The customer service here is always great to me however, the quality of their products is definitely not. I saw rat feces inside 2 of the honey bun boxes and only after I had purchased a box of Hostess Cup Cakes and Zingers. The chocolate cup cakes had hard toppings and 3 of the Zingers in the box were extremely hard. Disgusting. Definitely not happy

The store is good, just that they need more ladies restrooms. Two stalls are not enuff. Maybe have some in the back of the store, with maybe 4 toilets seats and not ones that are attached to the wall, cause those are scary when you sit down on one.

While Kroger in general is a bit out of the way, this location makes the trip worth it. Friendly service, fresh products with clean displays, and an overall welcoming environment. Prices are good, savings are great, and I would recommend this location to anyone

This grocery store never has any cashiers working in the early morning, and the self-checkout always has problems. This requires an employee to come over and fix whatever the problem is. Why not just have the employee be the cashier? If I am going to have to work by scanning and bagging my own groceries, then I should be getting a discount.

I love Kroger Stores. I shopped at this giant many years ago all the time in NC before it closed ,but today wasn't so great at self checkout. There was a problem with the register. The clerk Vanessa assisted me but I didn't care for her comment that she will be glad when Kroger stop accepting OTC. She mention Food Lion don't accept OTC and this isn't true. I thanked her for assistance. She didn't acknowledge with a response. I am a valued customer. She made me feel unwelcome as a shopper. If having a bad then please don't take it out on me or shoppers.

Easy to fond place with huge selection of all kinds of food and drinks. Household items and stuff like pencils and paper also available. Self checkouts available with friendly staff. They have a pharmacy, bakery and deli. Regular checkouts available. They are not open 24 hours .

Got to love Kroger for hanging in there. All alone surrounded by food Lion's everywhere you look. Great prices. Fresh produce the food from the bakery is really good too. That middle section where the flowers are and all the other odds and ends is pretty impressive at times. The fresh flower area is pretty impressive too.

First and first, although I've always heard wonderful things about this franchise, it needs to be looked into and held accountable for the way my grandmother was handled. The sheer contempt that was shown, from the supervisors all the way down to the cashiers, was very inappropriate and extremely insulting. Along with the store manager's harsh demeanor and aggressive behavior, which included approaching my grandmother and getting in her face, there was also a cashier who made covertly racist remarks. Absolutely frightening and disgusting! Such occurrences ought to be unheard of.

I frequently do grocery pickup here instead of going in, so I can bring my dog. There was a huge mistake in my order and Sabrina at Kroger did everything to make it right curbside for me. Mistakes happen. It's how you handle them that matters and Sabrina did a brilliant job fixing it

Third time my curbside order was not ready when I arrived. It was an hour late each time. Long lines at checkout when I shop in-store. Rude meat department. Produce department is friendly and helpful.

Been shopping here for almost two decades now, the staffs pretty good and helpful.Sorry to see the self check out taking over so that I don’t get to see them as much.Best most consistent produce in the Martinsville/Henry County area, and a bit better selection then food Lion, also better prices plus you get gas points with your Kroger card.

This store has gone down hill in the last year. The last two times I had to go back out to the lot because no carts were in the store. Then I stood in front of the deli counter for 20 minutes find out that person quit.( Who knows how long the tuna salad,etc sat out uncovered.) Then i went looking for American cheese to no avail. A whole supermarket where you can't even get a single slice of American cheese. Time to drive a few extra miles to Food Lion.

Tip take out older ones make great foods take will sell when when hint hint Great layout of store but they really need a produce worker its like almost Everytime i come in to shop for fresh veggies they are rotten old are something i spend what seems to be hours flipping through the veggie to find only one r two good ones

Absolute worst grocery store locally. Always full and only one or no lines open, but self checkout. Service is trash. I mostly have to bag my own groceries even if I go through a registered checkout line. Just horrible experiences every time!

I shop at the Food Lion near me and I had lost my courtesy card a year a 1/2 ago. I Spoke to someone at the store and they said I would have to go online and request another card which I did. 2 months later I called their customer service number and was told they were mailing me a card. Another 2 months and no card, so I spoke with the local store manager and he was going to check into and never did get back to me. I was told to go to the kiosk and get a temporary card which I did but it's just a piece of paper which fades over time. They did finally fix my account so I am able to enter my phone number on the keypad. That took over a year. Today I happened to be in Martinsville and stopped at Kroger. At self check I mentioned that I forgot my card because it was a spur of the moment thing. The young man pulled out a new card, scanned it and gave it to me. Such a simplistic act you would think all stores would apply this sensible procedure. Thank you to the young man who knows what real customer service is.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the pharmacist and the pharmacy staff were very helpful and mainly nice. I'm so often perceived to be a dope head just because of the medication that I have to have but I didn't get that feeling at all and that was such a good feeling. I will be doing business with them in the future.

I was just there waiting on a friend I had dropped off, but I did see the thing were you send in you shopping list and later on pull up into a soecial parking space and they bring out your order and load it into your car. It all looked like it went so smooth. Amazing what they come up with.

Horrible customer service in pharmacy rude rude rude plus prices are tripling on drugs when you ask why something was 11.00 last month and you go get same RX next month it’s over 30 dollars and you get well that’s the way it is sorry plus they don’t fill prescriptions in a timely manner there’s no reason you should have to make 3 trips to pick up something you dropped off several days before it’s just sorry management plus the parking is horrible shelves are empty most of the time Food Lion is out preforming this store you don’t stand in line but a second there they are well stocked and appreciate your business!

It is now 4:49, I went to krogers to pick up a prescription and some food. Went by deli, foods were uncovered and was 2 items I wanted to get.I tried to find someone to get items and took me at least 10 mins to get guys attention. Finally got it and told him I wanted to get, his response was "we are closed".I asked what time they closed and he said 7. My response was it's not even 5 yet.Before I could move, another woman went to try and get something so I told her what he said about being closed.Her response was that shed just got off work.I told her I understand.What kind of service is this?. 1st I have mobility issues and was 4 carts that wouldn't work with notes to not use them and I finally found 1 by pharmacy to use and then deli guy told me was closed even though said it doesnt close till 7.This was 3rd time in over a month that I've not been able to get deli items due to being closed.AND! Guy wont very personable or polite.Not good

Great location, great sales, clean store, best produce in town, friendly staff, self check out so no waiting. Good selection of products. Deli dept is great. Lots of organic choices. Safe, well lit. Parking is a bit congested at times.

This store is very friendly, when they recognize you they treat you like family,(they treat you like family anyways but more so), it is safe with a security guard wandering the store at night, really good sales, often better then walmart. Gas is really cheap and the coupons you get is specially detailed to your shopping habits. Family friendly store, and treat you like family.
