Erin was very sweet and listens to what I’m looking for what I want my puppy looks like. I could tell that she cares about her job and the dogs that she’s grooming. I would definitely recommend this place to others.I’m also happy that my dog doesn’t have to be there the whole day compared to other places.Yes I have to leave her for 2 or 3 hours for grooming and drop her off for the schedule but I’m fortunate that I work and live close by.

They did an amazing job on our mini poodle! Our groomer asked us all kinds of questions to make sure the cut was exactly what we wanted, and the grooming turned out even better than we expected.

Sarah cut my dog’s hair today and when I got her home her foot looked like this and the back seat of my car looked like a crime scene. I called to let her know what happened and she told me she thought it had stopped bleeding. Why wouldn’t you make me aware of this?!? The owner wasn’t even aware and offered me my money back and a free groom, which was nice but I do not recommend letting anyone else.

Our 3 year old standard golden doodle, Rufus, has been subject to many, many bad haircuts. We finally decided to find a "real" professional groomer - and we did!!! Blue Ribbon Pet Styling!Our golden doodle has NEVER had a cut/grooming that looked as good as his first trip to Blue Ribbon. Mary Beth took care of him and soothed his nerves so sweetly. We will definitely be taking him back for many years to come!

I used to take my mini golden doodle Teddy to Pet Krazy in Short Pump. When our favorite groomer left there to come here we got an ezpass and did too ☺️ Carter is hands down the best groomer we have ever had! We get compliments on his hair constantly and I always make sure to tell them where we got it done and by who! Teddy gets really anxious when he’s away from me and it’s always made hand offs difficult for both of us. But, when I hand Teddy off to Carter I can tell that he feels safe and secure ♥️ Thank you for always treating my baby bear with such care

Great groomers. Reasonable prices. I have a neurotic 16 year old 6 pound poodle. I love him but he’s hard of hearing, and partially blind. When he goes to be groomed, they treat him like the sweet old man he is. I’m grateful for them.

I don't know much about show dogs, but they took our Golden Doodle's nappy fur and turned her into this show-like dog that I've never seen before. Unless, we picked up the wrong dog? Hmmm... Nah, I doubt it. They did an amazing job!

The ladies here are always so nice and my little boy never indicates fear when going in or leaving! He always looks SUPER cute when we leave. They will do their best to work you in and they are so accommodating! I had to reschedule a couple of times and felt so bad but they told me that it was just fine. Will definitely continue coming here!!

Prompt and great customer service when I called for an appointment. We are so pleased with the way our 14 month old Pomsky was received and groomed. Fantastic people and excellent grooming. Sarah was the perfect groomer for our first ever visit to a pet salon. If you want your pet treated like you would treat them, this is the place for you!

We have been bringing our dogs here for several years and the groomers here do an excellent job. We have a Maltese and a Toy Poodle and we couldn’t be happier with how they look when they are done. Our dogs also seem to not be stressed afterwards which tells us they have been properly treated during their stay.

We adore our pets so for them to be in the care of others is very important to us. I decided it was time for a different groomer for our one year old pomeranian Jolene. I feel that she wasn't getting the attention and quality of grooming we deserved for the money and tip provided to the previous groomer. I could not have been happier with my decision to bring her to Blue Ribbon Pet Styling. She looked absolutely precious when we picked her up. The groomer was professional when I dropped her off and Jolene seemed to feel at ease with her right a way. She was finished in a timely fashion and I got a call when the grooming was complete. Her cut was perfect and exactly what I asked for. I have never seen her with a cuter cut. Nails trimmed, feet shaped, tail trim, etc and presented with a cute little bow. These days with curbside drop off and p/u because of Covid19, it isn't the easiest thing to want to pass your pet off out front but they went right in, locked the door and she seemed safe and content. When she finished, I got wonderful compliments on my puppy from the groomer. (I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but I will) Thank you Blue Ribbon for giving us and our Jolene a great experience. Kathy and Michelle are magicians. My dog, Dexter, actually is excited when he realizes he's there for a bath, toenail trim and haircut twice a year. That speaks volumes to me, since I'd expect him to dread it as he does visits to the vet. My dog is a Cavalier King Charles and, strictly speaking, isn't supposed to get a haircut. Before I found Blue Ribbon, I worried that whoever I took him to for a summer cut wouldn't know how to cut his breed and he'd end up looking ridiculous. No worries about that with these guys. Total pros. He looks adorable and must feel like a million bucks because he acts like a puppy again with all that hair gone. Their prices are more than reasonable. I would advise that you schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible because word has spread about how good they are and they stay booked up. I'm lucky they are located right down the road from my house, but now that I see how much my dog likes them and that he looks great too - I'd be willing to drive a lot farther if I had to.

