Was in store to get cat treats. Have trouble standing and walking. Waiting in line at self checkout. Girl working there pushed man with several items in front of me. She was very rude. I tossed treats on stuffed rabbits and left. Will not shop with her working at any checkout. Had to go elsewhere to get cat treats.

The remodel is great. But the company needs better implementation of their online shoppers. They are ALWAYS in the way. Hardly speak; don’t even hear your “excuse me” because they all have earbuds in. I understand it’s a great service and I have used it. But when one of them is in your way IN EVERY AISLE and sometimes more than one…it’s so aggravating.

Love this Wal-Mart. I prefer a smaller Wal-Mart like this to the bigger ones because it's easier to find stuff without walking 10 miles from one end of the store to the other. Clean and nicely organized.

Horrible customer service! If you want to be made to feel like a criminal when you pay for all your shopping items, then go see the folks here at the Marion walmart. The self checkout at this walmart has real issues. Every time I have to shop here it flags me for a "potential missed scan" but the worker will come over & review it with what has been rung up & what was I'm my bag & everytime it shows to be incorrect & inaccurate. This is the ONLY walmart I've had this happen & it is every time & and unfortunately, I've had to shop here pretty frequently. It's certainly a sight to see with its mini selection of a normal walmarts inventory & rude employees.

What has happened to customer service? Need I say more?? I'd say same old place. Only now you have chicken legs and his pet chimp following you around the store. If you want the worst experience ever in a store come on down to your local marion Walmart. I'd rate it a negative 100 if I could.

Placed a mobile order so we could use the restroom and pick up at the counter. Walked in and saw my daughter’s order sitting on the counter. Waited approximately 15 minutes total at the counter. The kid running the register asked if I was door dash. Told him I was waiting on THESE mobile orders. Nothing from him. 10 minutes later I was asked what I was waiting on. Kinda snotty. Then gave me a cup you could clearly see had something on it. No thanks!

Went to the Walmart in Oxford, Alabama. I Love this Walmart! And the Employees are always cheerful and helpful! I got my Alabama Crimson Tide t-shirt and ball cap here for my birthday 🎉🎂. 5⭐ all the way!

I love goin2Walmart very early nt long after it opens cause theres nt alot of ppl n u can get in n out wit no problem but I really wish they wld start carrin sausage links or maybe they cld change n give this town a Supercenter b alot easier instead of havin2drive 30mins or so just2get2 1 but mornin shift is alot friendlier than the nite crew

Store was neat and well organized. Clearance rang up as it should. Not a huge fan of self check out with 5 plus cashiers scrutinizing your work but staring while they stand with nothing to do. Got some cool Christmas stuff and ai am a Grinch.

Got what I needed,I I even got to meet Flo that works dressing room area that I really enjoyed talking with her. Plus I was impressed with the fact her boss cared for her to see that she didn't over exert her self working. She's still working at the age of 83. Instead of forcing her to retire she's treated with respect and cared for. Thanks Walmart for helping Senior citizens that still need to work!!

Went to Walmart last night at 9:45 to return a furnace filter. When we got inside the store there was a lady behind the customer service desk and two people in front of us in line. She then proceeded to abruptly close her desk and tell everyone that she was going to the back and going home. Leaving us, the two guys in front of us, and a guy behind us without help. Mind you Walmart closes at 11:00 with no notice saying that the service desk is going to close an hour and 15 minutes early. The man behind us said that he rushed to Walmart to get there before it closed so he could cash his check, but they decided to close early without notice. Three other employees watched as that lady left us there with no help. When we were talking to the guy behind us about what just happened, one of them came over and told us that we should know that they close that desk an hour early and that the little closed sign that they put on all their regular registers should have been enough notice. First of all, they closed an hour and 15 minutes early, not just an hour. Second of all, if you're going to close a commonly used customer service desk early why are there not signs telling people that. The pharmacy has one. I saw someone else still working at the service desk in the clothing aisle and at the electronics desk. What is so forbidden about having someone else run this desk? Shouldn't it be a priority over other departments? If they do expect to close early everyday there should be a sign like this one:

Self checkout isn't nearly as efficient as Walmart thought it would be. Having more human cashiers would definitely keep the lines shorter. Aside from being one of the very very few standard Walmart stores as opposed to Walmart supercenters there's not a whole lot more to complain about.

The Marion , Virginia store could use lots of improvements on their employees and merchandise as well. If it were to change to a SuperWalmart it would serve the town of Marion a lot better. Some of the employees need to re-adjust their nasty attitudes. Also I've heard of secret shoppers. It is ridiculous in this Walmart how the employees as soon as you come in the door some of them are rolling their eyes, or following you around the store I mean all around the store. If you go up and down over y'all they will too. Now why would you follow someone around that's pushing a car as you can clearly see and one arm is broken and in a cast as you can clearly see but still follow them completely around the store ridiculousness. So the one armed customer is being followed for what reason? Do you really think they're trying to steal something? Maybe they should make more of an effort to make their customers feel more comfortable while shopping there then trying to get them to go home and Shop online.
