WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!We bought a mini Jeep on Tuesday, it ran for 10-15 minutes and wouldn't start again, my husband went to return it and was asked if he wanted a check or a store gift card, we paid cash and expected a cash refund. It's now Friday and still no refund has been given after being told by the store manager everyday this week to come back the next day after their cash drop. Finally, my husband was able to contact corporate and was told the store doesn't do enough business for that kind of refund and a check request would have to be sent in by the store for corporate to approve, then it would be 7-10 business days to receive it. When you pay over $2,000 cash for an item that is nothing but junk, you at least expect a refund in a timely manner and not to be lied to. We buy thousands of dollars in items for our farm from Tractor Supply, but that ended this week after our horrible experience.

Bought a air compressor 2 months ago and just got to wiring it up and the motor is badCalled the store and the guy said since i didnt have the extended warranty and past the 30 days ill have to call customer support and get a code to bring it backI called CS and they said itd be up to the store because it was past the 30 days I explained i had called the store and they told me to ask for a codeShe called the store and the manager said the only thing he could do is give me the manufacturer number (but customer support said they could exchange it but It was up to the manager)UPDATE- after reading reviews it seems as if the manager is the source of most of your issues…

Lately the Marion VA location is out of everything we need. The manager is not willing to order in store so I don't have to pay shipping and taxes because we are tax exempt. Yesterday was a ridgecut cut shirt size 2xl and fortex 2 gal rubber tubs. Today it was a 3/4 " brass gate valve. My husband told me there where none. Ever since they did the remodeling it is ridiculous. All the products for one species of Livestock is not in the same place. We have shopped at Tractor Supply for years, but are getting very frustrated.

I go to store alot. Everyone there are always so helpful. The manager,Justin, works very hard to see that you are a satisfied customer. The store is well stocked, clean,and everyone is so helpful.It didn't use to be way, before Justin was manager. You couldn't find any help most of the time.Jordan, is a very hard working lady that always treats her customers right.She is always helpful,and if she can't help you,she will find someone who can.Both of these people makes my experience at Tractor Supply the best They always have a smile and they care about their customers.

I visit tractor supply to purchase my bird seed it's always fresh. They don't seem to have enough employees to help you find things you have to go and hunt one down. Other than that it's a great place to shop

I purchase my dog food at Tractor Supply. They have many brands of grain free foods. Staff are always helpful, and very polite. I also purchased bird seed cakes. Great selection. Never disappointed.

Great boots!!!, Awesome customer service, friendly people, sells ducks, chicks, all kinds of everything for all livestock, of and really amazing safes of all sizes small all the way to huge ,stop in for sure!!!

As with any larger feed store rodents are an issue. Otherwise friendly helpful staff and easy to find what I need.

The stores are nice and carry most of what your looking for. But my lord don't go to the bathroom room at any of them. They smell and the lack of attention. So my advice to anyone. If you need to go. Then go before you go.

Business has a variety of hardware / tires / pet supplies and vaccinations dog's /horse's etc. Outdoor work clothing . Boots and some old fashioned candy's. Price's are to high

Truck deliveries. U will hafta slide tandems to the rear. They have no portable ramp to use. So its your fault if they get their forklift stuck between yo truck and their dock. It would not break the bank to buy a Portable Dock Plate please. Just a thought. Thank u.

Don’t go here if you need propane refill. They have the equipment, but they have no one certified to do the propane refilling.

We buy our dog food they have Great Prices. Just wish they would keep a closer eye on the dog food because I shouldn't have to go check and see if they have it in stock.

Clothing, animal food, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees. Seasonable items, i.e, garden seeds, swings, etc. Gun cabinets. Can order items online that can be sent to store for pickup or to your home.
