on with our water heater unit . They were absolutely amazing! We had them come out to take the tree roots from the pipes in the crawl space in 2022 and later on had them price other things that needed to be competed in our home. When we were finally ready due to another back up they came out to assess our situation and had the work completed very quickly. We ended up replacing all of the pipes under our crawl space due to aging. As always they were considerate, patient, kind and timely. They are my first call for Jesus forbid any future problems lol.

I had a plumbing emergency come up when my water filter decided it wanted to just literally fall out from old age. I called Nick and within the SAME day had technicians (Patrick and Doug) call and let me know they were heading my way on my schedule!! With great pricing and friendly knowledgeable staff I felt comfortable and confident in the work they did and when I later discovered a leak, I called Triangle again and again Triangle answered the call and even had Nick come out to resolve the same night after hours. I can't thank these guys enough, I know who I'm calling for future plumbing concerns and problems!!

I had hired one plumbing service to install a garbage disposal for me. However, they walked away leaving the job undone. Joe from Triangle Plumbing came in, explained why the first company had failed, told me just what I needed to buy to fix the problem. I bought the part I needed and Joe came back the next morning, on his day off, an finished the job in about 20 minutes. I really appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to help us out.

CORRECTION, CORRECTION, CORRECTION! I misjudged this business and I am truly sorry. My first review was quite negative. They have a lot of integrity. Triangle Plumbing installed a Kohler walk-in tub for us. When we had a slight problem with it, they showed up the same day to correct it. I then discovered that I could not fill the tub up with hot water. I called Triangle and they came out and determined that our water heater was shot. They told me that they were installing a "commercial" water heater called "State." I found negative reviews of the company and felt deceived. State water heaters have many good reviews, too. We were not overcharged at all for this service! After the first installation, there was till too little hot water. I was disappointed and hurt because I trusted them. They have now demonstrated that they are extremely trustworthy. They returned, installed a new water heater, and I have had an amazing shower and a more amazing bath in my Kohler walk-in. I take all the words from the previous review back and apologize to the owners and plumbers. They have our business for life.
