I have shopped at Marion CVS out of convenience approximately once every 6 months and each time promise myself I will never return. I dropped off my prescription because I came directly from a nearby appointment. I was told it would take 15-20 minutes which was fine. I came back in 25 minutes and an older customer was questioning a couple of prescriptions not being filled. There was a pharmacist and 2 other technicians working. The cashier left our line of customers taking 17 additional minutes while she personally looked up the prescriptions in question. Another technician should have spoken with the customer and allowed us to checkout. Finally it was my turn and I was told my prescriptions had not been filled as the pharmacist didn't know which insurance card I wanted to utilize. I could have been called or text but no I was told wait another 15 minutes. I took my prescriptions and left exhausted receiving no apology for the wait or confusion.

Used to be my favorite pharmacy and everyone in my family had used them. But over the course of 2 weeks I've called three times and waited at least 15 minutes trying to get them to get my medicine ready because it was time to get more and even after waiting that long still no one answered the phone. I hate to stop going to cvs because I've been with them for so long but if I can't trust them to pick up the phone when it's over my medicine then that tells me I need a new pharmacy.

I love this pharmacy! The staff here are super! Plus, I am always getting great deals on my CVS ExtraCare card. The best pharmacy in town by far!

I called earlier no1 wld answer and now my mother called n they wldnt fill her medicine cause her insurance wldnt pay and it did cost alit but who cares who gives them the right to decide weither a person shld or shldnt have a prescription filled and then they tell her well we close in like10mins oh well Now I'm goin above them n report them in for refusing 2fill a prescription cause insurance won't pay This pharmacy has the WORSE staff ever anymore n is sorry I'm having my mother change pharmacies now

Love shopping at CVS, so do my friends and family!!!!! The STAFF is always friendly and helpful. I am always welcomed with a warm greeting and a friendly smile.

If you want to be inundated with robot calls this is the pharmacy for you. Up to two calls per day. Do yourself a favor and find a nice local mom & pop pharmacy.

Online it says they are open until 9 pm on weekdays for the marion location but went there at 8:07 and the lady was a smart a$$ saying our online hours are wrong.......
