I went to this store for the 1st time tonight. I needed help finding a couple things, I was also having trouble with my coupon & the staff was so nice & helpful & patient, went out of their way instead of giving up when we couldnt figure it out at 1st, even went to the back and got something that I needed that wasnt on the shelf WITHOUT me even asking (DO U HAVE ANY IN THE BACK) I heard a lot of stuff moving around back there so I kno he really looked for it & they had it!!! It made my night bcuz I saved a lot of money!! Thank all 3 employees for helping me sooooo much!!! It really meant a lot to me!!!

I loved this store. It was always neat and clean and well stocked. The manager was always friendly and helpful... the last 5-6 times is another story. First the man I am use to seeing has not been at the store. Second it's starting to look like the other stores. Merchandise knocked off in the floor, carts not put away and sitting in aisles. The big stocking carts are everywhere. Cant get down aisles. It's just disappointing. I guess the lady is now the manager. The store is reflective of her personality. Obnoxious. So disappointing.

I am impressed with the variety and extensive nature of this store’s merchandise. I can always find what I need and don’t have to worry that I’m paying extra for convenience. The staff is always super friendly and helpful as well - very thankful they came to town!

I have been there 2-3x a week since pandemic started to get misc items. Mostly Lysol spray. I haven't been able to get ONE CAN yet. Sold out every time. They can't hold one for me but they can sell cases to one person at a time. Not very nice to other customers.

Its a big store. Free of debris and stocking carts every other isle. Makes it much easier to get in and get out. Clean not all overstocked. Looking fluttered.

Have been trying to buy lysol since February and they are always out. I have been going in 3 x a week despite having knee surgery in July. The manager sells cases of it every week with no limit of how many someone can buy. He will not hold ONE can for me. Very aggravated with the place. Always out of things I went there for. Must find another Dollar Gen5to spend my money at.

Store is always so clean and looks as if it just opened. The store always is nicely stocked and the young man who is the manager is so nice

Prices are always good here, and I see they're well stocked at all times. Customer service is friendly and efficient.

Website shows store is open. It's one o'clock in the afternoon. Called their phone number and it rang no less than 30 times.....no answer. Not a good way to begin in a new location. Hopefully this is not an example of their customer experience.
