They're great here. Not only do the take great care of my fur baby when he's there getting groomed. They are very trusting people. They let me leave without paying for my dogs grooming because their card system was down and I didn't have cash. They allowed me to come back the next day and pay because I'm a loyal customer. 5 stars!

I absolutely love their grooming department Chelsea is absolutely amazing. One of my dogs does not do well with strangers and cages and she always seems to make it work. The other one is super hyper but yet she gets an even cute cut on her. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

Chelsea in grooming is the BEST! She has been so patient and understanding with our very moody Shih-Tzu, Rory. For almost two years now she has worked with Rory to get her more comfortable and at ease with grooming. She never gave up on us and alot of groomers would have. Thank you so much Chelsea! You are a life saver!

I was trying to get something that my bunny could have her babies and be safe inside, and I could also use for something else. I love that I found these. However, it is kinda hard to walk over for accessing the animals. The "door" is super small for the space and doesn't go all the way to the top. I am 5'4" and when I was trying to get out it scraped my leg and took a little skin.

In August 2021, very confident, I left my pet in this place for his first haircut. It turns out that three hours later they called me to tell me that my pet was in one of the downtown hospitals that took her to an emergency because one of her eyes had popped out!! Confused and unable to understand what was happening, I went to her place to ask for one Explanation. The manager calmly arrives to say that my pet was in good hands and that I shouldn't worry that they would pay the bills. Very angry, I told them that I demanded an explanation of the facts, oh at least that they show me the video of what happened. they did not want to agree. then two more managers came wanting to control me. But I could see that this was getting out of hand. I went to the hospital where they had my pet around 4 pm. They delivered her to me at 12 am with 6 stitches in her eye and with many medicines to cure her. this was very frustrating for me to see my beautiful pet with a damaged eye. and then the doctor told me that the chances of vision were very slim. At that moment my heart broke in two. I asked the doctor that she could have caused this? she answered me saying that this was a very rare case. and that for this to happen my pet had to have suffered a trauma 😔. well to make it short, I forced them to pay the charges on my pet as well as vision checks etc etc. They did not want to agree much but I told them that if they did not pay the expenses I would take action on the matter and that I was looking for a lawyer and if they agreed to help. All this was a nightmare. Finally, and thank God, my pet has vision in both of her eyes, but I had to go very quickly with checkups from special doctors for that kind of problem. I missed many days at work to take care of my pet, they never paid me anything. I tell all animal lovers to think about it more than once to bring your pet that is like family to this place that they are not professionals here is the before and after photo of my pet judge for you 😢😢😢

Amazing place! Amazing staff, which two of them really stuck out to me for their incredible customer service, gave my dog love, and even a treat! This petsmart is always super amazing and treats cashew like a king!

Overall fine establishment but they had 5 dead and 2 dying betta fish on display. One of which was already decaying. Please fix this.

Their prices are high but they price match. Make sure you use it. The people are friendly and helpful. They.are great about returns too. Make sure you save your receipt and they take back anything no matter how much your pet destroys it! Yep they took it all back! BAD dog!

Great groomers and they were fantastic with my puppy! She looks amazing and smells so good and she was cut exactly how I wanted her done. I received a report card when I picked her up telling me how she was while she was with them...really cool! Thank you to the grooming team!

Took my Lily Mae for her first puppy grooming and they were wonderful with her and even gave me a few tips on a few things. The staff were wonderful, gentle and loving. She was in good hands.

They normally do a great job, but this time I asked them to cut down Daisy's nails and grind them. Well, Daist has cut herself behind her ear and cut around both her eyes. I paid more for oatmeal shampoo but she is scratching after her bath.

We used them to bath our Daisy girl. They seem friendly. We can only hope they are trust worthy with our babies. I do like the id tag machine they have. We kept one on our Daisy Girl her entire life. I recently went in to get one made to honor her memory.

Worst experience in my life! Brought my dog in for a bath, the 2 girls in the front had frowns on their faces like they didn't want to be there let alone want my business! As things progressed the one girl I believe did and said everything to make me leave without any services and that's what happened. Totally not the business model that I would want my employees projecting, not to mention protecting the "brand" I will never go there again for anything!

This is only for the pet grooming services that, honestly, I don't know how good or bad they are. But one instance has led to this 1-star.I show up to my appt, there are no dogs out/visible but I hear them in the back. Everything is fine until they ask me if my dog has any hear problems. I tell them that when we adopted him the vet told us that he had heartworms and they left a little damage, but he's a good, strong dog. Then they tell me that they have to groom him expeditiously, which I guess means that they can't put him in a cage beforehand but have to do it right then and there and it costs $15 more. I said no thank you and walked out.I showed up on time for my appointment so why do I need to be charged extra for an expedited grooming? And that additional payment is because my dog has medical condition. Some lawyer somewhere drew up these questions to ask and determined that they didn't want to be liable for a dog having a heart attack in their cages. Then someone decided that is a great opponent to capitalize and charge them extra and that's not the type of company I want to give my money to.

We went to PS to get 3 little puppy beds which were on sale online and in the store, so we went to Chattanooga Plaza, well, website said they had several of the ones we wanted, we got there right about at opening and of course the ones we had picked were not there, I asked a salesgirl for help, if she could have had a more grumpy look I would have been surprised! She had to get some down from the top and was not happy, I asked her where is your smile, no answer... We chose 3 other ones and went to pay, oh my goodness, now it got worse, the cashier was a TRIP, rude to say the least! What happened to customer service? It rang up for more then 3 times the amount, I told her that was wrong and she called the MGR.? the woman that huffed and puffed and blew the store down!!! I went to the back to show her and she said oh that is the wrong price, but there were many more in that same slot, just different colors, she tried to tell me that the fabric I chose was more expensive the the other color...DO WHAT, I SEW AND KNOW FABRIC, THE ONE I CHOSE WOULD BE CHEAPER! Well she was so rude, huffing and puffing she changed the price...the gentleman before me bought fish, she lectured him, he said "I been doing this for 25 years, I don't need to be told what to do"PetSmart keep your stuff I keep my money from now on!

Went to get crickets for dragon and unfortunately they were out of crickets large and small and out of almost all other worms. 2 containers of meal worms left however there were several dead meal worms in each container petsmart was nice enough to reduce the price to half off both containers. I hope they can get their orders in soon!

When I brought my dog here I told them not to give him a certain shot. They gave it to him anyways then charged me for it. Then try to scare tactic me into other things that they sell. I do not recommend anybody bring their dog here. They are very unprofessional.

Can’t get any feeder insects without all them being dead in the containers they come in. Got mealworms that were labeled 6/2 and 90 percent of the 35 meal worms are all black, dried up and dead like how can you sell reptile food and feeder insects and never check what you’re selling, go to petco for all your reptile food needs and feeder insects they are in way better shape and they take care of them way better then petsmart ever does!

The store smelled as soon as we walked in. Everything was dingy. Employees were not helpful. I felt belittled by the lady in the fish department because I was asking questions for purchase. Would not recommend. Go to the Petco down the street for better service and selection.
