We waited for literally 10 minutes at the front counter waiting on *anybody* to even notice we were standing there, until one kid finally came out and my husband asked "excuse me I'd just loke to order ONE drink"... he said to us "sorry no speak English" .. so we then got frustrated and left. We were very thirsty so decided to try the drive thru instead. After waiting in line another 15 minutes we finally got our large coke and were told they weren't able to make any pies. This restaurant is being extremely poorly managed and or staffed obviously. I'd understand more if it were a peak hour or night but this was a Monday night at 9:30pm ish... and to top if all off the Coke that we got tasted funny like they were using water from the town supply or something (i.e. not nice fresh clean water) ... whatever it was, it was sub-par to say the least. Will not be ordering from here again unless it's an absolute must lol... came here a 2nd night now out of necessity and got a "double cheeseburger ".... I've seen sheets of paper thicker than these patties! Pitiful. Do not eat here.Parking: There is a decent amount of free parking but most spots are at least 20' or more away from the main McDonalds doors (unless you are in the 2 handicapped spots).Kid-friendliness: As with all McDonald's, this one is about as kid/family friendly as a public place can get lol.

This McDonald's is interesting. It's located next to a gas station. When I pulled up, the drive thru appeared to be attached to the back of the gas station building. I pulled up to where I was supposed to placed my order, and it asked if I was placing a mobile order. I said no, and silence. Then I pulled up to the 2nd order station, same thing happened but no one took my order. As I was pulling up to the window where you pay your order, I heard the car behind me placing an order. Fortunately the young man at the register took my order. When I pulled up the window where I pick up my order, I had to wait a little bit. When the young lady handed me my order, I asked if it was what I ordered and she comfirmed. I'm impressed since I placed my order after the car behind me. She was so nice and explained to me how the system works. Anyway, I was there sometime between 4:30 and 5:00 pm, and the fries were hot. I couldn't find a place to park since the drive thru pretty much exit me into the street. I kept driving while I ate the fries and found a parking lot to pull over to eat the Big Mac. It was good even though it was cold by the time I found a place where I can park and eat.

I ordered a Bacon double cheeseburger and it came w/o bacon I went to complaint about it with a curly girl, she told a redhead girl. She came to the front to ask someone else what they were waiting for so I ask her “how long it will take for my remake” she look at me and didn’t say none and just walk away

I put in a small mobile order before my work shift. I was thinking that I'd be able to enjoy some food after work but nope. They didn't have my food ready. They told me that the order didn't go through at all. I showed them the receipt via the app. The address was correct. The receipt obviously showed the date and time the order was placed. I was expecting the employee to be able to help me but they just stood there saying "there's no order". Seriously disappointed.

Worst McDonald's ever,I ordered French fries & caught one of the employees eating one of my fries,put it in the bag & hand it to me as if no one saw her...SMH !

I am so grateful for this McDonald's, and especially for Christine, the manager.My family was in an auto accident and we ended up stranded from 3:30am until 11am. Christine was so hospitable and compassionate. I know this is a unique situation, but good people are good people. And I am grateful for all they did for us through it all.It is also very clean and fresh, and attached to a gas/convenience station (whose attendant was also very kind and warm and made us feel welcome.)

This Marshall McDonald’s onWinchester Road deserves a much better rating! I ordered a 10 piece chicken McNugget. When I checked my bag, I had a Big Mac in it. I took it back and the manager was waiting on me. She explained the orders were mixed up and immediately fixed it and offered her apologies. She was very fast and treated it with urgency! I think her name was Christi? She’s highly respectful and nice! People are nice in this area. I had a customer say hi to me, talk to me and they took some of my brothers missing person flyers. They promised to pass them out. I kind of like this area and definitely like this McDonald’s!!!!

Ah, McDonald's, the fast-food giant that's there for you when the midnight hour strikes, a beacon of sustenance in the twilight of the day. Gratitude is in order for its late-night availability, but unfortunately, this particular visit left much to be desired.As the clock neared the witching hour, the prospect of waiting over 8 minutes for a pair of kids' meals felt more like a cruel test of patience than a quick and convenient reprieve from hunger. Time seemed to drag on, much like a turtle trudging through molasses.Once the meal finally arrived, it became clear that freshness was not a priority for this nocturnal outpost. The burgers and nuggets were as lifeless as a mummy unearthed from its tomb, and the fries were a soggy disappointment, a far cry from their usual golden glory. The food, barely warm, seemed to have lost its battle against the encroaching chill of the night.While we can appreciate McDonald's for its steadfast presence in the twilight hours, this particular experience was a letdown. Here's to hoping that future visits will see the return of the swift service and satisfying fare that the Golden Arches are known for. For now, a disheartened 2 stars out of 5

Step inside this lavish, compact McDonalds and witness for yourself the future of fast food. Connected to a gas station, this store boasts a cramped seating area along with smooth jazz music set at a volume that will guarantee reprieve from those annoying thoughts or worse, conversations.Perhaps the music could be lowered. That's the biggest complaint I have. I only had a coffee here because anything else is playing a dangerous game with money I can't afford to waste.But remember. It's McDonald's we're talking about. If you're complaining about the workers, feel free to apply and help them out. Otherwise kindly direct your anger where it belongs: at the company..

Not sure the young man's name ,but he was in a very Happy jolly mood & was very patient with all the customers. We were on a trip & no matter how tired we were ,he had a way to make you laugh & put a smile on everyone face .I really wish I could remember his name, but you can tell he loves his job & the customersDietary restrictions: Once again we ask for no salt on the fries & they were very happy to help
