I'll start by saying, it is a nice store with a nice selection of boats. The problem I have with them is customer service. I was looking online at a used boat, I clicked the "send us a message" chat link on there page and sent them a message. That was at around 5:30 on Tuesday evening, which they were closed then but I figured I would hear from them in the morning. The next morning comes, they open at 9am, so I'm waiting on the call, which never comes. So I sent them another message and then another and still nothing. So at about 2 pm, I just called them and explain to the sales guy that I sent 3 messages and never heard anything back. He proceeded to tell me that they sold the boat the day before at 3pm. So not only did they not update their website until the complete next day but they never returned my call, nor where they planning on returning my call apparently because the sales guy said he got my message at 12:30 and they didn't even have the decency to call and let me know. So, if your going to spend in excess of 30,000 on a boat, I'd say do it with someone who values customer service and the customers themselves.

The salesman Steve was excellent to deal with. After getting my new 2023 bass boat I get home to find several issues. 2 days later I drive back 4 hours and leave it to be fixed. After 2 weeks I call back only to be told by the service department the boat had not been worked on. I get it back the 3rd week with power poles added to leave and find one pp was not correct wanted to fall going down the rd. After mechanic ot tech tried to bleed the air out he determined the cylinder was bad and was going to send a new one. After waiting I contacted pp and they sent a new only this wasn't the problem. Pp sent a new pump. One thing I learned from installing them by the directions were the hoses need to be vertical the pump in question was at the 3 o'clock position. And over tightened causing a small leak. Pp was awesome to work with. However after repeated calls to service department at anglers choice I felt they were avoiding me. The sales team and staff I encountered were very friendly. There is definitely a lack of communication between the departments.and lack of getting back with customers. I was told all was checked out and tested I really don't believe it if it was it was done in a hurry. Take some pride in your work gentleman. I will buy another boat from there other than the lack of trust with service department the sales team and support staff were awesome.

We got our boat here. Be careful very careful, it's been almost 5 months and the speedometer on my NEW boat still doesn't work and they still haven't replaced it. They don't even reach out to keep in touch. Do not buy your boat here they don't keep their part of the contract. I pay my payment for agreeing to buy a NEW BOAT NOT AN AS IS BOAT. GO ELSEWHERE IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR THE HEADACHE!!!

The customer service is great if you want great customer service go to Tina cobbler she is so helpful and nice and I went to there Friday and Sunday thing they have every year try to find candy and she will help with boats and other stuff she is really nice to!!!!

Went there today for the first time! Everyone there was Extremely helpful to me for what all I needed! Helped me transfer my warranty on my boat I just bought from a previous owner! Handled Everything for me, boat inspection, motor information, getting an extended warranty on my motor! Making sure all my paperwork was handled properly! 5 stars all the way! Thanks Everyone! Ok. I'm old and have been to many boat repair shops. But hands down, THE BEST EXPERIENCE as customer service, repairs, and boat maintenance EVER. I thought I woke up in boat service marine heaven. The experience was a total delight. Thank you for a great experience and restoring my faith on customer service. Do not change a thing. You have earned a customer for life.

Mike is amazing he was able to help my husband and myself over the phone most of the time for the fact we live 5 hrs away. We felt very welcomed by all the employees there and their selection of baits was terrific. When it came to buying our boat Mike explained everything and even went over the boat with us top to bottom. Any questions we had he would answer and had the best attitude I have ever seen in a sales person. Charlie was great as well he made the signing experience a breeze!! He also will answer any questions you have even after buying your boat without hesitation. Thank you both for such an amazing first ever boat buying experience!!! Anyone that is interested in either buying their first ever boat or even a new boat I will definitely always recommend Anglers Choice.

I took my boat in for repair on a Monday and they had it fixed by Tuesday lunch. Great service and great people working there. They are the most professional marine dealer I have dealt with and I have had boats since 1977. You will be happy dealing with the service department as well as the sales staff.

The staff was very friendly but way too busy or under staffed to provide an acceptable level of support the customer deserves. Even when calling in for parts, product, or support you rarely get engaged and have to call back multiple times.Communication is the key component of all sales, and that's all I'm going to say about that!

I bought a boat from them a few years ago. I have told everyone I know how great that anglers choice was. The service and parts department were excellent. But I don't know what happened. I called up there to order parts as I have many times in the past. Who ever they have in that department now is worthless. Told him what parts I needed and he said he would call me back. A water pump thermostats and popit valve are not complicated parts thier maintenance. But that's fine except he never called back. Ok that's fine maybe he got busy so I wait another day. He dosnt call so I call them back. Same guy, he still dosnt know about my parts and says he will call me back again. Never does and still hasn't. So I will just buy my parts somewhere else from now on. They made it very clear that they don't care about my buisness. And what a shame I loved Angler's Choice and have been a loyal customer for years.

This store has a friendly team that will help you even if your not buying a $70k boat. I had a good experience a few months ago where they kept my number and called me when they came across a used jackplate. They actually followed through- not many businesses do nowdays, and I got the jackplate I needed.Today I needed some radius zip ties to attach the hoses for a new oil reservoir on my optimax. I live in Richmond, and no one in Richmond either knew what they are or used them, including BPS.I was travelling through southern Va and walked up to the front door 10 minutes before they opened- the door was opened early and I got a warm greeting,then they knew exactly the part I needed and why, but they were normally sold by the 100 pack. A friendly guy went back to a tech and he came back with enough to do my job.Great job Anglers Choice Team!!I know where I will driving to for my next new boat!!!

Took my boat in for service. They charged $400 I then took it to another dealer for a possible trade. They found the prop had lots of play when they removed it they found the bushing was broken. They also found the plugs were completely shot.

I figured I write this review because people are quick to leave a bad review, but slow in giving a good one.Now I wanted to get this boat just to use around Aqua Land which is where I have 30ft Sea Ray,I wouldn't normally consider anything like this. I purchase last month a 2002 Tracker from Tim Pope at Anglers Choice in Martinsville,VA. I drove from Atlanta,GA 7hrs to VA and they welcomed me with arms wide open, but here is the surprise,So I arrived back home, and decided to take it out a few weeks later. Get to lake Lanier dumped the boat and it wouldn't even plain with me and a buddy, about a few hundred yards out the boat died,as most people I wasn't happy, after running a few trouble shoots with it, it wasn't going to fire up I had it towed. While waiting for the tow boat I had to share my experience with Tim, He had Nick the owner call me within a few minutes after hanging up with me. I told Nick what had happen said would call me back in my mind I was thinking here we go with the games and the run a round, even though it was a few days passed the 30 day mark,I was thinking it isn't right for to tear up in the first 10 minutes of putting it in the water. Nick called me back and said he was sending a driver to ATL,GA to pick up the boat and fix it at no charge to me. At that moment he said that ,I made the decision that Anglers Choice will always have my business when buying another boat, Tim, Randy, Nick, Dave and all of the employees are a bunch of great people. I will recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with great folks. Thank you from Team Chupacabra in ATL,GA.

Sandi and Bobby (in Spindale) went above and beyond to get me in the boat of my dreams! They traded in my Legend on the most gorgeous Triton 21TRX that's ever been built! (I am biased, of course) They all went out of their way to make this deal happen for me and I have the boat that is the absolute crowd stunner at every tournament I fish!
