Honestly I used to go to the old jersey Mikes down Midlothian turnpike all the time and I just visited this one for the first time, great service and they're donating to the special Olympics so you have to respect that somewhat even though it may just be a tax write-off. There's also a great place to sit and eat right outside overlooking some water.Vegetarian options: Jersey mikes has always been very accommodating for different diets as long as I've been going there, 13+ years, so I can say with confidence that you can find something you like that's vegetarian since even if you don't order a sub off the menu you can custom make one.Dietary restrictions: I'm not hugely in the know about dietary restrictions but I do know that Jersey Mikes allows you to make your own sub so, you have options.

In my few experiences at this location of Jersey Mike's, I have been more than satisfied with my take out experience. On more than one occasion Morgan, one of the store's associates at the store, has been delightfully helpful and wanting to satisfy my needs as a customer. And the food has been absolutely delicious! I would recommend this location for anyone wanting to grab a quick lunch or ordering lots of subs for a party or get together. She is a real asset to the company, a conscientious worker and a respectful young lady.

Used the app to order subs at specific pickup time. Food was ready at my desired time. Have ordered this way three times total in last 2 months with every experience being like this. Great job to this location's crew! Will stop by again soon.

My sub was not wet from the toppings by the time I got home, and I love that! First time I've seen ripe red tomatoes in a sub shop so that was a bonus. The bread has just the right texture and my meat wasn't greasy so I didn't get a mouthful of greasy bread. The Giant size is generous so I'll have good lunch tomorrow.

Order from here 5-6 a month since August (my pregnant wife craves Jersey Mikes), and the consistency is non-existent from this store. Order the same two sandwiches, and it's a guess as to what we receive. Last week got a Club Supreme which the employee spilled so much olive oil on the roll was soggy/inedible. Complained to the GM via email and never received a response (which reflects the store not caring). And we pay ~$10 just for delivery (plus driver tip), and there's no way to report it because the Jersey Mike's app doesn't have that function. The most simple thing in food service is consistency and not selling bad/incorrect food. This store gives Jersey Mike's a bad name

My toddler has a medical condition that requires a very limited diet. We have struggled with feeding for a year. But Jersey mikes turkey he absolutely loves. The staff has always been incredibly helpful when I come in and ask for turkey slices and ask them to wipe down everything before to avoid potential allergy contamination. Thank you for the understanding and compassion you showed. I was nervous to even ask for this request because of how crazy or sounds but one day I was desperate and they did it no questions asked.

Fast, efficient and pleasant. Ordered via cell phone - order was 100% accurate (I customized my sandwich "heavily"). Available a few minutes before promised. In and out in less than a minute. LOVED my steak & cheese sandwich - can't beat it.

Best sub sandwiches I've ever had. I used to get them in NJ before I relocated down here. Needless to say, I was tickled to have a remembrance of the NJ shore only 20 miles away from me. Now if someone could open a good pizza 🍕 place, I'd be in heaven. No one can make a really good pizza down here. 🤭🤔 Must be the water 💧.

Went to the Midlothian Jersey Mike‘s for dinner and ordered two of same sub (one a regular and one a super). I asked for extra meat on the super and when the preparer started to prepare the sandwiches the other employee was very insistent that I pay then. When I went back to check that extra meat was on the “Super”, the preparer insisted that he had added it to the entire super. It didn’t look right to me but I took his word for it. When I got home, I noticed that neither of the halves of the Super were even close in weight to the regular. In fact, there wasn’t even as much meat as they normally put on there subs on either of the two halves of the super. So, if you are interested in getting what you are paying for at this location, don’t let yourself get distracted and keep your eyes on the preparer. Or better yet, find a different place that is more appreciative of your business!

Friendly staff; prepared all the food right in front of me. I got one of their featured sandwiches which was advertised to go well "Mike's Way", which comes with certain toppings. It was LOADED with meat/cheese/veggies. Great sandwich. Very clean restaurant.

I come to this location a lot because it's in close proximity to my job.... and sometimes it's ok. Recently it has gone terribly down hill, the new hires are terribly trained, slow, rude and just have no clue. The produce is old and looks gross.... You have to watch them very closely and tell them the same things multiple times or they will definitely get it wrong. It's just extremely disappointing, especially because Jersey Mike's is awesome.... But corporate needs to clean house in this location because it just paints the whole brand in a bad light.

Always love a turkey wrap from Jersey Mikes! They are always friendly and fast! It’s very nice how you can customize everything so it’s exactly how you like it! Yummy cookies! Family lunch favorite!

Went into a j m subs recently and it was a pig sty. The floor was covered in trash and the bathroom was unusable. Went into a different store and it was spotless. The subs are the closest thing you will find to a ny sub. Never a disappointment taste and freshness wise.

Got the giant club. Lady barely gave me any bacon. Politely asked for more. She said it would be an upcharge. I said she barely covered the bread. She gave an unintelligible rude reply. Now I know why I stopped coming here 5 years ago. Pick a different spot folks.

This is our first visit to this particular Jersey Mike's and the first order using their app. Beaulah the Buzzer on this transaction. We used the app for the order only to get a message that our order would be ready for pickup in 40 minutes. (First buzzer...) I was not prompted regarding what I wanted on the subs. (Second buzzer...) I called 10 min. after placing the order to find out why such a long wait and was told I could pick it up "now". (Third buzzer...) When I mentioned to the clerk about not being asked what I wanted on the subs and I was disappointed, her reply was "....well..." - an unfinished comment. (Fourth buzzer..) Thank goodness this was not our regular store. I think in the future, I'll order in person regardless of current pandemic conditions, the app leaves much to be desired.🙁

Ordered a grilled veggie wrap a little while ago. Got home (I'm about 5 minutes from this location) and my ENTIRE wrap is soaked in liquid. I'm not talking like it was a little soggy, I mean there was at least a quarter cup of liquid that poured out of this thing! It was completely inedible, and a waste of money. Total garbage.
