I have driven a Murano since 2017. When it was time to retire her after 166k miles, I began a search for another one. I found exactly what I wanted at Hart, while on a trip to VA for a wedding. I was so impressed with my salesman, Chris, and the team at Hart Nissan. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I perused the website and found the car I wanted and was driving it home just a few days later. No standing around the dealership, signed all my forms electronically, traded keys at the lot and away I went! It hours from home but I will likely return in the future.

I've only been once and I won't be back. They wouldn't pass my '05 Frontier for VA inspection without replacing the lights that illuminate the rear license plate, it's passed with one out before at other places but okay. I signed off on the replacement for ~$250. They didn't use the same type that had previously been on the truck and less than a week later one of the covers blew off so now it looks worse. I reached out to the person that texted me and asked if I was happy with my service and they ignored me.

Chris Brown went above and beyond to assist me purchasing my Cobalt Blue Rogue (Love It) even on his day off...that's dedication!! All employees were thorough and accommodating. Joe was exceptional in meeting our needs and explaining the vehicle and its versatility. The team was willing to meet our financial needs as well. Joe was quick to locate the vehicle that we wanted. The total experience was positive. I have never seen such a clean showroom. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, we went to the garage as it was raining. The garage is spotless which makes me willing to use the service department. Pride in your workplace Will hopefully transfer to pride in work when servicing my vehicle. Joe went above and beyond to review every feature and every button on our new truck. I would recommend the team at Hart to everyone. Ask for Joe; he will definitely meet your needs while advising you about longevity in your vehicle selection.

I had the first most amazing car buying history in my 53 years. My salesman, Doug, was outstanding and didn’t give me the shady vibe I usually get when shopping for a car. He listened to my concerns/deal breakers and quickly accommodated me. Barry was the “back office finance guy” who was doubly amazing and had a good sense of humor. He didn’t harass me into buying anything I didn’t want. It truly was a good experience from start to finish. I would recommend both of these gentlemen as go to people at Hart Nissan. The manger was very personable as well. I will think twice about going anywhere else in the future to buy a vehicle.

Drove down from NYC to pick up a truck. The entire process was smooth. 1 hour, in and out, new truck. I'm super happy. They gave me a fair price in my trade In, and made everything easy and simple. I'd gladly shop here at hart Nissan again.

Award Winning Service???This is the second bad experience I have had with Hart Nissan. Our car we purchased needed some work and it was still under the warranty we bought through Hart. I dropped the car of the day before for it's 8 am appointment the following day. I reached out around 1 pm to check in about the car. The service tech basically told me that my car was not covered and I can pay over $700 to have it fixed or pay the "lets look at the car" fee which was about $200!! I mentioned to the service tech that some of these parts should be covered per the warranty agreement which was bought through Hart. The tech's response was "no, the warranty doesn't cover it." I had countered and said I have the warranty information in front me and read him the terms. He then told me to call the warranty company and talk to them. II hoped Hart would advocate for me, given my car and warranty were both obtained through them. Instead, I felt brushed aside, with my concerns seemingly insignificant. We were able to get the parts approved after having them call again with me on the line with the tech. I was then told the car should be ready the next day- nope. When I called in to check on the car the same tech said that "they have too many oil changes and state inspections in front of me." Wow! I guess warranty work was not important to them. Upon contacting the Lane Manager, I received further condescension instead of the validation I sought. Blaming the warranty company entirely, they disregarded their responsibility despite my having to advocate for the warranty-covered parts myself. To compound matters, assurances of a prompt repair proved empty, leaving me without a car longer than anticipated. Also the lane Manager said the car should be ready the next day by 10 am. Was it done- nope. I called to check in today and the tech told me that I was told wrong and the car wont be ready to end of business. Once again I was I was wrong and I am stuck without a car for the day.Update: Today, I received a call informing me that the warranty repair will not be completed as expected. To my dismay, after having the car for over four days, they've identified another part that won't be covered under warranty. It seems as though they are reluctant to address the issues with my car directly, opting instead to find additional repairs to offset the warranty work. Disheartened by this approach, we decided to part ways. As I was leaving, a technician, Raquon D, approached me and stated that "I was no longer welcome and I should never come back." This experience certainly raises concerns about the quality of their customer service.

