Just gotta that Haddy (if I spelled that correctly) is amazing in the pharmacy. I've been coming every month for about a year and she is always working hard and doing her best and with a positive attitude. She goes out if her way to be helpful and is always respectful to staff. CVS needs to whatever they can to keep her there and happy. She is absolutely a great asset to the pharmacy and I'm personally glad to have met her.š

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my entire life and I would not recommend this place to anyone ! They have a do not care attitude and will give you the run around! So many times they have given me the run around and I have had enough! They are so rude, they donāt say thank you, have a good day, nothing friendly ! They act like you are bothering them. Itās a shame I feel sorry for the customers who are trying to get their medicine. They need new management asap please !!

I would give you zero stars but that wasn't an option. The pharmacy is consistently slow. I went to the window and sat for several minutes, of course no one came to help me. After waiting, I called the store only to get a recorded message that the pharmacy was closed for lunch until 2:00?!? How about a sign out in the drive-thru to tell someone, or a sign on the drive-thru window? What a neat idea. And why shut the whole pharmacy down? Could the pharmacist not rotate in 30-45 minute lunch shifts? Just a poorly operated & managed store.

Went to the pharmacy tonight 30 mins before closing. Customer service was terrible. I had 4 prescriptions that needed to be filled but one wasnāt in stocked so I had to asked them to transfer to a different location. The female pharmacist didnāt initially take initiative to find the pharmacy number. As she was on the phone on hold with the other pharmacy she told her colleague to tell me āshe can go nowā without confirming with me if the transfer to the other pharmacy was 100% complete. I drove 30 mins to the next pharmacy and they told me the transfer wasnāt complete because they didnāt have it in stock.

Allison is my new best friend . She helped me use coupons I didnāt even know I had and was so friendly and sweet and fun. Especially for me someone riddle with anxiety at any public outing. She made me feel important and not like a burden like some places. 10/10

I try to give this location benefit of the doubt since they always seem short staffed. But a pharmacy is also a customer service experience. I went to the pick up window for a refill because they looked swamped and no one was at the drop off counter. Then when it was my turn the lady at pick-up sent me to drop-off anyway, and said "this says pick up", as if I can't read. But nevermind that. Sure, I should have gone to drop-off after all.Then I waited. And there was an employee there who definitely saw me. I did not get a "hello" or "someone will be with you in a moment" Nothing. From anyone. So I left. Now I understand why you have so many awful reviews. Why was I sent to drop-off to be ignored?

The pharmacist and his techs were very rude. The girl who rang me up was doing her best in the drive thru and the inside. The front end manager, Allison, was very sweet and gave me a 5.00 coupon for my treatment at the pharmacy.

Always have to wait extremely long in the drive thru. If the people/person in front of you prescription isnāt ready they should ask them to come back around. Iād give less than 1 star if I could. I mean 30+ mins with 2 people in front of you is absolutely absurd.

Absolute hell. My prescription was submitted hours before and I still waited over an hour there to have it filled. There was a woman with a small child in front of me who waited the same amount of not longer. They seemed way understaffed and also incompetent. Asked me several times the exact same question regarding my prescription. Maybe it can be written off as being overworked but either way⦠completely unacceptable service.

CVS has gone downhill. The location on Lee Davis & 360 i used to use closed the drive through and kept losing my medicine (showed up a few times after getting a text and apparently somebody filed them wrong?) so i switched to this one. 3 cars in line before me and 45 minutes later iām still waiting. i only had an hour for this errand⦠when i go inside itās even more miserable, the line is long no matter what time of day it is and they donāt seem to have the staff needed to keep up with the customers that fill medicine here. iām resentful that my insurance forced me to use CVS š”

My wife had a prescription sent over on Tuesday. They told her it would be ready today, Friday after noon. She went to pick it up and it still wasn't ready. She was told to give them 20 minutes and it would be ready. 30 minutes later they tell her they don't have it. This isn't the first issue we've had at this location. We are done with CVS as they clearly don't care that this location has major issues with customer service as seen by the 2 star rating and terrible reviews.

This CVS needs a new manager. The employees were trying their best to keep the lines moving on a busy day. However, their manager came out and embarassed them in front of all the customers. The manager lectured her employees while using personal insults for not working fast enough, while ironically making us wait longer for the perscriptions we needed. She held us up for 15 minutes to train the employees, while getting upset when we requested to be rung out. The manager is both rude and disrespectful to her employees and the customers. Do not go to this CVS.

I'd rate it 0 if I could. Pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are unprofessional. They are not able to fulfill prescriptions even if you called them several days in advance. You can ask them to transfer your order to a different location, they will tell you ok, but never do it.Yesterday was my last time goin there, I've transferred all my family prescriptions to a local (no chain) pharmacy, where people are professional and friendly. Never come back to CVS.

Simply from this pharmacy alone, I am convinced that CVS will not hire anyone with an IQ greater than 90. The staff is rude, unhelpful, short tempered, and incompetent. I used to work at a pharmacy so I know how stressful the job itself can be, and for that reason I would be able to understand their demeanor if they didn't manage to persistently screw up every prescription I've ever had sent there.Tldr, go to Walgreens.

