Nikki was wonderful with my Golden doodle Zoey! She listened to what I wanted and was very patient and kind to Zoey. It was only Zoey’s second time ever being groomed and she is still a little nervous about the clippers, so I really appreciate Nikki just starting off slow with her. Her facility is amazing! It is so nice to drop your dog off and know that she is getting one on one attention and not being put in a cage when she is done. It was so obvious how much Nikki loves what she does! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality groomer!

Nikki did an AMAZING job on my big boy Relic. It was his first time ever being groomed. He looks beautiful and I can tell he feels beautiful. She took her time with him and it showed. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

First time using this groomer. She did a great job grooming my dog. It was great not having to wait hours to get your dog back. My dog was not stressed as she usually is at other groomers. Will use again. 👍👍👍🙂

I highly recommend Nikki...I took my Devin to her and he was in bad shape...I was worries Devin was going to be difficult and he was. When it got to where it may have been dangerous to Devin to keep going she stopped... My dogs safety was more important to her than the grooming fee.. THAT says a lot. So if you're looking for a groomer that truly cares about your fur babies this is the groomer for you... I'd recommend her to anyone

Nikki came to our house in western Henrico county and very professionally hose washed our two large dogs on our porch. She also cleaned their ears and trimmed their nails. As elderly owners, we appreciate having access to a bathing service like Nikki's. This was a first time event for us. I was apprehensive because our girls are elder rescues with an unknown bathing history. We've had them for about a year and know that they had a rough life before joining our family. While the girls did not enjoy the experience, they did not panic and were reasonably cooperative under Nikki's highly competent handling. The end result was two clean, fluffy, sweet smelling, and happy dogs and a very happy owner.

my Molly is stranger scared not so here. she never seems upset to go to Nikki or for my to leave. always a good job of cutting her, and she is not so easy to cut. i would recommend her and have bragged about her.

I paid for both my dogs to be washed, dried, nails done and ears done. I was told they were ready they were wet still and there nails had not been done. She still charged me full price. I will not ever use her again.
