I absolutely love the groomer we go to here! Ive only brought my shipoo mix here for two grooms but both have looked wonderful, regardless of the length of fur. My partner says Nina is also super friendly and remembered Freya her second groom. The face and body always look well cut, blended, and frame her adorably! She always comes home smelling good, and not to stressed (even though my dog is very stressed at groomers). I have loved my experience here, and my partner has too! Props to Nina, she is wonderful! She is also good at keeping the sanitary and eye areas neat and clean and then blending them smoothly into the rest of the fur. They also let us know they noticed some irritation on her skin, I wouldnt be able to see under her fur, and reccomended a different shampoo. This will be our go to groomer from now on!Also, super convenient they only require rabies with tags for grooming services, as someone who doesnt vaccinate against bordetella currently (dogs dont do group play). Their website is also very easy to use. They also communicated when the groom would take a longer time (super appreciated, groomers get busy!) And tip your groomers, they do back breaking work! Just love this place!!!

It's an okay store, aside from storing more than one ball python or corn snake together. I also noticed a ferret was biting and sucking on another's ear (a white ferret, likely a sign of blindness and using it as stimulation for comfort) and when I asked they acted like it was nothing, when in reality it's not entirely fair to the other ferret, who had a bright purple ear at the time from being sucked on. They talk about a tortoise that flips herself in her water dish, and that can be a big issue with the water dish itself, not the tortoise. When you get the store running, the tortoise becomes active, which is why it only happens during the day. If it's not the water dish, the tortoise is sick. It can be a huge problem and yet you're selling her like it's nothing. No proper heat lamps that I see.Only reason for 2 stars is because I can get my feeders for reasonable price.

I really like this store in particular! I have many in my area and this store has the best employees. The staff is knowledgeable, and if they don't have an answer, they will help the best they can. The fish department is what first brought me here, and it is why I keep going back!

Horrible public relations service made a vet appointment they canceled at the last minute then I was there for my dog to get his rabies shot after making another appointment and they refused to take care of him. No where in the instructions does it say they would refuse to take care of a dog if he got a little sick from the prior vaccination which is one of the side effects and it’s to be expected.

Please take better care of your tortoises. They’re freezing. They have no basking light, no uvb light no humidity and no way to burrow to get warm. All the wrong food that they cannot digest. Yesterday I went there and saw their temps weren’t even at 70 degrees: Whoever buys them if they survive is going to have a whole lot of health issues to deal with. I constantly see these babies being neglected in pet stores. It’s so heartbreaking.

I’ve to wait at the cashier queue to ask for help at the aquarium department.after I get to ask for assistance at the cashier . I still have to wait for 10 minutes for the assistant to arrive and this is not the first time happened. I’ll not going back to that store if I don’t have to.

This location gives me a problem almost every time I come here and I’m left unable to get my pet groomed, can’t even have his nails trimmed. I provided all necessary documents, immunization records, health records and of course they’re no longer on file. Be clear about the items you need if you’re going to turn my pet down for service because nobody asked for a clearance form when I CALLED to schedule this appointment this morning. Waste of time truly.

I'm not exactly local but my family and I felt so welcomed on our last minute stop here. The customer service was above and beyond. We didn't realize we had arrived close to closing but at no moment were we rushed or anything. The two gentleman were very friendly and helpful as well. If I ever need to go to a Petco, I definitely wouldn't think twice about visiting this location again.

I went there to see if they had the items I needed for my new 10 gallon aquarium and it was really empty, most of this looked pretty dead, and I went to see some bettas and they all looked sick and I don't think this petco took care of them well. Be aware of petcos and petsmarts because they just treat their animals like products.

First time here with my daughter. We went to several pet stores to find a guiena pig and thankful this particular store had some. The lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful. Didn't catch her name but she doubled checked to make sure my daughter's new pet Guinea pig was healthy and ready to go home.

Extremely helpful customer service! The girls working the night we went were very knowledgeable and helped us get everything we needed for our Guinea pig. They even looked the pigs over to make sure we didn't get one with any complications. Rosie is our pigs name and she is quite the character.

One of the larger petco stores. You have a better chance of being able to pick up less common products. For example they stock Adult 11+ Hills Science Diet dry food which has the smallest kibble at 4 x 6 mm for my 15 year old shitzu who is starting to lose his teeth from old age. They also have the complementing Hills Science can food.

I want to give a shout out to Jasmyn !!! She was an amazing associate with an infectious smile! As soon as I walked in she was the only one to acknowledge me and even had a small talk at the register! Because of her I will come back to this store! The rest of the staff needs to become welcoming, everyone else look at you and don’t say anything! Jasmyn thank you for marvelous customer service you rock !!!!!!

Chelsea was phenomenal and very knowledgable!! I had questions about a chameleon we fell in love with (Goolah, my 4 year old named him, and she knew everything there was to know and put me at ease about Goolah's behaviors in the cage. Ha! Thanks Chelsea!!

Don't bother if you need live or frozen food for reptiles. They have extra large rats and fuzzy mice, nothing in between. All the bugs are dead and brown. Very disappointed, I would have been mad if I had gone out of my way to go here.

We took our dog here for routine vaccinations a few days ago. They were the only place that has an appointment available in the time frame we needed. I was a little weary because you don't usually hear good things about Petco/smart when it comes to vet care or grooming. I experienced quite the opposite of what I was expecting! Everyone was really nice! The place was really clean and they treated my dog like they'd known him forever. I watched others go in and out of the grooming services where everyone was also super friendly and customers were very happy. They treated animals very well. I was impressed and will probably use them over our regular vet in the future for routine visits.

If you are ever looking for a reptile, Joseph was extremely helpful with helping me find a new friend to add to my family. He let me hold the ball pythons to figure out which one interacted better with me. He also helped me get everything I needed for supplies. He’s truly a wonderful employee
