Overall the prices are fair and the inventory is huge. There's a little of everything here including clothes for adults and kids, toys, shoes, pet supplies, home decor, purses, wallets, belts, socks, underwear, jewelry, phone accessories, and various other household items. The style here is all over the place. There's several styles of clothes and household items. I highly recommend checking this place out even if it's just to look around. I guarantee you'll see or find something that you like and want.

In the past month I have had two family members that have had things stolen Marshalls didn't do anything about it such as not looking at cameras I have suspicious that one of the workers is the one stealing things DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS

Store was clean and staff were all friendly. Good selection of clothing for both men and women. Dressing rooms were clean and private. Prices were clearly shown and good deals were everywhere. Clearance area was well maintained. Check out line was busy, but moved at a very fast pace so the wait to check out was quick. We shopped men's and women's clothes, home furnishings and decor. Over-all, this was a great shopping experience.

My grandma was pickpocketed here not to long ago they never thought to check cameras and I have two other friends who got there phones taken and never thought to check cameras overall don’t go here unless you want to walk out with less things you came in with

Loved it. Huge variety, clean, & well priced. Friendly staff as well. My only recommendation would be to try to carry more women's plus sizes 2x and up. There was so many options for much smaller sizes. I was still able to get a couple items but it was limited

If you arrive around 8:30, you will be told multiple times at the door “they close at 9 o’clock” which I knew because I googled it. I didn’t need to be told repeatedly. I came to look for a few last minute things. Then at 8:50 an employee stalked me down to tell me “You need to go to check out before they closed down the cash registers if you plan to buy something, they are shutting down now” I had 3 things in my cart. I made my way to the cash register to stand there and wait my turn... so not sure why I was rushed there. The rudeness was not appreciated. I never planned to stay past 9pm, I try to be respectful. I love Marshall’s but I feel this was uncalled for and unprofessional. They should just change the closing time to 8:30.

Clean and organized, this store is a good fit for the Liberty Mall. Small selection for Men's Apparel, but plenty good enough. Most items are for women and children. Some pretty good deals are available if you look for them.

Great and friendly store manager. The products are many selections and great . My baby girl and I, we like ti come and shop atleast twice a month. And we would purchased her toys and clothes, as for me i loved the household items....and food snacks. We just loved Marshalls in Martinsville

First off, I love Marshall's! Whenever I go to another city I have to checkout the Marshall's there. There I always a treasure to be found! That being said the store in Martinsville is just okay. It is always neat and clean but doesn't have a very good selection at all. If you're looking for men's clothes forget it. Let's just say if I was visiting Martinsville and went to this Marshall's I would be disappointed.

This is the best Marshalls in the state of Virginia, hands down. It's always clean, very organized, well lit, and incredibly friendly. Always has a good selection of whatever you could want for your wardrobe or house. Highly recommended!

3 stars because when blankets and things are returned they literally just crumble them up and back to the shelf. Until recently this marshalls has had wayyy less than others.

I went into Marshall's looking for an outfit to wear on my first day at my job. I found pants, a shirt, and some cute Calvin Klein loafers all for around $60. I'm going to be so cute tomorrow.
