Super nice people. They even recognized me, I felt like any other place I’ve been to this is the only one that they actually got to know my name and remembered me. Very nice. I really love seeing Anthony there, he has always greeted me with a big smile and honestly it is so pleasant and welcoming. Makes me happy to go shopping. I haven’t met the groomers there yet, but every time I go I always see them diligently working to make everyone’s dogs look good. With how few they are, they work really hard. Thank you guys for making it a pleasant experience for me and my animals.

I've decided on 3 stars because if it weren't for Savanah, It would be 0 stars.Our first experience with Petsense grooming was perfect and Savanah did an amazing job and our baby was fresh and clean. She did a thorough job deshedding him, even his teeth and his nails. The bandanna was a nice touch along with the scent spray....Now, Megan?? Who we had for our 2nd time... was the complete opposite. She was not kind and friendly to us as the customers nor our dog who we took him in to get groomed just like the first time and he looked and smelled the exact same as he went in. He did not have a bandana on either and his nails clicked on the floor when he walked and he smelled terrible and had fur all over him and still looked dark. The COMPLETE opposite of how he looked after Savannah. They did refund us, however Megan needs to go through serious training in customer service along with dog grooming. We were very upset, my husband and i...if it weren't for savannah we'd never come back. We have another appointment scheduled on Wednesday but its now an inconvenience to go in again. Spoke with the manager kevin and i really do hope for other people's sake, Megan is retrained. 5 stars for Savannah!! 0 for Megan!!!

We have several dogs so we're always searching for deals on dog food and treats/toys etc. We found 2 bigger bags of food plus some treats and a couple of harness jackets for them all on clearance and great prices! They even let us exchange one of the jackets for another one after the zipper broke, no hassles! Also love that they're only 10mins from where we live.

Petsense just makes sense when you have a 200 lb dog!❤️Boy did his personal groomer♥️ Savannah have a task today!My Great Dane is a farm/city dog... so when he gets dirty he gets real dirty.. 😂 lol!It's so simple.. just to jump out of the car walk into the store and you're already at the groomer it's so wonderful... and it helps that you have three isles of treats and dog chews and snacks.I was so excited to hear that they groom all dogs no matter what size... I have been turned away so many times because they don't have the facility to accommodate large dogs.PETSENSE PERSONAL GROOM TECHS NAME IS SAVANNAH MAISEL...Savannah @PETSENSE transforms your stinky dirty farm dog... into a silky coated awesome smelling city dog in no time:)Everyone in the store including customers & staff are always so friendly... but what store can you go into where everyone loves animals? it's fun!! and there's plenty of staff to help you in all departments!!Call and make your appointment now they get super busy around the holidays (and muddy weather).Kekoa and I always have a blast at Petsense!💕♥️Thanks again Savannah!

My appointment did not get written down in their appointment book so I was turned away while they called another customer right in front of me to bring her dogs early for grooming. They couldn’t even work my dog in like it was my fault the appointment didn’t get written down. Poor customer service, won’t be back.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t able to find a product and Jessie F. Went out of his way to assist me. The store is clean and well organized. We get our fur baby groomed there and they always make her feel comfortable, and she loves the treats they keep at the front! I definitely recommend this store!

Booked appointment for grooming and bathing online for Sat at 9am get there and are told groomers don’t come in till 10 and our appointment is not even on schedule even after we showed them the appointment confirmation link. Suggest going elsewhere if you want service.

I went there when they first opened and was impressed. I went there today and the store's stock was low, but I was able to find some decently priced pet food and some cute accessories for my dog. Their employee Savannah was incredibly cheerful and helpful! Looks like they are hiring more friendly employees which is great to see!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. My dog is a 10 year old black lab that went for a standard bath and nail clipping. We get word barely 30 minutes later that he had broken his foot by jumping out of the tub? Mind you, my dog is very active and jumps constantly, so we were confused as to how this could happen and if there were any risk why he wasn’t secured. We arrive and is foot is badly swollen, he’s crying and can’t bear any weight, and he was just thrown in a little cage, no comfort happening whatsoever. We soon find out at the emergency vet that some teeth are chipped. We have gotten no response on what’s happened.Please, if you care about your pets at all DO NOT trust this store with their care. They are not compassionate towards animals and are extremely out of touch.

