Better service than the last groomer. My shih tzu puppy isn't used to clippers. He didn't seem as traumatized when we got back home. The groomers were friendly and asked questions before I left him, and asked if I liked how he looked and would I want to schedule again. They also explained any complications they had (fidgeting). Price was much lower than expected (full trim) than the previous place, which was only trimming face and feet. We will go back.

THEY DESERVE A ZERO STAR!! I'm HIGHLY disappointed in their service!! We made an appointment for a haircut, shampoo the whole works. We dropped our dog off a little before her appointment time. The lady said that she would give us a call after she was done. Well, needless to say, it was going on 3:00 and we had never heard anything. Her appointment time was noon. So my fiancée went to get our dog, and when he got there, she was in a kennel WITHOUT ANY WATER!! They CLAIMED that they had already given her a bath, NO WAY THEY DID BECAUSE SHE STILL HAD DIRT ON HER. Needless to say, my fiancée sat there for another hour so they could give her a haircut & trim her nails. PLEASE NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!! THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY!!

They shaved my dog for no reason saying he was matted. He’s combed daily. He looks awful. We only asked for a trim. She had our number you should need permission to just shave someone’s dog. I picked him up he has been shaking since we picked him up. They didn’t even shave him correct it’s gapped up bad to point where we can only hope it grows out. Do not go there

Took our Shih-Tzu Tahoe for the first time here to get a complete "do". What a nice job! Her cut was beautiful and well done. Could not find fault with anything! Highly Recommend. Nice folks, clean place and affordable. Thank You! John & Debbie Cornelius Martinsville
