Contacted them about a Hustler zero turn. A employee informed me to call back and talk to Shane for more information. I called back later and was able to talk to Shane and he was very helpful. They had the model I was looking for in stock. I begin the purchase of the zero turn and had a few accessories installed. Shane informed me that he will call me back once the parts come in and is installed. A few days later, he called back saying zero turn was ready for pick up or delivery. Shane personally delivered my brand new zero turn to my home which is roughly an hour from the store. I’m not sure if Shane is the manager but he definitely goes the extra mile for customer service! I appreciate all of his help and love the new mower!

Normally a good spot. This particular visit I felt the older gentleman at the repair counter was not eager to help me. One of those folks that presents all the challenges in a situation instead of showing possible solutions.Had a younger gentleman step in and helped me out a lot better but the older guy kind of left a bad taste in my mouth so I will remember this next time I need to stop at this hardware store.Normally this kind of hardware store is know for their great service. This is why I like going to the smaller ace type hardware stores.This time I just wasn't feeling the one guy wanted to help me with my problem I was having with my leaf blower.

They have a good selection of Stihl products...that's about the most positive thing I can say. I've never had much luck finding typical hardware items that I need. Their "gift" items are junky, outrageously expensive and clutter the store.

This is a great Mom and Pop shop. Customer service is fantastic and their selection is very unique. Stop by even if you're not doing any home improvement. If nothing else the food truck out front has Philly cheese steaks that are better than what you would get in Philadelphia.

I was there at 9:50 this am. I was the only customer in the store. When I walked in there were 3 people standing in the register area. The lady asked if she could help me and I replied that I was looking for a space heater. She directed me to the aisle right next to them but advised that there were no prices yet on the heaters. She told me just to ask if I needed info. It seems obvious that I would need help because THERE WERE NO PRICES MARKED. I am a desicive person and in just a minute or two I saw a heater I was interested in. I turned around to ask the price and all of the people were gone. I walked to the main aisle and could see no one. Rather than go on a search mission, I left the store and went to Lowes in Mechanicsville where i found a man standing in the main aisle who took me to the space heaters, asked me about the area i wished to heat, recommended 2 heaters which would satisfy my needs and carried the heater i chose to the counter for me. I paid $59.99 for the heater. If this is the customer service you give, your location nearer my home is all you have to offer. I don't know what duties those employees had to do at that time that were more important than helping me with my purchase but they certainly were not revenue producing activities. Only sales bring in income. I will in the future drive past your store.

Entered as a buying customer with a need. Young attendant sat while pointing me to aisle 31 to retrieve my intended purchase while offering ZERO assistance. Was told there was no "public" rest room, which manager Tamara later confirmed, and attendant most saracastically suggested I "have a nice day" while walking out to take my business else where, where a pating customer IS allowed to use their restroom!!! Side not, business must be cutting back on electric usage as half the storm's overhead lights were out and store was dark!!!! Take you business to someone who appreciates you and it!!!!!

Everything was expensive and not a lot of choices very limited.the only big bag of seven dust not only expensive but the bag was in bad shape all taped up due to tares and tips in the bag. 2 day old chicks $14.00 which is way more then tractor supply.

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, more like neighbors, and the selection at 360 Hardware is very good. Also of importance to our family is how 360 Hardware is a lot closer to our house, "The UFO House" in rural Aylett on Rt. 609 off Rt. 600, compared to a 30-min drive to Mechanicsville or Tappahannock. This saves us time, gas and money!
