Your grocery section is deplorable at best. I will never step inside your establishment again. I wish I could give it a zero, so 1 star is all you're going to get. Rotten and out of date food, limited choices, empty shelves, nothing front and faced, no one in the deli or the bakery. Employees pushing pallet jacks overloaded and stacked too high with product that they couldn't even see around. I almost got run over twice. The place looked like Big Lots after Christmas. Stuff was just all over the place. I used to enjoy your store but, now you can forget it. Your biggest problem is that you hire KIDS that are just there to collect a paycheck and could care less about their job. Try hiring some adults for a decent wage, and you might get better results. Your self check out endeavor is a total waste. You have to spend money to make money. Trust me, you are no Amazon fresh, so stop trying to compete with them. All in all, you have failed miserably.Yours truly, Mr.Just Saying

Yeah, there’s a lot of products here, but depending on what time of day you go here, and what you might happen to look like, at least half of the workers have such bad attitudes that you practically think they’re about to rob you. You feel like if you ask for help they might pull out a switchblade like it’s 1987 and command you to give them your wallet. There’s a chance that I’m exaggerating a smidge, but seriously, the workers at this store can keep their dirty looks to themselves and not give me or anyone else looks like “we don’t belong in these parts.” Go eff yourselves, you pase stuck in the early 90s pretend scary dorks.

Store was very clean and organized..Employess were very friendly and was eager to assist..The lady that works at customer service named Tayeba was so friendly and patient, despite a long line, she still had a smile on her face.However the food quality and selection was wonderful.

Worse costumer service bought a 65 inches TV at 8:00pm 4/22 and when i got home to set my new tv up it was broken i when back to the store within an hours difference just to be told costumer service was close and i need to return the next day because they couldn’t do anything no even that manager so manager its there for no reason please think twice before you purchase any electronic from them the box was sealed so I thought tv will be in perfect condition but that was not the case.

Purchased a TV on clearance 10/03/23 for my son’s Christmas gift. There was an entire stack of them marked down to the same cost. I was disappointed on Christmas we go to setup the TV and it’s damaged. Upon attempting to return it in store, I was immediately met with attitude from the customer service agent. I was told to get another and she would have a manager handle the $27 difference. Not only did that not happen, I asked for a manager and got a team lead and a front end coach to come and continue the excuses. The explanation I received was the barcode on the clearance sticker alerts employees when they scan that it was a damaged or missing piece. After asking repeatedly where a customer would see that it was damaged on an unopened box, the coach said to box up my damaged TV and I could leave the store.As a customer for years, to where the staff greets me and my family personally - and we do the same - I hope the smug feeling was worth it for hitting a loyal customer’s pocket the day after Christmas. I even called to lodge a complaint and got an unnecessary call this morning from an uninvolved person offering to apologize. No offer of the $27 refund. I’ll continue to complain until someone decides to offer some actual customer service. Bravo Walmart

The worst! Had to wait an hour to get Apple headphones from behind the locked area. The first person that was at the electronics just said they gave the keys to whoever and left with out even making the attempt to help. Everyone that I asked just said “this is not my department” and walked by me. I had to walk all the way to customer service to find someone to call for help on the speaker and still no help till I had to ask the guy at customer service to come with me to electronics to see if they can do anything. Whole hour passed for some headphones…no discount for waiting so long and bad customer service. At that point I just wanted to go home.

This Walmart has the worst staff in the industry. Unprofessional, non courteous and expect you to do everything self check out. The variety in store has diminished and quality as well. Prices are through the roof! Please avoid this store and shop at your nearest Target. Far better service with people friendly attitude. The General manager Ms. Dalia is by far the worst offender. No doubt she is responsible for the unprofessional behavior in her staff.

Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Best part is that I can buy everything on my list in one stop. Some things I love to buy from here are all type of groceries including produce and prepackaged products, fully stocked bakery with lots of choices to choose from, hygiene products, medicines, beautiful variety of kids/adults clothes, bedding, small appliances, home decor, crafts, and toys.