The people are great at the dealership and answered all my questions. The reason for such a low rating is the next day after buying a 2020 Truck I had to replace the tire. The front left was in such rough shape it made a loud noise and a bunch of cracks on it. Tire shop told me that tire shouldn’t have passed inspection. I was just didn’t like to have to replace tires on a 40k plus vehicle.

I’ve owned a few Nissans, and Hart Nissan in mechanicsville is the best Nissan i have been to all the way from bringing my car in to be serviced, to sales, and even friendly and helpful management. My car salesman, Joseph went above and beyond from start to finish. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and accommodating and you can tell he takes pride in his work as well as Hart Nissan. He cares about his customers and their preferences and it shows. The car buying experience was so much better with his help, definitely recommend bringing your car search needs to him as well as Hart Nissan as a whole, you will not be disappointed.

Their Service Department has really upped their game. My tech, Chandra, takes such great care of me every time I'm there. She keeps me aware of all required maintenance, and warranties out the appropriate work every time. Never any arguing. Oh, and they wash my truck and have really good coffee. What else could you ask for?

Hart Nissan sure hit it out of the park with their customer service today. They contacted me last week about having a parking pawl recall done along with a transmission software update. They offered me a free oil change this week if I could bring it in. I told them I didn't need an oil change, but I could use my tires rotated and I needed an updated Va. inspection sticker. Their answer: NO problem, lets do it!So they replaced the part in the transmission, updated the shift software (it's a nine speed transmission), rotated the tires, did a state inspection, and washed the truck, ALL IN TWO HOURS! They also had no problem with taking me back in the service bay so I could ask a few questions from the technician who was turning the wrenches. (Something that dealerships really don't like to do) But, these folks could not have been nicer.The service writer, Chandra Wright, took care of me like I owned the place. It sure is nice to see a business who understands why customer service is so important to their overall success. They even had a fancy coffee bar with all kinds of donuts and pastries (all free) for the customers waiting while their cars were being serviced. Who does that anymore!!Got there at 8am and was on my way home at 10am.Way to stand out Hart Nissan, I really appreciated your kindness today.And you need to hang on to Chandra Wright! She represented your dealership with stellar customer service today. It's so rare these days that a business makes you feel important, and that your patronage means something to them. Thank you for working with me, and providing support for my truck!

There was a new bulletin posted by the safety division of state police for inspectors to know that cars cannot fail inspection because of an airbag light being on. When I tried to explain my situation to the manager, he was completely rude. They are unaware of changes to state inspection laws but they did not try to reach out to the safety division to find out more information. I had to contact the state police who stated that this dealership is the only one who he has had an issue with. He assured me that he spoke to Andy and that I would be taken care of. Andy must not have passed on the message because the manager continued to say that my car would not pass and he said he never spoke to the state police about the issue. I offered to show him the voicemail I received from the officer proving that I was right and he initially refused to listen. He also refused to call Andy to find out what happened. It wasn’t until I spoke to the service provider, Dequan, who let him know that the state police did call and that my inspection would pass today, despite what the manager said. Even then, I had to wait 2 hours for my car to be reinspected, despite having it inspected a few days prior. Overall, I’m unsatisfied with the unprofessional communication received by Hart Nissan staff. I didn’t even get an apology. My paperwork was left in my front seat along with my key and no one said a thing to me as I left the service department. I will never return to Hart Nissan but I’m sure they won’t care…

We’ve worked with Hart Nissan for quite some time and I’ve always had Nissans. Working with hart is wonderful. We love Joe to pieces. He’s worked with us before and to work with him again is always a pleasure. Will made our process so smooth and diligent. He made sure we knew about our car and was over-accommodating. Everyone gave us the red carpet treatment. If you want a Nissan, head over to Hart. It is the best in town. I refused to go to any other Nissan dealership but them. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Its a long story, but I need to share. Spoke to a salesman on a Thursday about a vehicle I saw on line he said it was on the lot, ok great, I couldn't get there until the following Monday, they called every day to ask if I was coming on Monday, I asked is the car still on the lot, yes. After driving a hour and a half I get a call, the car you want to see is on display and not on the lot, this was not what I wanted to hear. I did drive on to the dealership, not a good experience, I couldn't get out fast enough, never again. Got a better deal in my home town
