Soft serve in cone was fine ice like sand with mild vanilla flavor. Like made with water and skim milk. Soft serve machine malfunctioning or they watered down mix. Not eatable, tossed it.

Perfect place to come if you hate ice cream!Ordered a brownie and Oreo sunday, I guess I should have asked for ice cream too because they barely put any in there. When I asked the employee if it was possible to…y’know fill the literally empty half of the cup I was told there’s nothing he could do and that’s just how it’s made.Never coming here again and I’ll let all my truck driving buddies know to skip this stop next time as well.

The rotisserie chicken bites were a microwaved disaster. The smelled and tasted very bad. AND they cost $10 to get with a bag of lays and drink. I would not have stopped if I knew it was a partial DQ. Just keep driving and you'll find better food in no time.

I have tried a couple of their actual nibbles; Chilli dog & rotisserie chix bites. Both times, the food was not even served warm. The chicken was mostly gristle, couldn't even finish the portion. I tossed it to the birds. I'm sticking to treats at this location. Will say, the ladies are fun, friendly and helpful.

Worst DQ experience ever! The worker was very rude. I had two different gift cards and wasn’t sure if the balances and I only got one back with no recipt showing what was on them or anything. The blizzard was gross and watered down.

Paid extra for extra toppings because I have been here several times before and they put almost nothing in there. Even with the extra charge same thing and hardly nothing in there. Went back through only to get rude attitude and she took my cup in the back before making my new one. That's suspicious and hope I don't get food poisoning or COVID-19. Don't waste your time or money. There's another one next to Arby's at the truck stop right down the road and its awesome everytime. No reason for management to respond because it must be your policy to rip people off as many different employees all do the same thing. Would give zero stars if I could.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant, the employees were very nice and all the favorite DQ ice cream products were available. However, if you want the typical DQ hot foods, you're out of luck. No onion rings, hamburgers or fries. Granted, the turkey and bacon sandwich I got was good; it just would have been better if there were more sides available than a bag of chips.

Terrible blizzards! This place used to make the best blizzards and was a regular part of our trips home. No more! The toppings were sparse (aka only 3 pieces of cookie dough in a mini blizzard) and my complaint was only answered with the option of paying for more. This store just lost the business of a family of 7’s 15 years worth of trips home all for the price of $.30 worth of toppings.

The wateriest blizzard I've ever had. Until you buy one you'll know what I mean. Nothing like a warm and wet blizard on a hot summer day. They might as well call it warm and wet ice cream. I think that lady pours water in the ice cream

We ordered a medium and they gave us a small, and tried to convince us it was a medium. Then they told us they could t make the blizzard because the machine broke, we settled for something else and they STILL gave us a small blizzard. Served with eye rolls and attitude. Worst place ever.

The last two times I have been here to get a blizzard they have left out ingredients and it wasn't even mixed up. $4.65 for a cup of plain old vanilla ice cream is ridiculous, they should put everything in there and mix it!

This place is known for ice cream, blizzards and summer treats but you have to hurry if you want something because they are only open til 7pm. Such a shame no one wants to work!!!

I couldn't get anyone to answer the drive thru. Had I not had my grandson I would have driven off. Drove up to the window and finally got someone to answer me. They only had 1 other customer. Was very rude. VERY

I waited at the drive through speaker/menu in the ran for 5 minutes. Got wet and gave up. Drove around. There's an abandoned car at the window? Do better. Put a sign up or something.

Rude, stood there 5 minutes and the 3 behind the counter didn't speak or want to take our order. There was one other person in the lobby, one in the drive through.... Clearly the job of even saying, "Hi" is too complicated for 3 people and minimal business.

Friendly helpful staff working at DQ, was disappointed to learn that (Treat) does not have burgers" reason why I stopped here but one cannot know while driving and spontaneously stopping here in search of a double flamethrower

This place has gone back to NOT accepting CASH as payment. If they won't accept legal tender then maybe people should take their business elsewhere! If management is this scared of the "VARIENT" maybe they should just close the store all together.

My husband brought me a blizzard that was melting so bad they wrapped 5 napkins around it and sent him on his way. We are staying in a motel .1 mile away. There is no way they tipped this blizzard upside down because I couldn’t even hold it upright without it leaking all over my hands. Thanks Dairy Queen for a melted milkshake instead of a blizzard.

I agree with the one who said depends on the day and the experience. And i live in walking distance. If they in - experience they slow they don't make the effort. They close. Same with your orders and your hospitality. They need HELP.

If you want Ice Cream or a hot dog, it will be ok. But dont expect to get their signature foods like a hamburger or cheeseburger. They dont have them.