A Walmart lady staff named Nazia was very helpful when I was checking out at the self-checkout cuz I had a hard time getting the price of the bunch of bananas I weighed, she came right on time when I needed assistance to get the weight of the bananas right so I could pay and go. She is an excellent worker at Walmart and she deserves five stars. She is an asset to my store, Walmart. I have a small Assisted Living Facility and I always shop here. God bless you all!❤️

I went there for a pick up order the day before Thanksgiving and place was packed. I did an outside pick up order and they were there within a couple minutes. Very fast and friendly service. Love it

Walmart delivery is a sham. I ordered groceries in the app at 830am. Around 2pm I received notification the order was delayed and it would be delivered within 2 hrs. Finally, around 8 pm after I had attempted to call the stores 5+ times and no one answered the phone.i called the delivery dept and customer service. Nothing. I went to customer service to seek help and I was told by the person at the desk that I had to go around to the back of the store and talk to someone. It was raining and I had to wait to an employee to come outside and stop them to get assistance. No doorbell, phone or ringer to contact anyone. So the employee grabs the shift manager(Justin) and I explain my situation about my missing order. I even give him my phone to verify! He radios to a coach to come out and this guy (suphir? He didn't have a name badge and wouldn't give me his card) He says that they never got my order. Even though my order was on the app. The money was already taken out. He then tells me the only way to get my money was to call and cancel the order and get my money refunded which is gonna be about 10 days. I even saw the store manager and assistant store manager walking out the store after I requested to speak to the manager about the situation , but I was told the manager was not there. I eventually got through to someone when I called 1800 Walmart since I had to call and cancel my order. Upon speaking to the Walmart rep over the phone she tells me that my order didn't a driver assigned which is why it was delayed and then I told her I came up to the store to inquire and no one gave me my items. She tells me it's their fault and that the store could have handled it better. Then sends a promo for $10 odd my next order over $15.

Deli employees refused to grab mayonnaise that was sitting. Manager on duty said she may have it moved but it's not her job to and refused to have the deli worker get mayonnaise that wasn't hot. I just went to lidl. This store's a nightmare

The last three visits here, there were no cashiers only self checkout. I only shop at Walmart for rebates, I really wish Ibotta would partner with another brand. I dislike shopping at Walmart, especially this one on Liberia now.

Disappointing Experience with Defective Product and Poor Service at WalmartDate of Visit: November 20th, 2023Product Purchased: Tommee Tippee Breast Pumps ($263.94)Background: My girlfriend and I, new parents as of November 17th, 2023, visited our local Walmart to purchase a breast pump due to her discomfort during breastfeeding. We chose the Tommee Tippee Breast Pumps for their reputed quality.Issue Encountered: Immediately after opening the box, we noticed one pump was not charging, contrary to the other which functioned normally. Post a full charge, during actual use, the problematic pump quickly discharged completely, validating our initial concerns about a defect.Experience at Walmart: I returned to the store on November 21st, 2023, around 04:00 PM seeking assistance at customer service. The representative, and subsequently the manager, dismissed my request for a replacement, citing policy against returns of opened and used products. My explanation of the defective nature of the product was repeatedly ignored.Phone Customer Service: Contacting Walmart’s customer service over the phone offered a glimmer of hope. The representative understood the situation and agreed that a defective product warranted a replacement or refund. However, the store manager remained unyielding even when this was communicated.Conclusion: My experience at Walmart was deeply frustrating. Not only was I sold a defective product, but the lack of empathy and unwillingness to resolve a clear issue was disheartening. It’s disconcerting when a retailer of Walmart’s stature shows such disregard for customer satisfaction, especially for new parents dealing with the challenges of a newborn. I was left with no resolution and a defective product, a situation I hope no other customer has to endure.Recommendation: Walmart needs to review its policies and staff training to ensure that customers are not turned away when facing genuine product issues, especially when it concerns essential items like breast pumps. My recommendation to potential buyers is to consider other retailers who value customer satisfaction and offer reliable post-purchase support.Extra Notes: Each box is required to carry either a sticker or a have a printed label on the box to show that they’re none eligible for returns, in this case- no stickers were ever placed on the box from the store specifying it was none illegible.

Purchased a 75”TV at the TV cashier register area and asked the cashier if he could paging an associate to assist me bring to the curbside. The cashier was clueless than he confirmed with his coworker both are clueless what to do. I asked to speak to a manager both refused to do anything. A nice customer volunteer to help me carry to the curbside. Thanks god there’s still good people in the world. Sadly to said they need to train Walmart employees better.

I appreciate Walmart for its savings, but I have to admit - I get tired of going to multiple Walmart stores to find everything I need. Even after "Covid," it appears that it's difficult to keep shelves stocked. But I have to admit that whenever I ask for assistance while shopping in the isles, employees are always eager to assist - thank goodness for that! 😊
