The staff are great but their policies….aren’t….. how is your store solely self check out but requiring your employees to scan all your shoppers items? You either trust us or you don’t. And clearly your staff members are just are confused on this “new policy” as well. I even asked in shock “do yall have an issue with theft in this area or…?” And their response? “Nope” lol. Figure it was out.

A very cool & iconic Five Below opening in Mechanicsville, VA and I was pleasantly surprised. So many products at affordable prices is a blessing in this day and age. A great place to get a birthday gift for your family/friends and/or pick up some of your favorite staples (ibuprofen, headphones, cleaning supplies, etc.). With great customer service and so much diversity, Five Below is definitely a godsend the Mechanicsville area. Bravo, Five Below, bravo!!!