Well so far so good, this was the first time I have visited this store. I was able to find everything I needed but the only thing that worried me was there was only a few of each product on the shelf when it came to soft dog food. The only problem I have been running into is buying my dogs food and then going back to empty shelve because they don't seem to stock dog food regularly so I'm hoping that isn't the same with this place. I was able to buy what they had so when I go back next week I hope it's been restocked because I don't like switching up what my dog eats regularly cause he is a lil picky some time and just FYI this was Blue Buffalo food so it wasn't some off brand stuff that may not get stocked very often but we will see. If things change then my Star review and this post will change so we will see. Other than that they had a lot of stuff when it comes to non food related product and the staff was very nice. I was asked if need anything thankfully instead of just walking by me or just looking at me lol. But anyways everything was good and the prices were actually not bad at all from other places I've seen and that's always nice so check this place out if u have a dog or cat, they even had supplies for other animals such fish and reptiles. The only thing I don't like is them selling animals because they keep puppy and kitten mills in business and if there are plenty of wonderful animals at adoptions shelters that need a good home and caring for so please if u want an animal, adopt instead of going to one of these places to purchase an animal because if nobody purchases them then they won't be sitting in those wall cages 24/7, it was so horrible to see those cats and dogs. Anyways I'm getting off subject.

Went to the store for a return of mealworms that most were dead. The man said no problem when I called, went the next day and the woman was very rude. She had an attitude when I told her about the meal worms and the man said I could bring them to exchange with my receipt. She was very hateful and acted as I'd I interrupted her doing nothing!That was a week ago, today I went there to get crickets and was hopeful the older lady wasn't there and she wasn't. This time was a man. I asked if he didn't mind could I bother him when he finished for a little help. He replied "you're already bothering me, what do you want?" .. That ran all over me. If he would have smiled I would knew he was joking. No worries tho, from now on I will buy online from Josh's Frogs! Cheaper by far and no hateful employees. And unlike this store I can get egg crate for the crickets. Save your time, money and sanity. I really liked the informed young ladies there and they're very nice, but the people around my age need an attitude adjustment.

I had a great experience here!! This was the first time I had been and the staff was so helpful! I walked in looking for a Thunder Shirt for my dog and one employee took me straight to them. She was so informative about the use of them and super nice!! Thanks for a great experience! I will be returning!!

Place is clean, customer service is good. Only problem I have is items are priced very high. One item I needed was priced at 21.00, went to Walmart or Rural King and the same item, same size, and same Brand was less than 10.00. Prices are too high. Dont recommend

This place's prices are outrageously high. I am visiting the area and stopped in Petsense to get my dog more treats only to find out that they are over double the price than Petsmart/Petco sells the exact same bag of treats for. When I mentioned this to the employee he had nothing to say and was extremely standoffish. Will never be returning here again. The place is a rip off.

Sat on hold for 20 min trying to make a grooming appointment. 2 different ladies answer the phone to ask how they could help and upon me telling them I was trying to make an appointment they placed me back on hold. I understand if you're busy and/or understaffed but it wouldn't have been too hard to take my name and unber to call back when you had time. I hung up after 20 min. Still dont have a grooming appointment but was not going to sit on hold any longer.

Really great groomer..DOG LOVES HER but watch buying anything in the store.. The sign that is up "2 for one price" but when you get home and discover that its not that price they say NO IT RINGS UP FULL PRICE. cause i bought different flavors.. even though all flavors had the sale price on the tag.. this is a BUYER BEWARE STORE!!

A wonderful place. Employees very friendly. They even had a station near the door with hand sanitizer and free face masks! Very clean store. My dog liked walking around in the store while on a leash of course!

bought a pet carrier in April. Was unable to transport pet in airplane so I returned carrier unused after two days. Was told refund would be credited to my account in 2-4 weeks. It is now July and no credit has arrived. Called several times. Always told give it a bit more time. Almost 10 weeks should be plenty of time. They have just cheated me out of the money. Do not recommend any business that will not refund $$ on an unused item. Or say they will but do not follow through
