Order food in drive thru. Told to pull forward and wait. 20 min wait, husband goes inside to find food. Handed a bag, go to car and wrong order. Return to store, reorder with 3 different associates . After 45 minutes finally got food. No apology, no explanation. We are in the middle of a 14 hour drive so will try to remember to never stop here again

45 minutes holy cow. Do not go here if you want a quick meal you will unalive in line before you get any food.Went inside and same deal, 20 people waiting in line, 20ish cars too.Food was good when we finally got it, but dear lord it’s McDonald’s not a casual sit down restaurant I want it fast.

I would have rated this higher but ladies restroom very dirty and eating area needed cleaned.Employees not very accommodating. Table service awful. Gave us a number...could not find us and had us down for take out. Always a great cup of coffee. Convenient exit off 81 Interstate. You can order by mobile,park outside for curbside service.

I’d give this location 0 stars if I could! Waited 48 mins for a Qtr Pounder Meal and a (2) Cheeseburger Meal, only for it to be completely wrong. Decided to get a refund because I couldn’t wait another 48mins for them to remake the order. Seemed to be understaffed. A lot of customers waiting for their food both in the restaurant and in the drive thru. Don’t recommend, go to another location or restaurant just down the highway.

I understand how people can get due to rude customers, been there done that. But when a customer expects something to be as they have received it many times before. And it is the way the picture shows it. Then you have no right to get rude. Remake it with a smile. If I pay for a large, I expect a large. Not a medium. This pic was one of the many times that I paid for a large and received a medium. I have received them worse than this one. What happened to, "You get what you pay for"?

It is really good store to stopby while driving on long routes and quickly grab your food and kill the hunger. Since this store gets busy so quickly sometimes because of buses stopping here for the dinners for passengers, I would highly suggest to increase resources to maintain the store more stronger, and quicker customer service. But overall it's good store.

5/17/21: the employees at the drive thru are very nice! Got here at 2:50 pm and the double fish filet sandwich is hot!! So are the fried! Yummm! 😋 Haven't been to a McDs in awhile and forgot they have the double fish filet! It's pretty good and could use another slice of cheese. One if my pups loves McDs fries!!Great customer service! The ladies are so helpful and nice. I ordered via the large kiosk, and didn't see the cups located next to it. After getting my food, I asked the lady for a cup. She pointed out the cups by the kiosk, and offered and proceeded to get my a cup behind the counter. So nice!! Thanks!! I ordered the double fish filet and the sandwich was missing the sauce. Since I ate in the car, I didn't want to run back in. This McDonald's is updated and the ladies restroom is roomy and larger than many of the McD's.

This McDonald's is by far the best McDonald's I have ever visited worldwide! The staff is beyond amazing, super friendly, and absolutely welcoming.Above all Meaghan deserves a raise and a paid vacation!

Food was good, but there was an issue with the frappe machine which drastically increased my wait time. Restaurant was pretty clean. One cashier was nice and friendly, the other not so, apparently making a frappe ruined her life.

Grouchy Chick in drive-thru...Brought us the wrong order.. had to go in cause it was wrong... stood at cash register 5 mins while they acted like i was a ghost. Few more minutes and after my brains patience wore off. And I spoke loudly. Boy how nice it would be to get my correct food I been waiting on 25 minutes total now.Some brown haired kinda short manager looked in hisn20'S came up and rolled his eyes halfway handed me the bag nearly dropping it... I said oh gee thanks guy.. he proceeded to flip me the bird and waltz away.Such a lovely,place to eat!!!!With such lovey people!!!!That was sarcasmWill never eat there halfarse tossed together burgers n such again.And the bathroom??Forget about it.Turns all in one with diarrhea blown over the seat..Next.... stuffed with tp and ungodly stuff.. urine pools... at every one.. trash full.Disgusting sinks..And an odour that could easily knock the varmints off a gut wagon.Parking: Would be nice if it weren't for all the dug turdsaying around everywhere.Full of trash..

I wish I could give less than 1 for service. It took 20+ minutes to get 1 plain cheeseburger, I cheeseburger with pickles only, I medium fry, and 1 sweet tea. The waitress even said when she gave us our food we sucked on delivery with this order. I said you sure did. Please don't waste your time. Keep driving. The food was cold after all that time.

Went at 1:30 pm on Sunday. All the restaurants in this town were overflowing. I guess the locals eat Sunday lunch out. Placed my order at the kiosk inside. Noticed a boy scout troop of about 30 inside and the place very busy with drive thru as well as inside.My order took a little more than 5 minutes which I felt pretty good about considering how busy they were.Place looked clean inside despite being so busy. My food was hot and my order was correct. Nothing whatsoever to complain about. I'd almost give it 5 stars. Most fast food places aren't this good at what they do. Definitely would come again.

Excellent chicken biscuits! Really nice people, and absolutely cleanest restrooms I have ever seen. It was 6:30am. This was the McDonald's in Wytheville, VA. Will stop there whenever we roll through!

So two visits in a row - same situation. The Mamager was working the drive thru, prepping the drinks and taking and processing payment.No other employees in sight - this guy deserves a LOT more money. Really, he deserves a better job - he was so calm and so polite and I couldn't even be angry over the slow process - he was doing it ALL.I'd hire this guy in a heartbeat if I had anything I could have him do.Food was a McDonald's- is what it is.That manager is holding that place together - I hope for more for him.

Clean place. Decent fast burgers, fries, etc...typical McDonald's. Nice kids play area a solid bonus.

We had a great experience here today. We had a large group (19) we called ahead and let them know we were coming. It was lunch time and busy but they treated us very kindly. Will definitely come back on another trip!
