Love this place. Great meat selection, staff is kind and it's right near the fudge factory :)P.s for the beer drinkers they have the Brews, the one across does not carry alcohol but has a great deli and gift shop!

Seriously so happy my boyfriend and I found this place! After driving 6 hours, we were low on oil and praying this place would have some and they did! They had a funnel and shop towels and so many other items. The cashier, Clara, was so extremely helpful and even came outside to check on me to see if I needed any help. In fact, I had like 3 other people, who were visiting the shop, come and see if I needed help. Everyone was SO extremely nice and so helpful. Seriously thank you to everyone, especially Clara, for being a lifesaver in a difficult situation! We truly appreciate you ❤️🙏

Great gas station and shop right off the blue ridge parkway. We needed some supplies for our car unexpectedly and this shop had everything we needed. Really well stocked for its location! The Cashier Clara was supper helpful in helping us get what we needed and went beyond in helping us out with our car. We feel blessed we found this gas station and thank you to everyone who helped us out today.

A great little town shop. They carry a little bit of everything. They have a hardware section and automotive section electrical section food dairy they carry all different wines and beer, meats and produce. Farm fresh eggs and honey.

We always stop there when we are in that part of Virginia. Nice people. Good selection of hardware items as well as groceries. Gasoline always reasonable. Ownership is very community minded.

Poor Man's on the south side, MOD Food Mart across the street, Jane's Country Kitchen too! Meadows of Dan is a must do pit stop on the BRP- gas food groceries, produce, gifts... and leftover woven peach baskets are only a buck (empty)! Heirloom tomatoes and other local produce in season. Great peaches, watermelon, apples... if it's not great they don't sell it.

This is my go-to shop in Meadows of Dan. They’ve got everything! Food, hardware, gas, plants, even a laundromat ! I appreciate that they’ve upped their game in the wine department too.

There are few opportunities for commerce in Meadows of Dan ! This place takes the Cake for price gouging. They charge outrageous prices for everyday items . Pigs get fat , hogs get slaughtered , buy your groceries before you get there.
