This place is disgusting and has intensely disrespectful staff. I regularly hear staff cursing in front customers, leaving half stocked carts in isles, and acting bothered when asked to help customers. The final straw for me was this morning when my girlfriend saw a roach crawl out from under the discount baked goods. Needless to say won’t be coming back eww.

Do not use pickup. I placed an order for a 1 to 2 pickup. I received a call after I left my home saing it would not be ready until 245 to 300. I called inside at 328 to find they were still working on it. It finally comes out at 342. Horrible experience with no apology from the employee. Then I get home to find my molk had leaked out. I am done with kroger. Go to Publix

Keeps accusing me of stealing at the self checkout they have to come over 3-4 times to watch a video that shows I didn't steal anything. The little thick blonde lady in the red vest is fairly mean to everyone, the online shoppers sit in the way of the aisles, and theres food on the floor.

The restrooms at this location are always absolutely filthy. I doubt they get cleaned more than once a week. I can't put into words the level of stench and grime.

Very clean and organized grocery store. This is the best Kroger's location for us thus far. The cashier was friendly, also.

Went here today Monday February 10th absolutely disgusting. The bacon and the sausage was a gross grey color and the bacon was white grey. I should've taken a picture of the baskets I understand its a rainy day but its your job to bring carts we could hardly park.

what is the point of ordering groceries online when 3 people use these spots to run for their grocery shopping instead of using regular spots and walking to door. Kroger does not do anything to reinforce people not to take these spots from the online grocery shoppers who choose to do curbside pick up option.this happen during a busy time 2pm-3pm on Thursday January 27, 2022update: just before 9 pm Monday January 31, 2022 this lady used the spots for in store grocery shopping when there were spots available next to handicap.what is the point having so many click it list online shopping parking when people are using these spots to regularly shop in the store?

Not enough disabled parking spots. Even when you go in the mid morning on a weekday, all the disabled parking is totally full. You have to park too far away if you’re disabled because they’re only concerned with doing the absolute bare minimum for disabled parking instead of addressing that their location obviously needs more than the bare minimum to address their community’s needs.

Location and company are lacking overall. Expired dairy and deli items in display.Still requiring someone digitally clip a coupon? Really hard to shop with a toddler to find we need to do special shopping on an app I don’t keep on my phone. Seems silly to have a customer abandon items at the register for inflated app usage numbers. Dirty gas isn’t worth the discount

Dirty. No staff to help. Whoever the young lady with multi colored braids needs to be taught some customer service. Yes, u have to actually speak to people when the self check outs require assistance... even if the people do not. And it should not take you 15 minutes because you are talking to your friends.

employees are super nice but for your own sake don't use the bathrooms!! it is borderline biohazard levels of gross in there at times. people don't know how to flush, there’s almost always only one stall with any toilet paper, and there has been urine on the floors multiple times i've gone in there

This review reflects clicklist. I get it, everyone's busy and understaffed. They called me and asked me to bump my order pickup time to later in the day because they were too busy, ok no problem. They send the link with the substitutions and when clicked on right after it was sent says expired link. So I call to ask what my substitutions are. Literally one yogurt was missing and it was subbed for a brand I can't eat. I asked the gentleman on the phone instead of swapping the brand could he just duplicate it with the other yogurt flavor that was in stock of the same brand on my order. He refused to do so and said I can tell the person who brings my order out later to do it instead or to tell them to cancel my item then. I just don't understand how courtesy works one way but not the other, or how telling them at the time of bringing out my order makes sense.Also after I picked up the order my lettuce and apples were rotten and my meat expired the same day and wasn't packed in plastic by itself so it got raw juice all over the fresh mushrooms and bottom of the bag.

Horrible! I was scheduled to pick up my order at 5pm. I arrived at 5pm and checked in. When it reached 5:35 I called concerned about my order. I was told that it was not ready yet and I would have to wait until 6:15pm. My order was still not ready at 6:15 and they wanted me to wait more additional time. At this point I’ve waited almost 2 hours. I canceled my order & all they could do was give me $20 in store credit! I will never be using Kroger again. Poor customer service & no respect for my time & money. My business will be going elsewhere.

This location has gone down hill in the last few years. It used to be a nice grocery store, good prices, and nice staff. But not any longer. It’s never clean, the shelves are a mess, it’s over crowded for no reason, and they are starting to rely more on the self check outs. Still better than Walmart, but it’s going down hill fast! The savings is not worth it anymore. Go to the cleaner, nicer Publix down the street.

This was the worst day of shopping at this store we have ever had. Christine was checking us out. Because she was by herself she forced our product to the end of the counter and then because it began to build up at the end she then proceeded to take the food and throw the food in the basket. Very rude. Get home the meat packages are broke and leaking… I understand we all are having trouble getting employees however I saw several walking around doing nothing! My girlfriend and I are just amazed that this came from service. Store manager on duty wouldn’t even come out to see the problem!

I have been to this Kroger many of times with no problems. But Sunday ( 10 - 3 -2021) was not good. The cashier was loud and holding up the line with just being silly.Why?And making fun of how the customer speak. Not professional at all. Sorry I cannot remember her name. But this was not accepted at all.

Used their grocery pick up today. Was told several items were out of stock and and wasn’t offered substitutes. After I picked my order up, I went right into the store and purchased all of the EXACT items I was just told they didn’t have. They really need new management in that department.

I went into this store looking for an oyster knife because I know my Kroger carries them but I was on the way out of town when I realized I was short one knife for my group. This store was a hot cluttered mess!! The staff on the floor in the isles stocking were oblivious to what was going on around them. They we're blocking the isles with their inventory, not realizing they were doing so. The customers were blocking the isles in the meat department as they were three carts side by side having a lengthy conversation. Seems to be a meeting place instead of a shopping store. So much Holiday items placed randomly around the store added to the trouble of moving around the store. The isles were not labeled correctly. Did I mention I didn't even have a shopping cart. It was awful and the people were just plain rude. Glad it's not my Kroger I shop at twice a week!!

This particular Kroger generally has good produce and bakery items and a larger selection of items than other grocery stores in the area (Publix, Food Lion). However spacing and service is an issue as isles are tight (too much product crammed per square foot), hard to maneuver around employees filling online orders, and not enough staffed checkout lanes (many, many self service lanes but one to two staffed lanes). This store needs a larger space for what it is trying to accomplish.

Someone should tell the manager that having shopping carts available is conducive to selling stuff to customers.I went to both Entrances to the store and could not find a single shopping cart. I went to customer service and told them I would not be able to buy my grocery list because there was no way to carry it in the hand baskets. When I checked out 30 minutes later there was still no shopping carts available in the store.

Waited in a check out line with 3 people ahead of me and at least that many behind me. 2 check out lines open. There was a call for more cashiers but none appeared. The cashier that was working was very nice but definitely needed more of them. Does this place have any managers? Didn't see any of them either!