I don't want to even rate this .. I was so very surprised how unprofessional this CVS technician and Pharmacists were acting today. I understand it was a holiday but I had showed up 5 min prior to them closing there pharmacy area they were already locking up for the day. I asked the technician twice if I could get my prescription he ignored me and never responded. I would have never come in if I didn't need my medicine in the first place but this was the only time I had off before leaving for out of town that day. The clerk up front was trying to help me get my prescription after I told her what had happened .She said if it was ready per there online service then it should not be a problem. But the pharmacist still ignored her and me and continued to make smart remarks very loudly about how she was done for the day.. I work in a medical environment too .I get how stressful it can be when a patient is in need of something last min . These things happen it stinks and yes its part of life.I HAVE NEVER MADE A PATIENT FEEL BAD FOR THAT . Or show bad attitude towards them or there care giver- family. This location needs help they need sensitivity training and STAFF TO HELP THEM .. They are alway in the weeds and the pharmacists are getting burned out and now they are taking in out on the patients.

Absolutely the worst experience at a pharmacy. For some reason the Pharmacy canāt operate a full work day without shutting down the whole pharmacy for ālunchā. Then I was laughed at by employees. This will be my last visit to this place. After being told to come back in an hour, had to wait another 20 mins for the safe to open because apparently it doesnāt have normal store hours either. Horrible customer service. Walgreens here I come.

Have had the worst customer service from this store. First the way people treat you. Then mess up my refills. One person tells you one thing the others donāt know knowing. Will stop using them. I know they donāt care. Just another unhappy one

I would do zero stars. My scripts are never ready even when I request refill days prior to pick up. They are always too busy to provide polite service and make me feel like a burden for doing business with them. I am moving my pharmacy because this isn't the first or even second time this has happened.

CVS off Atlee road is the laziest, most slowest store. I only asked for my prescription to be sent here because itās closer to my home. I came up to the counter and asked if my doctor called in my prescription as I just got off the phone with them, and the tech said āhe has to check the voicemailā Iāve been waiting 20 mins now and I went back to the counter to see if he is or was filling it, she said āhe still has to check the voicemail, there are people in front of youā. I will never come back to this CVS, my store normally is 1980- they are fast and they are professional.

First time experience for CVS I am not even want to give a point to rate I went to CVS drive thru waiting in the line for 30 minutes nothing moving and I went inside the store and asked someone who work there he said drive thru might be close in the morning but didn't put the sign up I have to walked outside and tell ppl who in front of my car and sadly someone can't walk they are waiting over an hour it's no fair for them at all I spent almost 1.30 hrs for just drop my prescription off!!! And when I go back to pick up my prescription they are messed up my prescription again and I waited for almost 2 hrs to get it done!!!

I placed A order for a refill prescription on Friday morning.i received a text that said it would be ready Saturday by noon. I went to pick up that prescription on Wednesday afternoon just to find out that the prescription still had not been filled. The pharmacy tech said that the medication was not in stock and she was not aware of when the medicine would be in stock. She also informed me that she could possibly call my doctors office to have them rewrite the prescription so that the available medicine that they had would be able to fill it. But who knows how long Dr. will be able to fill a prescription I needed the medication tonight. I called into the pharmacy and asked why I was not given a call to let me know that the medication would not be there when promised. I also asked if there was another pharmacy in the area that had the medication. They looked up a pharmacist and the one on Lakeside Avenue had it available within two minutes the Lakeside Avenue pharmacy sent me a text saying that the prescription was ready to be picked up. Why did the pharmacy on Atlee Road not communicate with me let me know that the prescription would not be ready by the promise time. This is a very serious medication. The customer service at this particular CVS is less than desirable!

This is absolutely the WOST pharmacy you can have your prescriptions at. They have no idea what they're doing and they really don't care. Getting our prescriptions is always a hassle, we will be transferring to another pharmacy ASAP.

While I have the utmost respect for cvs Pharmacy manager Mary Pat who cvs corporate should see as their biggest asset at the Atlee Rd Mechanicsville Va store I have to grudgingly say. they put me thru hell this Wednesday lying repeatedly about my refill on medicine. Repeatedly !!!!! Lying to me. An employee named Z ( her real name ?) hung up on me as well as other things. Emily told me they were working on it but at 5pm I still havent gotten a call. Such a disappointment . cvs corporate also needs to accept responsibility that they have not made sure enough staff are available to answer phones making for many many many angry customers who will no doubt will move to more responsive pharmacies. So if cvs sees a fall in customer satisfaction and loyalty its their own fault for NOT meeting the demands and needs of their customers. Barbara Atkins

Service at this pharmacy is absolutely abhorrent. When I got here 45 minutes ago I was the 5th car in line. I am now the 3rd car in line. I would just go in if I could, but I can't take my toddler and my high covid risk self into the store to stand in line for who knows how long. I'd love to go to a different pharmacy, but this cvs is the only one covered by my insurance. They 100% need to make some changes.

They have gotten a lot better. The pharmacy answers the phone now. I have to say...my last 5 experiences with them have been good. I would have given them a five if it wasn't for old experiences.

The pharmacy never has my prescriptions filled with automated filling. If I wait, itās minimum 30 minutes. If I donāt wait and I go back hours later, I wait for it to be filled because āitās not ready yet.ā The people working for the pharmacy have no answers as to why this happens regularly and complain to me about CVS corporate. The overall feeling of this place is depressing.
