Average. I go there for simple convenience and proximity. I only take one of my pups. The very easy and chill pup. If your pup requires extra attention and patience. This is NOT the place for you. My other pup, literally shakes in a panic if I bring her into the store.

I had issues with using the preregistration. I had confirmation for a bath with no add ons for about $34.99 but when I came in and on time with my dog we had to wait and register all over again. My appointment was at 2:30 but Minnie was not ready until 4:30 even after I had checked to see if she was done. The bath was more than ten dollars over what I had done online. I tipped the female groomer who gave me the ticket but a male groomer came out with my dog so I hope the right person got the tip. I did NOT get the usual "report card" on the results, and I want one for my records. Please follow up on this or I will book elsewhere in the future.

Just a few spots where some trimming was missed. Tail fade into shorter hair could have been a little smoother, but over all a nice experience for Ellie.

Called and left a message regarding setting an appointment and questions I had about their grooming services. No one ever called me back. I realize they want you to use their app to set appointments, but I wanted to know what their basic price included and how much for the extras, such as nail grinding rather than nail clipping. Disappointed there was no return call. Guess I'll try another place. In all honesty I am unaware of their actual grooming services since I was unable to get my dog in. Perhaps they do a great job. This review only has to do with customer service or office management.

I love this Petco! Especially the grooming department - my groomer is Elexus and she is amazing! She is so friendly, so wonderful with my 3 dogs (standard poodles) and always accommodating with scheduling - it's been THE BEST grooming experience I have ever had (and I have had a lot!). Highly recommend.

Groomer was very polite and took an interest in our dog. Also did a great job with the grooming. We took our dog to another Petco last time and he didn't come out as clean (head didn't look as if it was washed; it didn't feel or smell clean) and he was still wet. This groomer did an amazing job- his face and head were clean - fur very smooth, nails clipped- ears clean- he was dry. Although this site is further than the other location, I will go back to this Petco again. I am very happy. Great job.

I love the groomers at Petco; I've been going now for quite a time so I feel like they know my dog and they always seem so eager and positive when we arrive and sometimes they make really good suggestions on skin care. I completely trust my beagle in their care. My dog is always so happy when I pick her up. The other workers in the Petco are friendly too.

My dog is fearful in new surroundings. My Petco groomer was mindful of her needs and called me as soon as her bath was completed to pick her up. She handled my dog with care & professionalism.

Nikki is a wonderful groomer. My dog Lucas is a high spirited standard poodle and he loves her. She grooms him like a show dog. I love the way he looks.

They are awesome. Cosmo loves going and to me thats a sign what happens in the back of salon is the same thing that happens during check in. They are kind and friendly and really help him when he gets anxiety from me leaving.

I have a golden retriever. he was trimmed just too short. Of course, it will grow out. But otherwise, he got a good shampoo, deshedding and nail trim!