It took a long time to decide a good location for our pup, but based off a recommendation from someone who has show dogs we have never been disappointed with the service or the people who handle our lovely pup.

I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the grooming job that they did on my miniature Schnauzer Misty. After being disappointed repeatedly with the cuts at the big box stores grooming departments I was on the search for a better place to take her. I am so glad that I found this salon. I’ve been taking my cockapoo bagel for over a year now. They always do a great job and have friendly staff. Very happy with this groomer. My dog is elderly and they’re always patient with him. I def recommend Blue Ribbon Pet Styling!

I'm a punctual person. I make an appointment in advance, I will be there. Every time I confirmed an appointment, they were and are specific on the time to arrive. The groomer, 10 times out of 10, showed up 20-30 minutes late, with a group of people with their pets, piling out of curbside cars, hoping they'll make it first to the door just to wait another five to ten minutes for it to open it.Once I realized it was a habit I did try to communicate my needs for punctuality that early in the morning for which I realized there was no regard for the people out front.The pets, yes and that's a compliment. They do make your pooch look pretty and welcome.Don't forget about us people; but for me, I have moved on.It's been a couple years since I've been there I spent a couple years going there every three months. I'm a bit sour and if timeliness is important for you then it's definitely a good to know in the long run.

Attempted to get an appointment for my 5month old (29.5 lbs. all up to date on shots) standard poodle. The first time I called I was put on hold and then later hung up on after 5minutes on hold. On my second call I was finally able to talk to some one and was inquiring about price and never got a straight answer.All I wanted was a puppy wash (not dryer off, other then towel dry) and a bang trim nothing more. The lady on the phone seemed unwilling to work with the customer (me) and I most certainly will not be taking my dog there.

First time coming to Blue Ribbon and they did a wonderful cut for my morkie! They were curteous and informative on the phone when I called to make the appointment. My dog is usually shy and skittish at the groomer but he was all smiles and tail wagging when I picked him up. Price was fair and competitive; I've paid more at a chain petstore groomer and Blue Ribbon's cut was far superior. They also gave him an adorable little bandana. Will definitely be returning!

After having a bad grooming experience at petco and another bad experience at petsmart we took our Morkie to Blue Ribbon, and have been coming back ever since! Our dog is always happy and excited to see them and still happy when we pick her up. They do a great job of listening and achieving any request we have. The staff are truly professional pet stylist and I am always delighted with their work!

Took my fur baby here once as I wanted to try something other than the big box store groomers and wanted something more local. The first experience was good and my dog seemed ok. I did have to have them fix the length of some of the hair as I just wanted a basic cut, nothing fancy. I didn't appreciate the smell of smoke outside of the store or on the groomers as smoke is not good for pets. I attempted to set up another appointment to get another cut several months later and the lady on the phone was a little rude. I was trying to get their operating hours and kept getting mixed answers. She did say the open at nine and are open until the last dog leaves, which could be 2:00 PM or 5:00 PM. That doesn't help when you work full time and you want to know when to get your kid. I didn't end up setting up an appointment this time, but may try again in the future. If/when I go again, I will update my rating.
